Hello, everyone. I'm happy to have found this forum, and I think I'll just dive right in here.

I've been listening to Abraham for a few years now. I've been into the Seth material for many more years, but have found that the Abraham information is so great for every day life.

I have a collection of Abraham downloads on my Ipod, and every morning I head out the door for long meditative walks with them. My husband listens to them also on his Ipod, and we are having fun co-creating our shared reality. When you take hold of the reigns in your existence, and stop thinking that everything in your life is either fate or random chance, it's a fun ride.

How much fun that must be to have a partner to share this with.  Not many do, at least that I have seen.

Thanks, Joan. Yes, it is fun to have someone to share it with. He's really new to it, but he's starting to get it.

Joan, you'll meet him. I'd never heard anything about Abraham when I met my hubby (mid-nineties), but I was just learning about law of attraction from other sources. The term Law of Attraction hadn't been created yet, but the concept had always been known. (Reality Creation, Conscious Creation, etc.) I was fresh from a bad marriage of 13 years, and was doing some serious "inner work" to make sure I met the right guy this time. I pondered the qualities of the kind of man I'd prefer, etc., etc.. Just as I decided I might just stay single and get lots of cats instead, I met my current husband. (On a blind date, no less.) We married in less than a year. He adores my kids (grown now), and they adore him.

As far as him getting into Abraham, it goes back to a promise I made him when we first got together. I'd realized through life that I always had a knack, no matter how grim things appeared, to land on my feet. Things I really really wanted would come to me, even if I "gave up" and looked for options. I pointed at my feet, and informed my husband that as long as he stuck with me, I had "feet". "Feet" became our keyword for don't worry, it'll work out. That includes losing our home in an awful hurricane, but winding up with a much better one.

I can't remember exactly when, but it's only been in the past year or so when he finally decided to investigate the whole concept and try to apply it himself.

An Abraham cruise wedding sounds like lots of fun. If you meet him on an Abraham cruise, it will make it even more meaningful.

"Feet", liking that.......think I will use it....I'll give you the credit when I do.

Hurricane?  Where?  I live on Fl east coast and been thru many but no major damage.  Had to get a new roof once.

Maybe I could get Gordon or Marc to marry us?  How cool would that be?!

Everyone is invited !

Use "feet" as often as you like. ;-)

I'm up in the panhandle. Back in '04 we were hit by Hurricane Ivan. Our neighborhood was flooded out by the storm surge. We got so many hurricanes and tropical storms in 04 and 05, I was starting to take it personally.

I'll keep an eye out for that wedding announcement.
