Hello, My name is Bryan. Its wonderful to have found a site devoted to Abraham!

I have recently had an experience that has changed my perception of life forever. Last week I was doing my daily meditation and was given an amazing gift I was curious if others may have experienced this joy. Let me start by stating that when I meditate I hear an audible buzz or hum. This buzz changes pitch and tone depending on how deep in the meditation I am.I was in the first 5 minutes or so in a meditative state when as Esther said my head started moving independent of my will! I wouldn’t say it was spelling anything, It was more like the tracing the outline of a map. The feeling I had was almost orgasmic during this entire meditation .My mouth was twitching into a HUGE smile! It felt like I was on a roller coaster. I decided to repeat within my head "I have no Fear",upon stating that a surge of goose bumps engulfed me. I have never felt this good. Then an audible voice said 'I am that that to which she calls Abraham".I was really excited at this point to say the least! I saw what she refers to as source, I have tried and still cannot think of a better word. It was the source of EVERYTHING!!! It was all love, free of judgment. It showed me that god is not a being but being itself! It told me that the buzz I hear during meditation is a frequency indicator, Its funny because that now is obvious. It showed me that there is no right or wrong I know that sounds trite but To know that as opposed to just saying it is quite different. It showed me that it is always here,We see it all the time we just overlook it. We just have to come in to its frequency range. It showed me that there are as many truths as there are perceivers of truth and NONE of them are wrong. It was the source of all intelligence, wisdom and knowing. My best analogy to describe how I felt during this process is I felt like a straw or tunnel having information and love poured through me.

I was a little freaked out afterward. I have since tried to get back to that state.I haven't been able to.I was curious if others know how to go back.It seems I have this expectation every time I meditate and then feel disappointment when I,They or whatever does not return.I think that feeling pushes me out of that frequency.Does anyone have a suggestion or could anyone else relate their experience with contact with Abraham.

 Thank you very much!

Hi All,

Karen,Az by means of New Orleans?I'm Hi by means of NOLa!I miss it greatly.I love New Orleans.

I think we can all get to that place. It explained to me that its always there it we just have to come in to its frequency. The name Abraham Esther made up.It really is beyond name and form.I understand why she gave it a name,Its really difficult to put in to words and by giving it a name I see how it helps to convey the message.Im really amazed at how she translates it. After the meditation I was filled with more insight and felt more love than I have even imagined possible.A lot of the clarity disappeared from memory after a couple of hours.Another really wild,I mean wild thing about it was that I thought that I was communicating and meditating for at least 30 minutes and was SHOCKED that I had only been meditating for less than 3 minutes!I now see that time is perception.

Im not sure how to go back.Im not even really sure how to communicate the transaction. I have tried several techniques during meditation to reconnect.I will get through again.I am putting forth the intention and remaining open as much as I can on a conscious level.I think my fear of not reconnecting and frustration of not reconnecting keeps me from it.Does that make sense?Im working on letting go of that.

My meditations prior to that one I thought were amazing! In comparison to that experiance I feel a little cheated now when I haven't reached the same state. I'm sure others are interacting with that same inteligence and maybe just havent noticed what it is.Im asking for a teacher or someone who knows how to reconnect to assist me in my reconnection.

I just discovered this site today and immediatley signed up .I look forward to interacting with people with similiar interest. My post wasn't to insight jelousy or for other people to think of me as special.Im sincerely looking for friends and teachers. This is the aeon of awakeing and its nice to have mates in this era.

Thank you very much.

Hi Iba,

I agree, I think you will get back to that place, so "be easy about it". I appreciate hearing your experience and I feel at peace knowing we are always connected to source and in fact, are source.

Thanks for sharing,

Love, Cindy::ohm

Hello Iba/Bryan from Hawaii!  Welcome to the Forum...

I hear that buzz you talk about - sometimes when it is really quiet I sit and softly meditate on that buzz - very peaceful.  I've never had the kind of experience you describe - but I have experienced something sort of similar.

The human tendency is to try and make it happen again.  And of course, you can't.  You didn't "make" it happen the first time - think of it as a gift from Source, a gift of Grace if you will.  The trap comes when you try and figure out how to make it happen again, you sit down to mediate but instead of relaxing you are "trying" and then disappointed when you can't get back to that state.

Remember the Stream of Well-Being will carry you.  When you "try" to recreate that experience you are turned upstream.  I've never been able to get back to that state I was in and that was about 10 years ago - the memory is all I have now.  I have given up the trying and I view it as a gift from Source.  Maybe I'll experience that again and maybe not - but either way...:allgood

EDIT:  I realize that my post may sound discouraging.  What I am meaning to say is that if you want that experience again of course you can achieve it but NOT by "trying".  Trying is upstream when it comes to matters like this.  You need to want it (which you do) and then ALLOW it.  Your fear of not being able to reconnect again and your frustration is definitely getting in the way.  Let go of that.  Easier said than done I know.

Why haven't I ever experienced that blissful state since 10 years ago?  In a nutshell, not long after that experience I took a long slide into lower vibrational levels (discouragement, fear, anxiety, etc.)  So I was not in the range for that to happen for many years.  It is only the past 2 years that I've gotten back into vibrational range and I really haven't been desiring that experience again.  Hmmmm....  I don't know why.  ::chin  Maybe its because I hardly ever meditate anymore.  Duh....

Hello again,

I knew I couldnt be alone in this experiance. You hear the buzz too?Cool! When I first noticed the buss I thought it was from a Cell phone tower.I now know better,I was super paranoid.I have read too much David Icke!

Its  funny in retrospect because I have been trying to force it since. That forcing causes anger and frustration and defeats my purpose for meditation anyway.Talk about a snake biting its own tail.LOL

I just tried to meditate a minute ago but was not able to relax enough to actually do it. I really appreciate your honesty.I was afraid that people would think I was lying but posted the story anyway. The response has been very nice.

Thank you all for your kindness.

::wow A fellow New Orleanian!  How cool!  I've been in AZ for a little over 5 years, and I have to say that the only things I really miss about NOLA are my family (my entire family lives there) and the FOOD!  My mother takes great fiendish delight in calling to tell me about the different seafood dishes she cooks....she is an evil woman....but a good cook and I love her anyway! :)

Believe me you will find both friends and teachers on this site.  I feel so much love for and have learned SO much from the people on this forum, it's just incredible and I feel very blessed for the experience.

Hi Karen,

I made Shrimp Remoulade last night,It was delicious! Im making meatloaf tonight. Its very Creole-esque!I use the trinity and use a tomato sauce,Or as they say in New Orleans red gravy. I must confess that I wasn't born in NOLa.I lived there for nine years and consider it my spiritual home.I have been gone for a little over a year or so and think about Miss New Orleans daily. My memories will always bring me joy.

The people I have spoken with so far have been super nice and inspiring.I really love it.

::LOL  LMAO!  I love hearing "Yat-speak"....makes me miss my dad! :)  For the New Awlins cooking impaired, the "trinity" is onions, bell peppers & celery.  I get the biggest kick out of my neighbors' fascination with the fact that we call tomato sauce "red gravy"....they're always saying "What is it you call tomato sauce again?" just to hear me say it.   Oh and "momanem"....they LOVE that one!

I'm going home for Thanksgiving and want to bring back some lump white crabmeat so I can make a crab & corn bisque during the tiny winter we have here! YUM-MY!

Oh and I usually meditate with a tape (to block outside noise), but this morning I turned off the A/C and fan and turned off the lights, just to see if I could hear the buzz and I did!  I could hear the fridge motor running too, but the frequency buzz was "higher up in my head" - if that makes sense - not like a higher pitch, but just higher in my head.....strange I know, but that's what it was like.  I also felt much more connected for just a minute.  But I was really trying too hard so I stopped.  But it was cool that I hear the buzz! :)

I love the QUIET and I seek it out - no tv, no fans, no motors, nothing.  And when I'm in the quiet I've been able to hear that buzz but I used to think it was static or some trick with my ear drums.  Then a couple of years ago I was surfing the Internet and found a written article about this buzz - that it was the Sound of God.  :)   So that got me interested and I started to pay attention to the buzz and I really did feel more peaceful or connected or something while I was listening.  Delicious!

The quietest place on earth that I have ever been is in the middle of a desert - Death Valley, California.  No wind, no birds, no animals, no human sounds, nothing... what a buzz........

The first year or so I lived in New Orleans I befriended a neighbor in my building that introduced to the term "Red Gravy".It was hilarious because he had a super high-pitch voice with a THICK westbank accent. What he actually said was "Come taste my gravy girl".It was so funny that we my partner and I  used  to and still do sing it.Come taste my gravy girl, come taste my gravy girl!lol!Im swaying this as I type .So Funny!

I learned so much about food when I lived there.Food is an obsession there.I loved it because I LOVE eating and cooking and sharing.Thats what New Orleans was about to me.It was a place full of life! I remember when New Orleans lost the title of the fatest city in the USA.They protested in the streets and demanded a recount! It was on the news for a week.

It was amazing being gay there.People have no issue at all with gay people. Its just apart of the culture and its just accepted without any qualms, questions or judgement.I think its the most free place I have ever been!

If you havent lived there you can't understand how accepting and generous that city is. Friends would come from all over the world when I lived there and a few were really touched at how people truly don't see color there or sense that feeling of differance. So many beautiful people! The last 6 years I lived there I lived on old Dryades street and saw the most beautiful women I have ever seen in my life. She was probably 85-90 years old with smooth black as night skin, a shock of white super coarse hair with the clearest blue eyes I have ever see.She beamed peace.

I love that you too hear that buzz. You can condition yourself to hear it always. Its like all other sound is layered on top of it.I use it to center myself. If you are really upset or angry, stop and listen for it.It always soothes me. To me its the sound of well-being that Abraham teaches.

Iba - can you hear the buzz even in a noisy environment?  I only listen to it when things are quiet around me.  And right now I'm at work and there are computers humming around me and people talking and I'm trying to hear it now but it's not easy.  But I think I barely can - up inside my head like Wildheart says.

So I'm wondering - can you hear it pretty well even when things are noisy outside of you?
