Mindful, I'd LOVE to keep in contact! There's lots of time before we head for the frozen north, so let's try to use it!

I LOVE your relaxed picture. Here is one of my youngest son's favorite pictures of us. My eldest won't be on the ship, but he is a delight, and I'm sure you'll meet him too. He's in Italy right now, on his way to Greece. I just talked to him today, which might be why I'm buzzing so much that I can't sleep.

How's this one for relaxed?

Love and Hugs,
Carol

And yes, we are TOO on topic J & D. Abraham likes relaxed, and would LOVE this picure! ::thumb

LOL Carol!!  So cute.  Italy & Greece - sounds great!  My mother took me to Italy for high school graduation, and then we went back a couple of years later and took an intensive language course - it was amazing and so much fun.  I hadn't been back to Europe since, until last fall when I went to the Czech Republic for a friend's wedding. I loved seeing the old, intricate gothic architecture.  My friend and I even got to see Don Giovanni in the original opera house that Mozart debuted it in!  WOW!

On a more on-topic point, my boss and my mother and I all put our deposits down on the Alaska Cruise on Wednesday!  Woot!  It was a little tricky to figure out which rooms work well for three people, but I think we managed.  I should've asked here!  At any rate, it was very exciting to get our email packets with all the info!!

I'm excited to be booked on the Alaskan cruise!!  I was introduced to Abraham about a year ago and love everything I have read and watched so far.  I just know this cruise is going to be a fabulous experience.  I'm new to the forums.  I look forward to getting you know everyone and meeting some of you this summer :)

Welcome, Ann Marie, to the forum and also to the Alaskan Cruise list! Alaska is unbelievably beautiful, and being out on the Mother Ocean with Abraham and so many positive people, (not to mention the food) will change you forever!

I AM,
Carol::wave

Oh ya, he's an Aber!  We'll both be in all the workshops :)

We're still trying to decide on which excursions to try.  Everything looks like so much fun.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  I'm thinking I'd like to try the dog sledding.  He is happy with anything aslong as he gets a salmon bake somewhere in there.

Hi!
I'm coming on this one, too!

Jody, I'm the girl who was sitting in front next to Julie the fabulous comic, on this past Carribbean cruise, who asked you about the couple who got engaged on the last Alaskan Cruise, the ones you saw in the elevator!

I asked the question about forgiveness this last cruise, and about channeling on the previous cruise.

I TOTALLY WANT TO GO ON EVERY CRUISE THEY HAVE--IT'S THE BEST VACATION I HAVE EVER TAKEN!

There is something about the Alaska Cruise that is different from all others. Maybe it's because it's the only cruise NOT aiming for warmer waters, but you are going to meet some amazing people, see sites that will renew your love of this wild earth, and of course, Abraham on the Great Mother Ocean cannot be beat!

I am looking forward to meeting you and I completely agree with your rocket of desire to be on EVERY cruise!

I AM MY OWN VORTEX,
Carol::boatwave

Wait, you said "this last cruise" meaning the Mexico cruise? Have we already met??????::LOL::LOL::LOL If we have then I can give you a big hug instead of a handshake at the Forum gathering for Alaska!

Ann-Marie, I don't usually respond to people that do not have a real picture for an avatar but this time I will make an exception.

::LOL

Right here ---->  http://www.theabeforum.com/forum3/82-1.html  you will see what we posted about excursions before last years Alaska cruise. Perhaps when it gets closer to the upcoming Alaska cruise we can try and get last years cruisers to share about their excursions. Since Jody has so much free time maybe she will contact everyone that has an excursion experience to share from Alaska 2007.

Welcome aboard from Rick

PS. If you have more questions after reading last years thread, I'm sure there are a number of us that would have some input.

Oh, don't believe Mr. "I won't talk to you without a picture!" He talked to me for almost a year while my avatar was a white horse on a beach.

He's quite friendly, don't worry~ AND he knows a lot about Alaska

::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL

Love,
Carol
