Today really WAS the best day. I'm more consistently knowing that my IB inspires me be at the right place at the right time.
I love that I got all my prescriptions refilled without insurance.
I love that I now trust the Universe to supply ALL of my needs in an easy and gentle way.
I love knowing that I will always be fine, no matter what.
I love that I have a "manager" to arrange events and circumstances to manifest all my needs.
I love knowing that!
Today really was a great day!

My day started early and very nicely with my son running in my room to tell me it is time to get up. We enjoyed a quick breakfast and then a trip to pick up his babysitter so that I could attend a Sound Meditation class -- what a great thing to do in the morning. It is the first one of the season and it held in a gorgeous sculpture garden. We practiced the Om, and I felt a wonderful connection with a nearby tree.
When a day starts like that, can it help but be great!!
TODAY IS THE BEST DAY EVER -- I am eagerly anticipating its unfolding. It promises to be the warmest day (by far) so far this year and quite a contrast from the chilliness yesterday. I LOVE warm weather! We got bread fresh from our friend's oven. We got fresh fish, and we are planning kayaking and grilling out later.
MAN OH MAN it IS the BEST DAY EVER!!

I haven't been able to get online all day -- until now -- busy and electric outages and internet outages. Good to get on now -- makes me realize how much of what I do is computer related. Hmmm...
Today is proving, once again, to be the BEST DAY EVER. Wow!
Beautiful HOT weather here -- YAY! We started with a bike ride on the main square of town where we ran into friends.
Then, my son joined me at my meditation class where he was FABULOUS.
Then, a quick lunch and off to kayak at the beach where we ran into more friends and saw tons of snowy egrets and swam and paddled and watched people clamming -- oh, and I got my new extra-long paddle; so, it was even MORE of a pleasure to paddle today. 
Then, we got out and got home and got to dinner -- JUST IN TIME for the HUGE storm to roll through and knock down dozens of HUGE trees along the mile between home and the restaurant where we ate -- but we were one step ahead of it all. Our dinner was fully prepared before the electricity went out in the restaurant -- no trees fell on us or our property, AND we weren't still on the water when this SUDDEN storm hit. It all just brought home how easily people can have ENTIRELY different experiences in a very similar setting, how easily WE could have had an ENTIRELY different experience of this day. As it was, it is, once again:
THE BEST DAY EVER!!!

Yesterdan and today were both fabuluous days!
Yesterday I woke up early, did some channel writing, then drove over to my parents house to pick them up and drive to Princeton. It was a lovely day with lots of joy and happiness. My sister made a wonderful Pear Crumble and she remembered not to use cinnamon! Yeah! We spent most of the day in the garden! It was fantastic to see my niece and nephew play wonderfully and easily with joy being the predominant thought! Sasha had a ball with the sprinkler and played in the water! We had a wonderful barbeque in the late afternoon and then we returned back home. On the way home we made a quick stop at a Service Station. That was divine intervention. When I tried to restart my car the battery would not start and in less than five minutes we had someone give us a jump start and an explanation of what needs replacing. How lucky that it happened when we stopped at a Service Station and even luckier how quickly they helped us!
Today was another fantastic day. I spent time with my parents watching their favourite game: Soccer. Then I did healing work on my mother who is clearly on the healing path! I spent some time at the park with Sasha and met one of my very best friends there. We laughed together and enjoyed that the storm had passed and keeping us both safe! Later on I did a lot of channeling and brought through lots and lots of healing energy. I feel so much lighter and happier now. Finally I had a wonderful home made pasta salad for dinner and am now relaxing into a beautiful night.
What more can you ask for? Two perfect days in a row and now I am getting ready for a fantastic week!

I am realizing more and more just HOW different our experience of the storm last night was from others. How easy it all flowed for us. And, I love the day after a big storm with all the energy and cleansing of the environment.
We are so blessed here with wonderful civic services -- ALL the downed trees have been cleared from the roadways already -- WOW. They must have worked all night.
It is really feeling like summer here, and I love it.
Today is the best day ever, and there is so much good packed into it, that I am going to go leap headfirst into it NOW!

I am just feeling so jazzed, so zinging, so THRILLED to be alive this morning.
I have a great list of things "to do" today. I am totally loving my life. It all seems so zingingly great and fantastic and wonderful.
It is a beautiful day. It promises to bring more wonder than I can even imagine. I love so much about my life. It is the BEST LIFE EVER, and TODAY IS THE BEST DAY EVER!!!
I am so blessed. 
I love me, and I love you all!

Whoo-Hoo!
I feel so full of joy and elation this morning. We woke up VERY early and just started off the day whirling and happy.
My son is learning about patterns at school. So, we made a breakfast pattern and drew little representations of it: Hug, bite of food, bite of food, hug, bite of food, bite of food, look at cookbook, hug... SOOO fun!
Then, we both had a little moment of tears about my dying grandmother and the beauty of his and her relationship. In the past few years he's been the only one who could get through her haze of near-deafness and near-blindness to MAKE HER LAUGH. Such beauty to watch. He would just wiggle his way right over to her and create some sort of silly game that she would totally "get" and they'd be playing and laughing up a storm. I don't think I've ever seen anything so magical as that.
And, I am writing the notes for my first teleseminar in which I will describe my Flower Vibrations work -- what it is and how it works. It is so exciting and fun to be about to share that information, and sitting down to write it out is so clarifying for me. I am so glad I am doing this -- for me. And, I am so grateful to now have the perspective of Abraham to put in that mix.
TODAY IS THE BEST DAY EVER.
Today I will go on a field trip with 3-, 4-, and 5-year-olds (and some of my adult friends) -- always a great joy!
Today my son and I will go to his first guitar lesson. I am so thrilled. He's been in love with guitars since he was 18-months old. He's always preferred to watch guitar clinics on TV to watching something like Barney, and now I've finally found a teacher willing to work with such a young student.
Today I will continue my work on my teleseminar, including fun research on topics I have suspected related to what I am doing. I just love learning and sharing knowledge. AND, I just love doing anything related to the flower work -- that's how I realized it was what I needed to do full-time: I just get happy writing in the flower work appointments on my calendar -- not to mention the JOY I feel actually doing the work, ANY of it!
I cannot think of a better plan for a day than this one. (I am sure I'll find a new one tomorrow, but for today: YIPPEEE!)

I had such fun last night watching So You Think You Can Dance. It lifted my vibration WAY up there. I was so moved by it that I got right up and posted my first rampage. I look forward to using that experience as I have heard Esther and Jerry do with vibration-rising experiences: I am going to chew it over and milk it and think about it. Such fun!
TODAY IS THE BEST DAY EVER -- no real specifics today just the knowing that is IS. It IS. It IS. It IS!

Today is the best day ever!! Ever since I woke up I have been having fun!! Enjoying delicious juice and coffee and playing on the forum!! Rampaging!! Giggling!!! Savoring!
I am going to go to the gym and then to the office!! Great things are in the works! I did a couple of focus wheels this morning that felt really, really good!!
I have delicious fruits and other foods in the fridge!! I am going to grill a piece of halibut for breakfast!!! It sounds great right now!!! I love my life and today is the best day ever!!!

It's a Perfect Day -- Nothin' Standin' in My Way!  I have that song from Legally Blonde going through my head. Great! Nothing gets my vibration up faster than upbeat music. I used to pump music into my head from my Walkman while my college classmates were having their coffees, and it STILL does well by me.
I also did the Perfect Day process posted by Mueni elsewhere on the forum. (http://www.theabeforum.com/forum2/5802.html) It starts out the night before for the Perfect Day. SO GOOD! Thanks, again, Mueni!! You are such a blessing!
Today is Friday again which means I am going to have my local Abe friend stop by for (violet) tea -- and I am thrilled that since last week I have discovered another local Aber. YIPPEE!
Yesterday was a great, zingy, high-vibration day up until I started allowing myself to think about some not-so-great memories from a group of people I used to hang out with. I felt really disrespected by them. Then, I got up and left the house and THOUGHT I had gone back to zingy, but that vibration of "disrespect-me" MUST have still been active because WHAMMO: one person after after another was SUPER-disrespectful -- each one just a little more disrespectful than the last. It was breath-taking. I felt totally blindsided (because I didn't remember the not-so-great memories until a little later). THEN, when I put it all together I was so greatful and went back to zingy. I let myself forget for a moment that FEELING GOOD IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, and I got WHACKED into remembering!!! I indulged in some bad-feeling thoughts.
Today is the BEST DAY EVER because I am fresh off the emphasis of my great reminder of the importance of feeling good.
 Today is the BEST DAY EVER. I am feeling really good about what I am going to share in my teleseminar. I have my outline almost ready, just tweaking now!
Today is the BEST DAY EVER mostly because it is TODAY CAN BE NOTHING LESS. Today I know more than I knew yestereday. Today is all that I have. Today is a beautiful, gorgeous, light-filled, love-filled, joy-filled, contrast-tweaked day!

P.P.S. Abe friend just left, and we did rampages about our lives. It was so fun. I was hopping up and down, and we were high-fiving and got SO THRILLED. YIPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

I love my life.
I love setting up for a perfect day.
I love appreciating what is around me more and more and more and more.
I love the connections we all have here on this forum.
I love my son and every quirky, lovable thing about him, every hair on his head. I love moving closer and closer to loving myself and others that way, too.
I love my life.
I love knowing that today is the BEST, BEST, BEST day ever.
I love heading off to Sound Meditation in the lovely Longhouse garden.
I love the gorgeous weather we are having.
I love tidying up the yard and enjoying being out there doing things and the satisfaction of seeing the results of my work.
I actually love doing laundry (a little at a time) and getting new, fresh clothes, and the satisfaction of seeing stains go away.
I love my life.
I love today.
I am so appreciative of this space, this forum, and all the wonderful, loving, uplifting beings who congregate here.
