Hello My Beautiful Abe Family!

We found a "jumping off" place on another thread... don't you LOVE when that happens?!

There is already a thread of Abe Inspired Images (lovely thread by the way!) But we thought a thread that held only images of SUNRISES & SUNSETS from all over the world would be a wonderful place to settle into the calm and reflect on the magnificence of this incredible Universe... don't you agree?

CALL THEM MINI MEDITATIONS
::ohm

And, to start it off, here is a sunset from my wonderful New Mexico a couple of nights ago...

ooooooh, I love these.  They have always been more spiritual and a 'source' of connection than going to a church (when I was little & had no connection to that at all).  Fabulous.

 ::TU  They are all amazing! I need to find my pictures.

  About 9 years ago we had an amazing sunset here in Venice, California. It was so beautiful, that everyone was in the moment. Even beach walk vendors who have seen thousands of them in that place before were standing there amazed. I didn't have film left in my camera, but I still remember the feeling. Some people even said, that must be the end of the world coming. 9 years later the world is still here and more beautiful than ever.

I am completely in love with these pictures. I could stare at them all day. Isn't it funny how problems, worries of money, job issues...all melt away when you see something so beautiful?
