I too read your original post in the original Abe-Hicks forum. I was in alignment with your feelings back then regarding the relationship issue and I haven't quite caught up with where you are, but I'm getting there. I think reading
"You don't have to name your lovers; you don't have to name the cities that you'll move to. You don't have to figure that out. You just have to find the feeling place of what you're looking for. And the Universe will lead you right there. And when you get there, you'll say, oh yeah, you're exactly what I meant."
has a whole new meaning at this point in my life. I guess the student is ready. I love it when that happens. Thank you for taking the time to write all of that out again. I know sometimes I have a lot I want to say but don'thave the time to write it. I;m glad you took the timeTU

Thank you so very much Alix and Terrie!!!! It was well worth writing it again from where I am NOW. And it just gives me goose bumps to know that my recounting of my HOTSEAT experience is helpful to both of you and others!!!! YAY!!!!!

Fred, thank you for this. This has helped me TREMENDOUSLY. The hotseat experience has been a mystery to me. I watch some people being called on year after year, workshop after workshop; certain people knowing they will always be called on and are sometimes called on twice in the same workshop.
I haven't felt focused enough at any workshop to even want to raise my hand and have felt what seemed at the time to be a jolt (of electricity?) at any direct eye contact from Abe, altho I get everything I need each time. Especially satisfying are the answers to my most deepest, most profound ASKings.
I can feel things with me shifting. Your post here was full of the kind of information I was seeking. Thank you, Rev. Fred.

I'm going to the Buffalo, NY, workshop on 5/29. ::yeah I've read several times now what Fred posted earlier in this thread and am getting lined up with being called on. ::light If/when I do, I'll definitely post here.
And I intend to take notes on the whole workshop, which I'll also share in a new thread in this section of the forum.

OMG......I was the last at the workshop in Stamford CT on Sat. I know the definition of "HOT SEAT" now.........;)
This was my first workshop and DEFINATELY NOT my last. I had tons of fun, met tons of people, and learned tons. And the energy at the workshop......... It's weird, but I felt like I've seen everyone there before. Everyone seemed familiar to me. I bet it was the like-mindedness..........

 Congrats on launching desires!! I was just listening to Abraham about step 1, Ask, Step 2 the answer, not our work and step 3 to receive. Abraham states sometimes we are not in the place to receive, free to allow, letting in...and at the gatherings...folks Ask but last one in the room to hear the Answer (so involved with the question vibrationally can't hear the answer) . So, Abraham goes on to say they enjoy the unfolding of the gatherings & chose someone else to Ask Your Question!
You're the representative of future Askings of many (maybe even here)!! What a wonderful honor, Douglas!

Hi all-
I also loved, loved, loved reading Violet's post, so very helpful to me. I actually had to pem her because I wanted to read it again and couldn't find it or remember! I am new to this crazy forum stuff! It's a blast, but I'm feeling a little overwhelmed.
Anyway- I have been in the hotseat twice and it is amazing. I agree wholeheartedly w/ Fred and others, you KNOW, KNOW, KNOW, that you are going to be called. The first time was Boulder 2005, I think I was the last person. I was reading and learning about David Hawkings - Power vs. Force and wondering about the validity of his process of muscle testing and that we all know the truth. It had been on my mind all day and towards the end lots of questioners and someone talked about something and bing, bang, boom - I knew it was my turn actually before my hand went up, kind of like an electrical connection between me and Esther and she just turned and looked right at me. It was an absolute feeling of alignment. Really feeling that final CLICK into place, so simple, effortless...
Basically they were not going to substaniate this muscle testing theory they way I wanted. We all have our own truths and pick up on thought forms. I think they told the story of Esther hearing from OJ Simpson's wife who had been murdered and wanting to know the truth. So many beliefs of what happened are out there, we can pick up on all of those strong thoughts floating around, hard to tell the real truth. Something like that. Wow, I haven't listened to that in soooo long and have moved on to so many different things.
I will say that I didn't have any idea what they were saying to me at the time, totally spacing out because I was just enjoying the feeling of being in front of Esther, it is a very powerful, loving feeling. That is the part that stuck me and meant most to me, not so much the answer to my question...funny!!
Then last year at Boulder. I just started writing about it and felt somewhat uncertain...so I want to listen to that again. It has been a long time since I heard it , so I will listen and then I will report back. It was a relationship question, and lots of goopy gratitude which was fun. Yes, I want to listen again, and see what I hear this time, after so much time, after so much has changed. I am really excited, where did I put those cds???? wow, this will be fun. Especially since I have listened to it over 50 times and practically had it memorized!

Hi Violet, before I read any more I want to add my appreciation for your post as well. I am in a place of wanting to move from Kingston, Jamaica to the US to be closer to Abraham, Esther & Jerry & all of you joyful deliberate creators!
I kept on looking on the internet for information about cities & states & getting very confused but now i'm releasing the specifics of where and getting into the feeling of it!
How fun! This is perfect for me, thanks alot

Also, I know I want to attract alot of money & I wanted some clarity on an exact figure but I think i'll just figure out how I want to feel - financial freedom, purchasing power, feeling confident & comfortable & easy everytime I want to buy something, having infinite choice & options, being able to go shopping whenever I want, being able to do whatever I want & buy whatever I want - whenever I want to ... LOLOLOLOL!

Thank you for your hot seat experience. I am in a similar situation. I intend to rocket up my desire for my newer version of what I choose in a relationship. If it happens to be that that means my wife returns, great. If it doesn't I will be ok with that too. I had an Aunt named Violet (we called her Auntie Vi).
Nancy, were you in the hot seat at Buffalo? I have the weekly CD of that seminar.
