Ok Elaine.
First and foremost I am 100% convinced through experience, spirituality and science that the thoughts that I allow to reside in my mind WILL DETERMINE THE OUTCOME OF MY LIFE. So, I am developing a habit of thinking well and giving little to no attention to thoughts that remove my joy. I also am developing a habit of noticing immediately when I'm not feeling joyful, discovering the thought culprit and sending it for a hike. You see we have to be responsable and aware of our feelings so we know when a non-productive thought has worked its way in. NO ONE ELSE HAS THIS JOB OR CAN DO IT. NOT GOD, NOT ABRAHAM, NO ONE. It actually is very empowering.
I also have my vision of my future life and love to think about that vision throughout the day. My thoughts must be consistant with this picture. Now situations will pop up (contrast) to give us more clarity. But, allowing this to be an excuse to entertain non-productive thoughts is really missing the lesson. Contrast is not an indication that things are going wrong but that things are being more fine tuned.
Very simply: good thoughts are your friends, all others are not.

Thank you, Jerry
I always like reminders like yours.
I am developing habits like that also and I do notice that it's becoming more habitual, taking less time to catch those "culprit thoughts"
That's why I like this forum so many people like you are good reminders. Thanks again!

I LOVE MY LIFE!
I can see that my husband wants the best for me and for our son.
Today is a great day to be Abe. I am thrilled to face this day with so much support and knowledge and pointing downstream.
I am enjoying reflecting on yesterday's adventures in my kayak amongst the cormorants and skimmers and general BEAUTY of the bay. Life is neutral. I know it is my own mindset that finds the beauty. I am so grateful to see beauty all around me.
I turn my head to kiss my son's head, and I see beauty. I look over my computer screen, and I see the tops of my rhododendron in full bloom, and I see beauty. I look through the skylight and see a gorgeous blue sky full of white clouds, and I see beauty. A little hand breaks my line of sight proudly showing off some hole-punching on a piece of paper, and I see great beauty.
WOW! That short little rampage of beauty has brought beautiful tears of joy.
I am profoundly blessed. BLESSED. BLESSED!!!
BEAUTY ABOUNDS!

To the sweet little girl singing loudly in the cafe!
To the beautiful tiny baby with his mother!
To seeing myself and my beauty in the mirror today! I am a flower! To me!
To all those who did the asking and answering on my new Mexican Cruise CDs!
Thank you for making this day GOOD!
Love,
Christine

I love the rain. This morning, I wake up to the rain. Today is the Best Day Ever.
I love listening to the rain on the roof.
I love knowing that the rain is watering all the plants. I love enjoying all kinds of weather and all kinds of days. I LOVE the variety of life and how it manifests in all sorts of ways.
I love, love, love the kindness and support on this forum.
I love my lawyer who usually is a shark but who is going gently for me!
I love lining up with what I want, and I love the reminders where I must not be as lined up as I thought, AND I love noticing them before "don't worry, they'll get bigger!!"
I love knowing that we are not here to convince everyone of what we believe. I love finding the balance of speaking my truth and trying to convince. I love that that balance is getting easier and easier.
I doing new things like my teleseminar. I love seeing each day that more and more wonderful, like-minded people have signed up to hear what I have to say about Flower Energy. It is so exciting to have this opportunity -- all these marvelous technological opportunities. THANK YOU to those whose rockets of desire created all these marvels!!! (And, I know that my rockets will contribute to the ever-expansion of these things, too!)
I am feeling so much love this morning, it is SURE to be the BEST DAY EVER, EVER, EVER!!

This is surely the BEST DAY EVER...
As I think about the love that is flowing to me... always flowing...
As I felt the sun on me while sitting on the front porch and hearing the birds...
THANK YOU, Universe and Me, FOR THIS DAY!
Love,
Christine

Isn't it fun to think that at the same moment, we are sharing some of the same experiene (this forum) while we are both enjoying very different experiences in many other ways (like the rain/sun thing!)

THANK YOU!!! I DO love flowers! I love their infinite variety. I love walking around a house that I am considering buying and coming upon a lovely patch of graceful iris.
I love that there are now several houses on the market that would work for me right now -- several good options. I love having options, weighing options and lining up with a direction and GOING THAT WAY!!
Whooo HOOO!

Today, I am a little slower to find the right thoughts to rev me up; so, ... I ask myself WHAT REALLY GETS MY JUICES FLOWING, REALLY RINGS MY BELLS?
Just the idea of TODAY BEING THE BEST DAY EVER -- ALWAYS. Now, that gets my juices flowing. It is an amazing, powerful thought.
So, what about TODAY will make it the BEST DAY? Well, my thoughts, my focus...
I love that today I am going to get together with a new group of friends. I love participating in the evolving of our relationships and my involvement as an integral part of this group that these friends who have known each other for so long before I came along have asked me to join. I enjoy the comraderie, the fun. I look forward to laughing and sharing our thoughts and our chewing over of the book that we all read. (I love that I am a very fast reader.)
I love that today I will continue to chew over the housing options that I have uncovered -- all good ones, all different ones. I love that all of them appeal to different aspects of who I am. I love knowing that the home that more fully reflects my VE right now is DONE and IS DONE. I know it is coming into my experience, and I love knowing that.
I love the lush beauty of the day after a rain with all the vegetation wet with the raindrops and the haze of evaporation around everything. I love following the growth of all my plants. I have ALWAYS loved getting my hands in the dirt. I love knowing that soon we will be eating more of the veggies fromour garden. There is something so satisfying about bringing veggies in, rinsing them off and eating them. Oh, what fun!
I love that I take time to get myself revved up for the day. There is NO REASON to go ho-hum into a day. There is ALWAYS wonder and love and beauty and joy to be found, I love knowing that it is all about the focus of my attention.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the picture CarolSmile posted with her new Arabian horse and the MOST WONDERFUL photo of pure happiness! THANK-YOU, Carol!!
It is all good.
BEAUTIFUL VIBRATIONS ABOUND!

Today is the best day ever. I am amazed by how each day can be better than the last and how each success builds upon a previous success and how life just always keeps getting better and better. Today is the best day ever because it is. Because I have realised this and because I choose to keep choosing this throughout the day. Today is the best day ever because of lovely sunshine, delightful meals, fun conversations, divine inspiration and because I keep choosing to think the good thoughts over and over and over again.
Thank you so much Katherine for being consistent with this thread. I am adoring your wonderful ability to find the good in anything, no wonder your life is filled with so much love, joy and laughter. Because I get to see this and notice this and invite this into my life ( I'll have some of that please Uni) today is the best day ever.

Today is the best day ever. I love starting my day this way--reading Katherine's and Mueni's posts helps me to start my best day.
I love that my body feels so good and wants to "go for a run" (or walk). I love that my granddaughter graduates from kindergarten today and wants me to come to see her. I love that the weather is so nice and sunny without a breeze. I love that I get to celebrate with my family. I love that I have a new grandchild on the way.
I love that a perfect job is almost here. I love that I have some beautiful friends who keep in touch with me and want to do things together. I love the different housing possibilities I have.
I love knowing that by pre-paving the day, it truly is the best day ever!

I love reading the Abraham quote of the day and my Louise Hay quote from a calendar I have. They always offer such good ideas to consider throughout the day. Today's Hay quote is good enough to share here: MY LIFE GETS MORE FABULOUS EVERY DAY -- isn't that true?!!! AND, isn't it just the most wonderful way to view life!
Oh, I am truly blessed to have found these positive-thinking ways of viewing the world. My life took an ENORMOUS leap when I started going downstream, and it just keeps getting better and better.
I love that today I am going to a 5-year-old birthday party where there will be a MAGICIAN!! I love magicians, and I REALLY LOVE watching the faces of delighted children. I can just imagine it already -- SOOO beautiful.
I love that today my only local Abing friend is going to stop by for tea and conversation. It is so great to be able to talk to like-minded people.
I love imagining where I'll put my furniture in the houses I am looking at. I love thinking about what I'll do in each of the rooms, where I'll make room for meditation and exercise and my wonderful, blessed flower work. I love thinking about how we might decorate the rooms and what new things we might like to bring into our experience there. I love thinking about what flowers I will plant. I love thinking about the parties and teas I could have. (I love entertaining.)
I love picturing the walks and bike rides will might initiate from our new home.
I LOVE IT ALL.
AND, I love that my Abe-friend has just arrived and that I will be serving her favorite violet tea that I got on a wonderful trip to Paris. (I love teasing out all the flower-flavored foods wherever I travel.) It is all a GREAT WEB of wonderfull connections!
TOOTLE-OO!
