EDIT: STAMFORD! STAMFORD! :)

All them "Fords" of Connecticut---I'm a little woozy from my workshop!

Anyway---

What better condition to attend a workshop than when you are hungry for it? The last few days had been extremely intense, "because because because."

All issues cleared up in one day. Vortex vortex vortex.

What a lady, what a team, what an adventurous group of courageous people, includin' me.

Sorry this isn't more specific. But just wanted to say alllllllll straightened out, for $200 and a day of my time.

Abe rawks!

And more...

Like a cloud of magic dust that continues working far past its initial sprinkling---

I woke up this morning verrrrry quiet inside.  Last night, came home from workshop physically exhausted, could barely do anything physical but make popcorn for Mrs. Jam and go to bed at 9 PM, just laying there, absorbing it all, lettin' it cook.

Today, lovely.  Birdies singin'.  Sun shining just for me. Hope. Gratitude.

Yay!

Hi, Greenlight1964!

The workshop is now two days past, and it seems a lonnnng time ago already. So much is packed into one day, so much information, so much experience, so much growth, so many feelings.

A couple of things I remember:

"I'm in the business of satisfaction." I wrote that one on my hand. I haven't taken notes at workshops. I figure if it's good, I'll remember it. I liked that one.

"We recommend you do whatever makes you feel good. We don't care what it is."

Scotty rocks. :)

I don't know how people takes notes without missing something.  I tried for about 10 mins and give it up so I could enjoy the WHOLE experience as it unwound.
