Today I love and appreciate the beautiful life I have.
I appreciate all the love I have from friends, my children and my large family.
I love and appreciate that I have manifested a job I really enjoy and look forward to going to.
I love and appreciate that I live in an apartment I enjoy and feel good in.
I appreciate that my body is getting slimmer easily
Tonight I really love and appreciate that I have an inner  KNOWINGthat my life is becoming all the wonderful and beautiful things I want it to be.
Thank You, God Thank you for giving me all the angels who help me every single time I need support, affirmation, anything.
Today, I so appreciate this beautiful Universe, knowing that ALL IS WELL.

Today i appreciate and love everything about me! I love where i am right now i know its the perfect platform for where i am going! I know that most of my beliefs have turn into expectations! I am now expecting the best in everything i do!! Its okay if i screw up, make a mistake, for i know that "obstacle" is only there for the betterment of me. It is only there to help me move forward and clearly define the things in which i am wanting better! HowCOoL !
I love how each cell in my body knows excatly what its doing .....I know i just have to get outta the way and let them work. They are working for the highest good too. They want whats best for me of course! So bit by bit any resistant thougths i have i will soon clear them and move to a better feeling place. For right now i am where i am and thats Amazing! Regarless of what size i am! I love how the universe always delivers my expectations to me! so i love that the universe is delivering this one as well! I LoVE and ExCept My BodY FuLLy!!! Without my body what what i be? probably not in this dimesion anymore lol......So thank you body!!!!!!! I Love and Appreciate you! without you i wouldn't have fingers to type! Arms connected to the fingers that type! Eyes to read what i type! ETC ETC..... So i love and appreciate that you are there for me. I inreturn will fuel you, with only the the best of the best food that i listen to your instructions on what you would like to eat, excersise you, dress you in the best of the best and fill you will love all day long! Cause body you are Worth it!!!!
I also love and apreciate this fourm and all the wonderful people here !!! What a great place to come and be telling your story and listing to the amazing lifes of others!!! We Are Truly BLESSEd!

It's been an amazing few months. I was thinking about that today and realised that I have become more and more joyful with each passing day. I've become so much easier with myself and find myself laughing almost all of the time. Things that used to frustrate me (silly things, really, like traffic and the like) just make me laugh. I sing with the radio at the top of my lungs. I wave or smile to people I don't even know. I giggle to myself (to my Source) about how absolutely magnificently WONDERFUL my life has become. Oh, and believe me, I love and appreciate all of this.
Watched some Abraham-Hicks on youtube the past few days. Actually, I keep watching the same one over and over and over. It's called "the meaning of life" and it really is so moving and inspiring.
I LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love my life!!!!

Today I appreciate and love my internet access It's amazing how much information is available on any subject.
I appreciate that my phone works.
I appreciate that I was inspired to go for a long walk.
Today I appreciate that I have a great meeting to attend tonight.
I appreciate my beautiful friend who sent me an angelite stone.
I appreciate and love having my job.
I appreciate my employer.
I appreciate my fabulous health.
I appreciate the insight I had today.
I appreciate the angels and ascended masters working with me.
Today I love and appreciate the endless possibilities of how great my life can become and continue to evolve into better and better things.

today i appreciate and love that it's the kind of sunday where i stay in the blankets a little while longer
today i appreciate and love the bird songs i hear from outside the window
today i appreciate and love that i woke up to beautiful and empowering realizations
today i appreciate and love the breakfast that was waiting for me on the counter
today i appreciate and love that i'm back in bed with food, tea, and the forum
today i appreciate and love the feelings that i am feeling
today i appreciate and love the sense of feeling that tells me that this design simply and absolutely adores me
today i appreciate and love...feeling and realizing that i AM adored!
today i appreciate and love...feeling like the luckiest being on the planet
today i appreciate and love...feeling good without cause
today i appreciate and love...the absolute wonder that appreciating the moment brings. i love that i can feel good for no reason, that just shifting my focus means...i fall head over heels in love with life.

Today I love and appreciate that the forum is back up and running
I appreciate the great meeting I attended last night.

I appreciate seeing the number 33 in so many ways yesterday and today.
I appreciate having this Sunday to do whatever I want.
I appreciate my fantastic health, my beautiful home, my great car--it works so beautifully!

Today I appreciate that my very dear friend just called and we had a lovely conversation.
I really appreciate that my son called last night and shows me such love and genuine concern.
I appreciate that he offered to pay for my utilities
I love and appreciate that all my children like to keep in contact with me by phoning and coming to visit me and inviting me to do things with them
I love and appreciate that all the patients at the office are so kind and complimentary to me.
I appreciate that I have the day off to do what I want
I appreciate that I have a new desire to have a digital scale--life force continues to flow through me and causes me to send  and therefore, expand into bigger and better things, a
bigger and better LIFE.

Today I appreciate and love all that I have experienced in this lifetime (and others), which has brought me to this place, this point of NOW because NOW is my point of attraction.
Today I appreciate and love all the that I have sent out into the Universe, which have all been already GIVEN, so that my ONLY work is to remember to ALLOW.

Today I love and appreciate that my home is still working beautifully.
I love and appreciate that I lost a pound
Today I love and appreciate that I got to spend the day with a wonderful friend yesterday.
I love and appreciate 'knowing" that prosperity is on it's way to me right now, right now, now..........
I love the more faith that I have developed (or maybe evolved into), knowing that everything always works out for me.
I love and appreciate that my dear friend is coming to see me tomorrow.

i feel so good!!! and i'm going to burst all over with so much love and so much joy for this life and for this design!
i love that the bliss of my being feels this good.
i love that IT all just feels SO GOOD.
i love the ease of this.
i love that i have the office to myself.
i love having the space to myself like this.
i love looking ahead and seeing nothing but MORE GOOD and MORE BLISS.
i love how wonderful i feel.
i love how wonderful LIFE feels.
i love that THIS is what's available to me by the power of my own focus, my own attention.
i love my love. oh my love! my love!!!! i love everything about him. i love his face. i just want to smooch him all over. i love how he sits. i love the gentleness in his eyes. i love the touch of coyness that i observe at times. i love everything, every detail, every line, every expression about him. i love that i'm with him in every instant. i love knowing that i'm within him in every instant. i love knowing that right this very minute we are totally and absolutely one stream of life, that we are totally and absolutely united and one. i love feeling him like this and seeing him like this. i love knowing and feeling how connected we are regardless of where we appear to be in time and in space. i love that i can feel the whole of him RIGHT NOW! I really appreciate my very dear friend coming to see me today
I appreciate another dear friend asking me to come over.
I love and appreciate my friend coming over Sunday and we shared so many things. I appreciate spending time with her
I appreciate having a job I really enjoy
I love and appreciate that I realize that I'm expanding--I'm growing and getting to know that I really am a powerful manifester
I really love and appreciate that I have so much love in my life from my family and friends

i love this life!!!!!! 
- i adore that i started my day on such a positive peaceful note with the office to myself.
- i love that i got to have a conversation with the loveliness that is her.
- i love her. she is so sweet.
- i love that i got to walk my dog this morning and that she trotted right next to me the whole way. i love my dog. she is such an example of joy, happiness, and living in the abundance of the moment.
- i love that i’m so motivated to finish up all these files.
- i love that oranges keep showing up in my experience!
- i am so loving this hot cup of english toffee i’m having.
- i love the sprinkles of water on my window and i love how the leaves look orange and brown. it is such a beautiful and colorful view.
- i love that my days are full of appreciation and that the more i find to appreciate the better and higher i feel.
- i love emoticons!
- i love that i got such a lovely email from my lovely friend.
i love that i got this email forward today:
“Being a veterinarian, I had been called to examine a ten-year-old Irish Wolfhound named Belker. The dog's owners, Ron, his wife Lisa, and their little boy Shane , were all very attached to Belker, and they were hoping for a miracle.
I examined Belker and found he was dying of cancer. I told the family we couldn't do anything for Belker, and offered to perform the euthanasia procedure for the old dog in their home.
As we made arrangements, Ron and Lisa told me they thought it would be good for six-year-old Shane to observe the procedure. They felt as though Shane might learn something from the experience.
The next day, I felt the familiar catch in my throat as Belker 's family surrounded him. Shane seemed so calm, petting the old dog for the last time, that I wondered if he understood what was going on. Within a few minutes, Belker slipped peacefully away.
The little boy seemed to accept Belker's transition without any difficulty or confusion. We sat together for a while after Belker's Death, wondering aloud about the sad fact that animal lives are shorter than human lives. Shane , who had been listening quietly, piped up, 'I know why.'
Startled, we all turned to him. What came out of his mouth next stunned me. I'd never heard a more comforting explanation.
He said, 'People are born so that they can learn how to live a good Life -- like loving everybody all the time and being nice, right?' The Six-year-old continued, 'Well, dogs already know how to do that, so they don't have to stay as long.'
Live simply.
Love generously.
Care deeply.
Speak kindly.
Remember, if a dog was the teacher you would learn things like:
When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure Ecstasy.
Take naps.
Stretch before rising.
Run, romp, and play daily.
Thrive on attention and let people touch you.
Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.
On warm days, stop to lie on your back on the grass.
On hot days, drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree.
When you're happy, dance around and wag your entire body.
Delight in the simple joy of a long walk.
Be loyal.
Never pretend to be something you're not.
If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.
When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by, and nuzzle them gently.
