I am very happy to say that I have finally paid off a long-standing debt to the IRS! Yay for me!
I am very grateful that the IRS allowed me to create a payment plan that was affordable. I was able to choose the amount I paid each month as well as the due date of the payment. This was so helpful and it really made the whole process so much easier. It was not fun having a debt with the IRS, but they were more than willing to work with me on getting it paid off in a manner that was comfortable for me.
I appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitudes of the IRS employees that I dealt with during this process. Whenever I had any questions about my account, I was always treated very well. My questions were always answered promptly and in a manner that was very easy to understand.
I appreciate being able to pay this debt off a full 9 months earlier than I had originally expected! They applied the tax return that I was supposed to get this year to my debt and they also applied a portion of my "economic stimulus" payment to it as well! I even had a little left over to go out and have fun with!
I appreciate the letter that I received today from the IRS informing me that my debt was paid off! Whoo-hoo!

GND, congratulations! This is great! I appreciate the work of the IRS. The money that they collect helps keep our country growing and expanding. As we think more downstream thoughts about the IRS and its employees, it will evolve and improve to serve us in new and better ways. Jerry

I love playing the game of getting my taxes ready with my tax program!
I'm happy to pay my taxes!
I live in such a great place in the world and I'm happy to contribute to it's continued flow and function!
