Hey I'm here with my David and he saw his picture and said, "Now that's what I call a work of art!" Then he went on to say that he recognised himself, and when he first saw it he said to himself, "What a handsome man!"
I think that that level of confidence is in my vibration escrow for sure!
Love to all of you and we'll see you on the Alaska cruise!
Love,
Carol

Here is how my David feels about Club Hal and about Juno's corn dogs. (He loves them!)

There. That is David's favorite post. Now we can go on and return to the highlighted route!

Oh My, Carol! I almost missed it! I gotta get packing!
I thought I heard someone say that you were in charge of a monthly reminder.
And as it gets closer a weekly reminder and then daily and so on and so forth.
High fives all around. On me.

Rick my dear, I will be glad to send you daily reminders. I know that time can zoom by and I sure don't want you to miss the boat!
Let me know when I should start PMing you hourly. It's a big job, but I'm up to it. I've been feeling pretty darn capable these days.
Love and hugs,
Carol

Hello, Marcia/Rainbow Waterfall and all going on the cruise: ::handwaving I am so excited to see that 2 more have signed up for the Alaska cruise! I woke up this morning with the cruise on my mind and so much joy in my heart! I haven't been on this site in awhile so I am so pleased to find you registered too. Like you, I just know the rest of the money will appear and most likely from retirement funds. My retirement date is 7/1/08 so it is present and I am dreaming and envisioning with joy! Hey, maybe I can get a cake too? Never thought to mention it. After 35 years as an ACSW/early childhood person I would love to DIVE - literally - into a chocolate cake and thank SOURCE for the career I have and will continue to have as "retired." And that photo of the precious boy, David, who loves the Hal food - may I join him for hot dogs and pizza some time? Are adults allowed to eat at the Hal Club? I am a kid a heart.
To all others going on the Alaksa cruise, give tips please. I have never cruised (at least not on a ship), nor been to Alaska. What are the ship and shore things that are MAGNIFICENT to be planned for? I look forward to ALL that is being created as we dream of the cruise.

MaryAnn,
Here are some links to pages of discussion about Alaska 2007. There are more if you care to search.
It might be a little while before we really get revved up on here about Alaska as a few will be getting those pesky non Alaska cruises out of their system.
Just keep an eye on us because it will get going and it is a great way to build a fantastic momentum leading into the cruise!
Rick

Tips for traveling to Alaska:
*Bring clothes that you don't mind getting wet (it rains a lot)
*Be prepared to meet some amazingly friendly people in each of the ports
*Be prepared to eat more than your stomach says it can hold
*Be prepared to dress formally for 2 dinners (or just order in your room, that works too)
*Wear lots of jewelry so that you aren't tempted to buy new pieces in the on ship jewelry store
*If you have a fur coat, now is the time to wear it!
*Be prepared to see some of the most amazing scenery ever
*Be prepared that Rick, Carol, Jody and some other smart-a** people will be on board to keep you laughing
*Be prepared to want to cruise with Abraham for the rest of your (or Esther's) life
*Bring a swimsuit for the pool, even if you think you won't swim
*Be prepared to be a little seasick at first, but it passes quickly
*Be prepared to fall in love with everything you see
*Be prepared to answer the question on the elevator (see Youtube with David Gordon's fab question)
*Be prepared to have something totally unexpected happen that will change your life for the better forevermorenow.
Yippee! This is going to be wonderful!
Love,
Carol
PS *Oh and also be prepared to dote all over Tara's and my son David (will be 6) because we'll probably buy you drinks for making us so happy!
Oh, and also be prepared to tell Rick how fabulous his picture is because that will bring joy to ALL of us!Last edited on Thu Dec 20th, 2007 05:05 am by CarolSmile
