Katherine, would you mind sharing some of the exciting, happy thoughts you thought about your body at the time this fun experiment happened?
Were you appreciating your body as it was or how you wanted it to be? Both? If it's not too personal, I'd really love to know a bit more about the process
Thanks!

Hi, Katherine!
Would you mind sharing some of the specific thoughts you were having about your body at the time of this experiment?
If it's not too personal I'd love to learn what was going through your mind. Were you appreciating the body you already had? Appreciating the body that you wanted (3 lbs lighter)? Both at the same time?

You know, I've been trying to remember. It wasn't anything specific. First, I visualized the number I wanted that morning on the scales but after that alone did not do it and I realized I hadn't done any emotional up-scaling, I just started reaching for better-feeling thoughts when it came to my body and my weight -- just aiming to fee ZINGY about it. After that first pound, it just snow-balled and was easier. I stopped when I got to the weight I had visualized.
I did another pound this morning. I realize I that my beliefs right now about what is healthy (not losing too much weight too fast) are stronger than my beliefs about what I can manifest. I KNOW I can use this to get slenderer, but I am having trouble even wanting to get past the notion that we shouldn't really try to lose more than one pound per week. So, I am taking it slow. Plus, I am feeling pretty good about my body in general, I'd just RATHER be at a slenderer place.
I hope that helps.
Beatiful Vibrations!

Yesterday, I thought to myself, I'd like to drop another 3 pounds and visualized seeing the scales with that number, and this morning: Voila! 3 pounds less -- I'm now down a total of 10 pounds with NO DIETING. I ate a pie and big steaks and french fries and jalepeno hush puppies over the weekend, just enjoying it all. I just LOVE this.
I think the key is how happy I am and how appreciative I have become of the beauty and slenderness of my body.
YIPPEEE!!!!
I feel good -- very good -- about where I am now, but my goal is to try to slowly drop some more as it feels good to do so and to stop when I decide to.
WOWEEE!

Wonderful - thanks everyone! This is a great thread to open up this morning! I've released over 30 pounds pretty effortlessly relying on just knowing that the cells in my body are brilliantly aligning to their perfect positioning and activity. They know exactly how our well being feels and are working to get there. WE just have to get out of the way!
I did a BOPA on my body as it was - sexy curves, soft skin, and all that and more! It's wonderful to feel sexy and gorgeous, in spite of "what is". Because "what is" really isn't!
So, I am envisioning myself 25-30 pounds lighter, getting sexier and more flexible and movin to my groovin every day!
Let's have fun with it! We are all gorgeous and sexy and desirable and everyone looks at us and says "WOW!!!!!" - you look mahvelous!!!! But most importantly - I DO!!!!!!
Cheers to you all!!!
Rock on sistas!!!!

I was just thinking about this thread over the weekend - wanting to get to that same place you are Katherine, and imagining the pounds gone! I'm glad it's resurfaced.
I dont own a scale; I find I am happier imagining myself thin and looking for evidence that way, rather than seeing a number. Sometimes i am surprised if it is higher than I was thinking it would be, my weight, and so I am knocked off my good vibration upon realizing my effort was all for naught. Now i just get on a scale once a month or so and am usually pleased with what i see then.
I love the idea of our cells rearranging themselves in our body to accomadate our new slender visions! I also like the idea of doing a bopa for my body. I think i'm going to be all about loving 'all' of me this week!
