Hi Dreamrose - I love your question (and your name!)

I had a quick scan and I don't think anyone has mentioned the Book of Positive Aspects. I found this such a great tool to be given a "feel" of how I would best be seeing others. In my experience - the more Positive things I wrote about others - those I was having difficulties with and those I wasn't -the better and better I felt in their company.

I - not so long ago - used to only have a few people in my life who I felt totally fantastic being around. Now - I have that buzzy feeling of first love around almost everyone I am in contact with - and when I dont - its only a few thoughts away - the combination of doing a Book of Positive Aspects and getting better and better at knowing that I am the source of my Happiness - has shown me exactly how to see others!

Thank You Again

And Love

What a great idea, doing a book of positive aspects Suncat, I never thought of that. I have lately noticed with myself that what used to be the very loud critical voice in my head of the ego (my critcal thoughts about myself and others) is still there but it has gotten much quieter and more in the background rather than in the foreground. I seem to be aware of those thoughts on a much deeper level so maybe my awareness of them is growing on the deeper more subtle levels, which is good because then I can release them.Don't know if anyone else has experienced this but it would be interesting to find out.As Abraham said, Just love everyone you meet, and you can't get it wrong.
