Congrats Wendy!  And everyone!  Very inspiring and joyful! I feel a strong sense of appreciation for my body (and all of yours!::flowers)  and desire to  care for it in the best way possible.

I felt I could benefit from some supplements, but, was confused thinking about it, so I  put an intention out there to be led to what my body needs, and, today my doctor gave me some awesome supplements that I'm feeling great about.

I've been on a special diet for a long time, and, I was hoping that this would change eventually, but, now I feel no sense of deprivation whatever in my choices of what to eat.  I only want the best for myself and I feel good about everything I put into my body!

New mantra:  I trust my body.  I trust myself.  I trust my life.

I don't feel I need food to uplift or soothe myself.  I eat when I'm hungry, and, enjoy  and appreciate it.

I love this thread! Thanks to everyone here!

Hi All!

It is so lovely to still be here - to have gone easy with myself in all this - To (after the last few days going to a bit of a low space over weight gain - not happening since I started with the 2 - 30 day Warmups - but  over the last Year) - so I am now applying the Mild Effort principle in my Eating too - and I have decided to eat food that I know will make my body feel good and light and healthy (I was more into having whatever I wanted - but wasn't truly loving all of me with that attitude)

I ate light colourful food that buzzed too me today - and I am feeling lighter - happier and better again. ::grapevineOh and I gotta say that Meditation seems to be changing everything - I have always known that it would - have always prescribed it to others - and never really got around to it with any frequency - now with the 30 days of Mild Effort thread it is truly happening for me - and perfectly compliments where I am with wanting a Loving Relationship with Food and My Body!

SO Thank You and Much Love

Suncat

I love that Abe gives us such usable information.  I don't have to think about what to do and can just know my body knows. No more guilt, no more beating myself up.  It is certainly the way to live and enjoy the deliciousness of life in full capacity. Thanks, Leslie, for guiding us down this perfect path to food!::singer

also, had a lovely thought with India this morning:

the food rampage, 17-68 seconds of it, is like an
awesome condiment
it makes the food taste better!

so using a food rampage as a way to make my food more delicious to me, not to get something or to lose weight... it's a SAVORY SAUCE.
better'n salt!

Today is 30 days!
I really feel like I have integrated appreciation for my food into my life.
It is like saying grace for me now. I just pause before I eat, to appreciate my food. Food seems to have lost its negative charge for me! It is just food, now.

Lastly: I felt inspired to weigh myself the other day, and I am down 8lbs from the last time I weighed myself!!!! (which was maybe 6 months ago)!!!!!
I wanted to hug the scale!
Oh wait, there is one more thing: even though I was pleased to have lost weight so effortlessly, and joyfully, the thing I like most about all of this is that I love my body just the way it is, and I appreciate it more for what it feels like to be in it, and for what it can do, like yoga and long walk/jogs, than how it looks.
I love my body.

Thank you all who have been on this journey.

Hi everybody!!!!!!!

I am feeling totally awesome! HOW WONDERFUL!

The Abe quote that I'm listening to in my little shuffle is from that marvelous new music CD--wow, those songs are powerful!

"Life is supposed to feel good, it is supposed to feel fun.  You never came forth for the struggle."

AHHH, that's so good!

So, I've released more weight. YAY!  I woke up this morning looking at my body and loving it.  This is such excellent progress!

The Body Image course that I mentioned before is SO TOTALLY FANTASTIC.  The teacher is starting up a new 4 week HOLIDAY class starting TODAY.  I really really really really recommend her.  So PM me if you want her information.

I will be taking this class, too.

The teleclass starts tonight at 5pm PST.  It is so in alignment with Abe stuff.  It's all about self love and self appreciation.

LOVE TO YOU ALL!!!!!!!
