My 4 intentions for today are:
- My intention is to stay in my own energy when someone talks to me, downstream or upstream.
- My intention is not to speak when I want to say something upstream.
- My intention is to look for relief.
- My intention is to look for things that make me feel good.

To focus on how wonderful my life is and how I am learning to utilize the right tools to create more beauty, order and harmony in my world.
To listen to my angels and guides for any messages they have to assist me in remembering to be playful today.

- Look at things that make me feel good.
- Turn things around (this was so much fun yesterday
 )
- Release some left over f.e.a.r. what is stoping me from my true intention.
- Using EFT today for clear sight.

My intentions for today are:
Take a break and let my body rest and 'only' do my regular work.
Have fun. Enjoy myself.
Let go of all limitations and limiting thoughts.
Be myself, truly myself.
Trust myself, trust my body, trust the Universe, and trust that all is well.
Allow. Just allow all the rockets of desires I have sent off to come into manifestation.
