I think you'll love the cd's Shari, I'm getting so much out of them .
Jody, I was listening to your question at work this morning and I was in a great mood after having contrast earlier in the week and feeling expanded from it.
Your interaction was hilarious and the subsequent point of when one is vibrating high ,how that is a perfect time to appreciate and strive for even higher vibration through processes was really driven home.
I was going down a cramped dirty railcar full of automobiles ratcheting them down and was joyfully listening and appreciating like I was dancing through a meadow on a sunny morning as Abraham amped up the vibration on the cruise. It was awesome.

I'm on the master's program but have also been ordering the cruise cd's. A week ago, I got the Mexican Riviera cruise set that I'd bought almost a month ago. I wrote to AH and asked if I could send it back. They said as of May 19th, they send the cruise sets to master's program folks. They told me to keep the set, give it to someone, and they would credit my card! How nice is that?  Did anyone else know about this?
So, I won't order the set, even though I'm anxious to hear it.
I get so excited about the cd's! It's like a party in my mailbox!

I can honestly say that my hotseat experience on the Caribbean cruise was the first time I sort of "blanked out" while they were answering me! I do remember that they amped up the energy while I was sitting there though... and my lips started to quiver while I was grinning - I felt like everything was glowing and sort of shivering, and it felt fantastic. What an amazing experience!
The Caribbean cruise workshop was SO powerful. Oh, and by the way, is Scott Raposa's music featured on these recordings? Any before/after dancing music?

Jody, you did fine, and you don't need to give any more of your attention to how you sound to others. That's something Abe tells you on that recording
too. You say it's about your children, but it could apply to anyone. You, like everyone else, sound open and vulnerable and Abraham treats you with humor and love. No worries, mate!

Actually since I wrote that post I've received and heard the recording and I was surprised at what I heard. My impression right after sitting down was that I had "blurted out" that Abraham said I was screwed up the last time I was on the hotseat! It felt as if that just "came out" even though I had not been planning to ask about that! But when I listened to the recording.. I realized I was much more contained and relaxed at the beginning of the interchange than I had thought. So interesting the way our perception of an interaction can be so different during and after!
The reference to my children was about that previous hotseat experience where Abraham had said I was "so screwed up".. it was in reference to my making such a big deal about whether my children were "happy" and trying to take too much responsibility for that. Abraham says that I look at other people's lives and put too much store in how they are feeling, when really it's THEIR journey, and I can only influence from my own point of connection. I am able to do that quite well when it comes to most people - but when it comes to my kids, I still fall into that "but I just want them to be happy!" trap...
The real meat of my hotseat experience on the Caribbean was the part about amping up the energy. I asked them to repeat what we had experienced on the Mexico cruise, and I thought they promised they would do it later in the cruise. They never did - at least not in the same way - as an organized "meditation" sort of thing - but while I was in the seat they definitely did something!! It was very intense. And the really really really cool thing? It aligned a problem I've had with my jaw for over a year. Since that day my jaw has remained in alignment. It was like a TUNE UP, and was very very powerful!! I still feel it when I want to - I can bring back that intense energy that swirled in and around me as I sat there. Abraham was talking, and I was smiling, and my jaw slipped into place and I have not had the same "out of alignment" feeling since. It's so interesting because one of the questions on my list had been "Ask about my jaw". It had been giving me "trouble" here and there for a long time, and I knew it was a message - guidance about my energetic alignment as a whole.. that much was clear... and after I got off the hotseat it never came back. And the "issue" that I assumed the jaw had been trying to give me guidance on ceased to be an "issue" in my life! Just like magic. And I never said a word about it to Abraham. They simply read my vibration and "worked on me" through whatever utterances I offered, even if they were unrelated.
The next two times after that that I was in the hotseat, I was completely relaxed and enjoyed the moment. Completely different experiences. I'm still amazed. When I sat in the seat on the Med. cruise I had the distinct thought "this is so comfortable... I could sit here and look into Esther/Abraham's eyes forever..." In fact Abraham said to me "well, now that you've brought us to the leading edge, do we have to throw you out?" I guess I gave the impression I was planning never to get up!! 
Sorry to ramble.. but thinking about my hotseat experiences has been so uplifting today! What fun!

I love, love, love and appreciate your "ramblings," Jody. No appologies needed -- if someone isn't vibrating in the vicinity of your words, they'll probably pick a different thread to check!!!
What a great story about your jaw. I've always gotten the sense, from just listening to Abraham's answers, that Abraham DOES answer much more than the question "asked" out loud -- and they definitely KNOW more about the question than the words that are used. What a wonderful confirmation of that suspicion.
I, too, was a little surprised that they never did the organized vibration thing on that cruise, but they did put some qualifiers in their promise. I guess it never lined up as it had on the Mexican cruise. There were several times that I could feel myself leap into new energy zones. I think their IT'S DONE rampage was one of those times.

Wow Jody! I just listened to your hot seat experience on my CD set and I must say it was absolutely fantastic. I loved the humour in it all and even better the answer that you invoked Abraham to deliver to us all.
I particularly loved the clarity in the message that Abe said about being able to reach higher frequencies by rampaging and doing Bopas when we are already feeling good. That was very clarifying for me as I normally only "do the work" when I am not so up to speed.
I can not wait to listen to the rest of the CDs .. but right now, I'm just going to listen to your beautiful lyrical voice all over again!

There was a question about the value of purchasing these Caribbean Cruise CD's that was posted over on the "Abraham and You" topic board.
The name of the the thread there is also "Caribbean Cruise CD's"
I posted a list of the myriad of topics that were addressed on this series of workshops (as best as I could get them down), so readers of this thread may want to take a look at that.....
