Strange one.  Let's be creative and see what happens.  I've changed your user name to add a 1 at the end of it.  Reset your password again, use a simple password, and see if that helps.  If so, then we will try it without the 1 at the end.

Dear David,

Whenever I requested for a new password, the login was always successful the first time round, but after I changed password and login again it was ok, I can login again using the new password..

But after I closed the browser and open a new browser, I cannot login anymore...have to request for new password...

Like for this message I have to go back to the link you sent to me...then it allows me to post this message.

Hope I did not confused you, and very sorry for the inconvenience caused...

By the way...the login page stated to reset the cookies..how do I do that?? maybe it is the cookies problem??

Thank you very much for your time

Best regards,

Karen

Perhaps it's a browser setting/security issue.  It may also be security software and not related to the forum software.  Can you reset your browser to defaults?  Or, can you try a different browser or computer?   Let's start there.
