I love the fact I found out a few minutes ago that I was saying to my IB that I am not good enough.on several topics.....well: hell no!! I let this program go and put in my pie that:
I love Me Me Me!!::yeah
I love the feeling of loving myself.
I love the feeling and knowing I am GOOD. I am Perfect. Life is GOOD. All is WELL.
I am GOOD. I am GOOD and Wellbeing flows trough me. I am allowed to go dwonstream and get everything I want to be do of have. I can, because I am GOOD and a powerful creator. I am feeling proud of where I am. I am now and now I am feeling GOOD. I am GOOD and have great ubandance of seflesteam.

Congrats Femshine! It is so exciting when you catch yourself going upstream. 
Everytime you realize this, you are breaking the habit and soon you will only think  downstream thoughts!

So true...This one was a very deep one, so I still have to remind myself. ::lookBut, by my new program, I have done something different where I was feeling fear at first. I love it that deep pgrograms also can be deleted quikly!!! Jeahhhhh New prgrams rocks!!

(ahem) As nice as it to play with the fonts on this tool, I think I'm getting too dizzy looking at all these REALLY big letters, so Jody or David please be free to delete an extra post.

Yes that was my belly about 3 months ago. ::whacky
Now I have this amazing little creature who is teaching me many many things! I am blown away by the love I have for him. I never imagined it to be this intense!!
I love the fact that my IB is in full gear these days letting me know exactly when I'm experiencing contrast. I'm so conscious of my thoughts now and am blown away by how many negative thoughts go through my head! The beauty is that I'm attempting to reach for the better thought more and more and can not wait for it to be automatic! I love how I feel immediately when I reach for the better thought and how the universe rewards me! I'm so excited about my life and future now! Bring it on!!!::yeah

What an awesome picture!! Such a great reminder of the joy of pregnancy and birth and what baby is feeling floating around in there! This is the perfect image for a new venture I've been inspired to begin: I'm going to start teaching Meditation for Pregnancy. Your photo says it all, just what I want to convey in my classes! I gave birth to my own wonderful creature 9 months ago. I love knowing that he chose us from a place of pure knowing! I love his attitude about life, he comes at life with his mouth wide open! Children are the ultimate teachers. I think I need to do a rampage of appreciation about birth now!!!!
