It is all about the now.. and I think the transformation I have seen in these past few monthes inside of me is really because I stopped digging through the past, projecting into the future, and started getting back to the NOW.
because all there is is NOW! and just bringing it back to the now when I get somewhere else, the now IS downstream I guess.

OceanTurquoise- thank you for contributing to this thread. I spend loads of time every day just reading and absorbing and loving the wisdom and insight and laughter and love here and just think it is the most ROCKIN' interchange of words, musings, and people just spreading the love! the vibration is so high here- the encouragement is so life changing. the messages so inspiring. and all of the members reaching for what feels better!!!

What i love most:
That i can align with the energy of my source.
That i can do that by listening to my emotions in the moment by focusing on feeling better. (That there is a path and this is it).
That that is all i have to do.
My emotions show me what direction i am going in
I attract to me through my vibrational offering
It is good to feel good.
There is nothing more important than feeling good
And more recently from the new music video:
"You are so focused on what is that you are not allowing yourself to easily go in the direction of what life is calling you toward." Reminds me to listen to what life is calling me toward.

Now that I know how it all works, I can take any text, substitute my name for "God," and it's still true. I can--and have--created and destroyed universes on a whim and a prayer. I can do anything, have anything, meet anyone, and go anywhere anytime I want. Religious texts weren't written FOR me, they were written ABOUT me, that's far out.

 I love that it is totally acceptable that you never get it all done! and that it feels SO good to appreciate everything! and that there is so much freedom that lies in these simple truths!

Yes, Adal, that is it. No question of worthiness and how I feel now is the most important thing, and how can I feel good? How can I milk this moment for all it is worth to have the best time possible NOW? I can appreciate and celebrate when I notice anything I like.
I am learning to live as my IB and the more I listen and act from that, the better it gets. The more I can see through the eyes of source and see the IBs of others and to relate to them that way, the better life is. I feel aligned with love and source when I do this.
The vibe I put out is reflected back to me. So vibration is more important than anything which is the same as remembering to feel good and be selfish enough to make it my highest priority.
Lately I have been noticing areas in my life where my vibe isn't totally joyful and free. I can tweak my vibe with better feeling thoughts, soothing myself up the scale. Noticing feelings and soothing myself to a better place is really useful.

i love this quote because i truly feel this is what my IB is telling me too--she loves to be light and happy and to laugh and have fun

I can find a better feeling thought from wherever I am, no matter how low on the EGS Abraham has given me hope that it does get better & I am in control: I can bring myself greater ease or less ease depending on what I choose to focus on.
Things are supposed to go well for me & i'm supposed to feel good
When I want something - its done vibrationally!
Relaxing/ Chilling out/ Meditating is a GOOD THING
