Hi again Seattle workshop people!! David has made us a nice Lime Green Ribbon icon!  We'll be wearing our ribbons at the Seattle workshop next month... (if only I can find some to buy! The mall I went to the other day - I went to several stores, but all they had was dark forest green... hmmm...!)

I'm getting very excited to meet you guys!

I'm planning on checking out the fabric store to find some lime green ribbon. What I'm going to do with a left over roll of it I don't know....not much call for lime green around here :). Guess I'll just have to hang onto it for the 2009 workshop!

Hello all!

I am not sure yet if I will be at the Seattle workshop, but I live in Seattle, so anyone who will be coming early or staying late and wants to get some coffee in the area, I think that would be a blast!

Feel free to PM me or call my cell at 206-605-8176 to arrange something.

So excited...I got the day off and flying over to Seattle for the day from Spokane to go to the workshop.  Is anyone else flying over that morning?  I arrive on Southwest at 745am, would anyone want to share a ride to Bellvue?

This is my first conference and I am beyond excited!!!

I will have to go find a lime green ribbon, looking forward to meeting forum members!  Jackie

What wonderful forum reunion we are going to have in Seattle!!

It will be so great to meet you all!  David and I will be in the center isle either front or second row - and we'll have lime green ribbons on - we'll also probably come down quite early, so I'm sure you won't miss us.

You will see at least three of us coming up from near Portland. We've got our green ribbons at the ready! (Any specific place/way we're to wear them?)

Looking forward to seeing you there,

Hi Annette!!

And hi everyone!  I am so excited about Thursday! I'll probably put attach a piece of lime green ribbon with the name tag sticker that we'll receive when we register for the workshop in the AM.

Some good things happening in our lives that require us to be home on Thursday.....so that means we will not be at the Seattle workshop.

I am happy/sad, if you know what I mean!

Some day soon.....

My husband just called from the Seattle workshop (ended an hour ago) and HE GOT ON THE HOT SEAT! His first workshop too! Woo Hoo! Unfortunately, he has NO IDEA what he said or what Abe said... so if anyone took notes, he thinks he was the 2nd one after the lunch break and said something about responsibility for helping people on their path...  He is tall, with long gray hair (probably in a pony tail) if anyone remembers seeing him!

Fortunately, he DID order the CDs!  WHEW!

India,

Your husband had a wonderful interaction with Abraham. I know what it's like to sit in the hotseat and not be able to recall the details of the exchange, so I went back to my notes to see what I wrote during your husband's time conversing with Abraham.

The essence of his question, as you mentioned, was, "Do I have an obligation and/or responsibility to others in this knowing?"

Abraham replied, in summary, "You have a responsibility to your alignment. Only in infinite selfishness can you give to others." They reminded him that Law of Attraction will match him with his students.

Thank him for me for the lovely expansion of All-That-Is.

Warmly,
Tara

Thank you SO MUCH Tara! I am never able to take notes during a workshop but so appreciate those of you that do!! I will let him know what happened... isn't that funny?!

When we met, he was a teacher of the Course in Miracles (11 years ago) and has since made a steady trip down the rabbit hole into anxiety and depression and anger. Although I have been a student of Abraham for almost 3 years, he would not "join" me in it, since he had practiced the "Art of Anger" for so long.

I have had great big rockets shooting off quietly (since nagging him... "you create your own reality" didn't work!) and am so appreciative of the Universal Manager for taking care of his rendezvous with Abe in Seattle (where he is working and we are also doing a bit of trial separation...)

We'll see where the U takes us now... just need to keep my space on the EGS steady! Whew!

Again... thanks for the hot seat insight! It'll be most helpful!!
