Julie is she the one with the pink hair and making faces? LOL between her and Leslie its hard to figure out who is the better dancer. Both are very good and loose. I cant let myself go like that for some reason.

I used to say that too - but I have now experienced it once or twice when I was vibing high and in an environment (not Abe cruise, but similar). It was very freeing.

If I can do it - anyone can!!!

How amazing to be Leslie who dances like that all the time ...and in Central Park!

It's inspiring to watch.

I read somewhere to try it at home with earphones and eyes closed.  I'll give it a try - hopefully the more I relax and enjoy it, the more I'll relax and enjoy it!

Hi Songbird, Jen and Vicky!

thank you so much for your appreciation!!!!!!!!

BTW, "sweat your prayers" is another lovely freedance class. GabrielleRoth.com

HEY, today someone in my theater workshop asked, "how long have you been a dancer?" because he saw me stretching, and then he asked me to choreograph sequences in his play!!!

::tramp::tramp::tramp

I guess I'm officially a dancer!

AWESOME VIDEO! Wooo hoooo, I just loved it

Leslie, you looked blissful. Funnily enough, when I was watching the video I thought to myself that you look exactly how I feel when I do Nia... and it turns out that you do Nia. Cool, it's such an Abe dance. I just love it! yeee, haaaaa, maybe we'll get to dance at the london workshop!

Love to all you dancing abe chickies!

Hey leslie,  i studied dance for a year, a while ago, and at one point i really felt that life is a dance and like what i was doing during my day was the 'days dance'..thanks for reminding me how wonderful it is to dance and the joy it brings to allow the body to be free. x

Hi Friends,

Jody and I had the GREAT pleasure of meeting Scott Raposa at the D.C. Abraham seminar yesterday.  He is the composer extraordinaire that created this marvelous video!  If anyone has not seen it yet, this is a MUST SEE!!!

DAVID, I got to meet Scott, too! He was great, and on the 4 hour drive home, I listened to his first CD, which was just wonderful and very Abe-ish.

Mike did such a great job of turning Scott's delicious song into a music video: i just watched it again and felt moved all over again at everyone dancing together at the end!

David, let me tell you once more how much I appreciate this wonderful forum. It is an amazing leading-edge place where we all dance together in Cyberspace! Thank you and Jody for this labor of love!

Other replies:

Gabby, don't you just LOVE Nia!?!! it IS an Abe dance!
I am not going to the London workshop now because I have a wedding (where you know I'll be dancing!) but have an FABULOUS time!

And Songbird, I so agree--life IS a dance. The "Days Dance" --that's beautiful!

love to you all!
I promise myself that I will dance today!

Hey y'all !

Finally got a chance to get on the forum after meeting everyone in DC last weekend. So awesome to be connected to everyone so directly and hear everyone's experiences from the cruise.

Can't wait for everyone to hear the full CD !!

I'll be doing an Internet radio show tomorrow (Sunday May 17) with Mr. Ooh! at 6pm EST focused on the new CD.  You can even call in and participate live.  And it'll be recorded in case you're not around.

Have a musical day!
