Meanwhile.. someone emailed me to point out that I am not in the video on stage, but I am there waving my arms like a crazed joy-nut at the beginning. When Julie and Leslie started dancing themselves down the steps to the stage, I was there over Julie's shoulder - in a black shirt - dancing sitting down for about the first 20 seconds, until I literally levatated down the steps and up to the stage. There was NOTHING keeping me (or anyone) in my seat with that contagious music and all those JOY VIBES in the room! I can't wait until they release the whole music CD.
Abraham says that just when you think you are about as joyful as you can possibly stand, you can discover another level of joy above that one. There is NO LIMIT to the joy and no limit to the fun!
Can we wrap our minds and bodies around THAT????

OMG!!!! Just watched this video and I have tears of joy streaming down my face!!!! How wonderful to see all of you expressing yourself in such joy. This is a totally energizing little video and I am dancing and bouncing all around my kitchen right now getting ready to go to work. Thank you all for sharing your joy, and thanks to all for creating this for us!!!!!

Actually the dancing you see was done to music only. On several days, Julie and Leslie were filmed dancing especially for the video, and then on the last day of the cruise workshop, we were all invited to dance (to music only - Abraham was not in attendance yet that morning- Esther and Jerry were enjoying the spectacle from the stage), and about 100 of us danced our way up to the stage. Also, much of the workshop footage you see was not from the cruise but from other land workshops. The whole thing put together is a masterpiece of fun. I just can't stop watching it. I'm kind of glad you don't get a glimpse of me up on the stage dancing - when Karen put the camera in front of me I think I threatened her with bodily injury (no not really) - It was VERY VERY VERY FUN, and I hope they repeat the experience on the next cruise!!!!

Jody, thanks for this THOUGHT. I think that I [now previously] thought that joy was just simply joy.....but now to be thinking of it in terms of "another level".......I absolutely love this!! Thanks for expanding my mind re: this.
Yes, I will be wrapping my mind around this one! Beautiful thought! Love the expansion of it! Love the feeling of it! It just got better and better!

that is just the most wonderful thing - all of you abers grooving to source ! I feel so blessed to witness such joy ,and leslie you are a total inspiration with your story of nia dancing and allowing your body to move so spontaneously . Its a beautiful thing !
