I am always finding hundreds and hundreds of quotes that inspire me. I first started writing them on index cards and would pull a couple throughout the day to focus on. Now I have so many, I don't know where to keep them. How do you organize your quotes? By category? Online? On your computer? Written?
I want them to be easily accessible, but I know I can't carry them all around with me in my purse lol. Just wondering what everyone else does with theirs?

Hi conscious Rose,
I've "struggled" with that in the past too, and what I've found that works best for me personally is to put them into a word doc, or several word docs in fact, divided into three different categories, named "Abe on Finances", "Abe on Relationships" and "Abe in General".
Every once in a while I print out a couple of pages, and work with those for a couple of days, then print the next set of 10 pages, and work with those for a couple of days, etc...
And whenever I'm looking for something on some particular subject I find the required quote very easily just by typing the words I'm looking for in the word doc finder and the wanted quote appears
I'd love to hear what everybody else does with them too.

I found it useful to set up a blog and put each quote in a separate post, and then use category labels or tags for each, so they are organised by topic and easily retrieved later. You can also use the search function to find specific dates, keywords etc. I set up a wordpress blog on my laptop for doing that, but you could also keep a private blog online using one of the free services (blogger etc), and just set it up so others can't see it & it doesn't get indexed by the search engines. Remember to back it up regularly though!

Hi!
I do keep Abe's Quotes in a Word File. I'm used to check them at random...I just let my eyes choose the one and it is always the right one to read at that moment.

Another resource for all Abe quotes is the AbeQuotes Yahoo group. It is only quotes, and you can receive them in your e-mail box as people contribute them.
I think there is a link to that on the Abraham Appreciators site as well.
Don't know if it is allowed for me to put the links for them on here, so I won't. But you should be able to google it and get results.

I have a folder with plastic sleeves(so I can change them very easily), where I put printed quotes, which I personalize for me - with saying I instead of you together with affirmations, inspirational pictures ir visualization descriptions.
I enjoy it almost every day and add things as I feel the need or come upon a quote what speaks to me.

Google Notebook is a great way to organize quotes. I have them in different "notebooks" according to subject -- ie: I have a "prosperity" notebook, an "EGS" notebook... I just highlight what I want to save, ctrl C (on a PC) and then paste it into the right "notebook". It's like my very own, personalized AH book

| I keep mine on my hotmail account. I just create topic folders and stick them under the correct headings.
