My intetion for today is to "lighten up" and have fun!! I intend to open my heart and love unconditionally and look for the joy in everything!!!
I also intend to fully appreciate this gorgeous fall weather!!!! This is very easy for me!!!

I intend to use the above to write my "new story"
I intend to sit back, relax and feel inspired to take action
I intend to remember that the best thing I can possibly do for myself and the worldis to simply FEEL GOOD

Today I intend to FEEL GOOD all day--at times, even GREAT
I intend to accomplish the things I feel like, I intend for the Universe to accomplish the things I want done that I don't feel like doing
Today I intend to think about all the things I really want in my life--to focus on the "having" end of the stick
Today I intend to enjoy everyone and everything I see, ignoring the things I don't feel like seeing
Today I intend to appreciate all the great things I've manifested on purpose, like much better eyesight--AGAIN!

Today i intend to have the best Day at work ever!!!!!!!
I intend to see source through all things!
I intend to send LOVE to everyone i come across!
I also intend to have a nice refeshing 5 hours sleep, wake up feeling extremely refreshed and renewed after a magical dream

Today I intend to FEEL GOOD all day, knowing that as I feel good, things that do not match my vibration will vibrate out of my presence
I intend to focus on my own feelings, feeling wealthy, joyful, young, fun, competent, confidant and respected, admired and appreciated by all with whom I come in contact.
I intend to think of ways I will enjoy spending all the money I want.
I intend to think of all the ways I like and enjoy my coworkers
I intend to feel really happy all day and appreciate how much I enjoy my work.

Today, my intentions include,
To wake up after a well refreshed sleep from an amazing dream that leaves me In-Joy all day Long!
Also I intend to pamper myself completley! Nice Long soak in the hot tub, pedicure, manicure, might even schedule a visit to my favourite massage therapist!
Today I am allowing myself to have the best day ever!!!!! Filled with LoVe,BeAuTy,Joy,ProSPerIty and of course UnLimIteD FreeDom!!!!
