Just click the "new messages" link, it's on the top right, under the calendar button.   From there, click the message itself.

Well, for some browsers (like Opera) it doesn't work, so e.g. I had to set my preferences for the page (mask as another browser)
By "doesn't work" I mean the link does not direct you anywhere -- it also works for changing colours (WYSIWYG editor)
