Dear wonderful, sweet Abers!
I have so much to report, but will try and be brief.
I completed a 30 day "Seeing through the eyes of Source" process a week ago.
The process, described by Abraham, is on the Abraham Hicks workshop: 28th August 2007 - Albuquerque, NM
1. Run through your mind a list of all that you appreciate
2. Sleep
3. On Waking, in bed, run through your mind a list of all that you appreciate
4. Get up, do the basics .. brush teeth etc.
5. Meditate (OK, I didn't do that, but did 15 minutes of Tai Chi/Qigong instead)
6. Eat breakfast
7. Sit with paper and pen and list all that you appreciate
8. Do this for 30 days
(Although by around 5 days, I was feeling the pull of my escrow ... and that just grew and grew and grew!)
::vortex1
All sorts of wonderful things have been happening. I literally only have to ask it and it IS given!
Over the last few months (years in fact!), I have been asking for an avenue where I could use all my creative gifts and past experiences and be able to pull it all together and at the same time do something that is completely unique and uplifting to others.
2 mornings ago, I woke up ... and I can only call this is a vision ... a premonition of things to come. I felt as if I was watching a film, and there I was, the leading lady!
It was a complete knowing of what is before me ... which is so delicious and beautiful in every way .. I had never dreamt that big before. It is so true, the Universe has manifested all that we want even bigger and better ...
I won't go into the details, but this amazing path that has been highlighted for me has nothing to do with work. It is complete fun, fun, play, fun and play! And I'm going to be VERY rich because of it.
I expect millions to flow to me over the next few years. There is no doubt about it.
It IS Done!
Anyone care to do the process and report back? Something that might be useful to add, before doing the 30 days, I was already in a place of hopeful on the EGS on most subjects, frustrated being as low as I would go. It may be that other processes are better suited to those who are lower on the scale ... well, you decide and do what feels good to you.
Love
Maya X
P.S. Also, thanks GV for telling me about the "Won't it be nice when ... ?" process as a really step up from the "Wouldn't it be nice .... ?" process ... because the new process is right where I am ... it's so exhilerating playing that one right now!

Wow Maya!
I definitely want to try this. A few questions for you:
1) Step 7 "sit with paper and pen" - do you think it would work by typing it? I do a lot of rampaging, but I do it on the computer.
2) Are you going to continue to do this process each day even though you have completed the 30 days?
Love hearing this feedback - so inspiring!!!

Sounds amazing and very cool. Maya!!!! I think you are so right when you say:
"Something that might be useful to add, before doing the 30 days, I was already in a place of hopeful on the EGS on most subjects, frustrated being as low as I would go."
I have only just fully realised the absolute power of appreciation! I love that you had a vision and that you are going to play, play, play and be rich, rich, rich!!!
I'll have a double of what you're having!!!!

Hey Maya! I am SO in on this! I have been running through my head things I appreciate daily here and there, so I have sort of been doing this and things have started to change already, so things are really going to explode doing this! I can just feel it!

Hi Maya
Thanks for posting this. I am already writing a daily Rampage of Appreciation for 30 days. It would be nice to combine Abe's process with that. I will definitely try it.

Hi Debbie
1. Type or write, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
2. Once I hit day 14 or so, it just became automatic ... now I do what feels best at the time. And I'm in a place where I am just feeling appreciative all day long ... it's very blissful.
I've been playing the Won't it be nice WHEN ... ?" because it just feels right to be playing that with what's lined up for me.
Be playful, make this fun for you, tweak it any way you want. You can not get it wrong as long as you are going downstream.

That's power to you! That's why it is the 1st process in Ask and it is Given. Nothing better than appreciation!!

I want to do this! I have always been pretty good at appreciating all that I have, but this would really take it up a notch. Thank you!

Hi You Wonderful Abers!
I was just listening to Abraham yesterday about appreciation and how that is the best way to really change your life quickly, so I am even more excited about doing this! I did my appreciation time this morning, and it's so funny how when you start, it can take a little to really get into a rampage of appreciation, but once you get the juices flowing do they get going!!! I'm loving this already! And everything is starting to seem brighter, look better, shinier, taste better, etc. I can't imagine how things are going to be after 30 days of this!!!! HOLY COW!!!! I can't wait!!!
Lisa
P.S. I added my own little twist on this that some people might like. I actually start doing rampages of appreciation on specific topics (like husband, son, home, finances, etc.) for at least 2 million man-hours (68 seconds of pure positive thought and appreciation based on the 17 second rule). And then after I do the specific ones I really want to bring more of into my life right away, I go on a general rampage of appreciation about anything else that is flowing into my mind (which is usually a lot at that point). I get such a rush knowing that I am getting 2 million man-hours of work done on each topic I want every single day!!!

I am going to do this too!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am ready for the next level. I love having a plan and I just know I am also right at the brink of living my vibrational reality. I will check back in 30 days (it'll probably be sooner) and let you know ALL of the greatness of my life.
Kristin
PS Lisa, I love love love the idea of 2 million man hours!!!!!!! That is divine.

 Hey all,
This is working out great for me - I'm feeling very upbeat - I think between hopeful and optimistic seems to be my overall set-point.
Question for you all: Do you find yourselves rampaging about the same things, and if so, do you think it's still powerful? I find myself rampaging about a lot, but pretty much always the same things.
Also, I love the rampaging about specific topics (i.e. family members, financial situation, etc. - almost like a BOPA - great idea!

Normally about work, family members, my dogs, books I love, teachers that I respect ... just about anything.
Also when I rampage, I rampage around topics like "Only good stuff happens to me!! ... such as ... this and that, and oooohh this was delicious, and that was woweeee, and I really love that this happened ... and aren't I the lucky one?!! .. and I really love that ....." etc. and that is VERY fun. And it goes all over the place.
I even did a rampage for electric kettles ... I now see them in a new light! Pick anything ... practise this even on little things you regularly use around the home ... or your car etc. and it brings a different feel to everything in your life (that's so easy to take for granted.)

I like this process / plan. I am trying something similar nowadays.
Since four days I have been writing the things about this day which I liked and so I focus on the positive aspects of that day.
Its my BOPA on every day, something about 10 minutes writing everythin I enjoyed during the day. Do you guys think this is enough to get similar results in let's say 30 days or should I do some more stuff every day?

I too seem to rampage about the same things so far, but I think that's to be expected since we just started! And it doesn't matter if you appreciate the same things over and over or not, it is incredibly powerful!!! Appreciation is power, period! But I've also noticed that the more I am doing the appreciation, the more things I start to notice and appreciate, so it seems like it just happens naturally that we appreciate more and more things eventually. Which is just aligning with Source so that we appreciate everything eventually. It's a natural progression, so no worries!
I remember Abraham saying to start with appreciating things that are little and easy to appreciate, and work your way up to the "big" things in your life that maybe are a little harder to appreciate at first. So I guess we all need to appreciate our electric kettles today!!!
Oh my gosh, I love all you crazy, wonderful beautiful people! (And I love my electric kettle, too!)

There's no right and wrong way. If it feels good then it is. If you think it would feel better, then do more ... but this can be done at anytime, not just in writing. I lov rampaging when I walk my dogs (not aloud I must say!)

I love this forum. I was enjoying this thread and nodding in agreement over how much I appreciate MY electric kettle. They are amazing things, I keep mine upstairs so I can enjoy tea without going downstairs......
Oh! I made some tea about 15 minutes ago and left it steeping and got distracted by the forum!
Thank you, Forum Mates for reminding me about my tea!! except picture a much happier round yellow guy and not quite so much steam, LOL!
