David and Jeanine,  VERY cute, playful exchange.  Love it.

I am with Jeanine on this one.  It feels good to be able to steer a new board member to a previous discussion on the topic in question.  Absolutely.  But I will roll with however it goes.  Thank you, David, for putting in all this work.  It stuns and dazzles me. ::hugging

Isn't he though?  I swear he reverse-aged 10 years on the Alaskan cruise right in front of my eyes.  So amazing and delicious to see him coming into alignment like that.

I'm a go-with-the-flow-kind-of-gal, whatever is downstream, I am all for it.

I appreciate you David for this forum and the new one that is about to be born.  Giving birth sometimes takes a little work but in the end is all worth it.  :beautiful::kiss:

So...I've joined the new forum (which, by the way, looks like its going to be FANTASTIC!) Should I stop posting here and just hang out there?  What are the rest of you doing?

Was just lurking around, too...
I had to register new- was that meant to be so? Will the new "paradise" clash with the old one?

The new forum is not fully functional and all new postings there will not be saved.  I have that in a sticky there, but it may not have been noticed.  You can do whatever you'd like up there knowing what I've just said.

I had planned on having it totally running from a current database from this forum last week but that did not pan out.  I am shooting for this week, later on in the week. I will keep you posted here.

And Joan, :)  if you want to post there just register as a new user.  That will work, but know that the posts will not be saved when the transfer takes place next week.

Joan, just leave the referral name blank.

David, will everything go away, like our new usernames, friend lists, etc?  Or just the posts.  If you know.  It doesn't really matter I guess, just wondering

Over there in the new forum it´s a bit like playing in an empty shell construction... a ghostcity, an unrealistic movie.

The people you met feel a little bit like phantoms (at least they did as long there where no "member", just guests, without Avatars and without different sizes and colours of writing...) when you know them from here, where everything is so colourful and stuffed with personalized vibes...

I´m excited how it will feel when it´s moved!!!

Funny thing! I like it!!  Elke

(Joyous Lady, you shocked me!!) ::woohoo  ::LOL

What is this referral thingy? I can't even recall having seen  it? I had no problems re-registering with my slightly altered online name and a new password ... :? I wish I could help, but I simply did not encounter these difficulties. Just that I couldn't log on with my account data from the "old", yet still oh-so-leading-edge forum. Which I had been able to do before.

All is well, and getting weller. I believe :shock::shock:.

I don't know about the referral thing either.  ::chinYikes!  :)

In the meantime, it's all going to go away in a few days and get totally renewed.  We'll deal with whatever comes our way then.

I am just waiting for the login info to transfer...so until then, I'll stay here.

David, I can truly appreciate the work you are doing. Good job...you have nothing but loving and understanding people in your forum, and if we do have to start anew, we'll get along just fine doing that as well.

No worries!
