Today, I intend to feel good and hold feeling good as my top priority! I intend to love who I am and love others without condition! I intend to sit back, relax, allow, and take inspired action! I intend to smile and relish in my existence! I intend to see the world through the eyes of source as often as I can! I intend to be easy on myself! I intend to laugh at my mistakes! I intend to hug the world!

This afternoon I intend to be inspired about how to handle C. I intend to see myself feeling good whether she's near me or not.
I intend to enjoy the rest of my day and feel loved and pampered.
I intend to appreciate my wonderful home, car, tv, computers, food............
Today, as always, I intend to look for things to appreciate and to feel good when I focus on them.

 My intend is to feel the love I have for myself. I inted to feel the love trough me. I intend to have a good, warm day full of love. I intend to give people I interact with also this sweet love... I love my life, me.

My Intention for today is to drop the oars! Today is a day of allowing to the fullest!  
I Also intend on this great day of September 17,2008 that i will have fun! I will go out and enjoy my surroundings. Enjoy admiring the trees that are changing,just like me. I will enjoy talking a walk through the park. I will enjoy all the little things that make life great! I intend to follow my bliss.....where ever that path may be today i take it now!

Today and everyday I intend to be clear on my intentions before engaging in the action of choice. 
Today i intend total detachment from the out-come. I intend to truly focus on being,letting go, joy, and inspired action.
Today i intend to find as many ways to celebrate the day but appreciating all the little things that make the whole day great!

Today I am playing in a kickball tournament and I plan to have lots of fun!!! I plan to meet some really great people! I plan to really enjoy myself! I plan to play very well and run fast!!!  Today i Intend to begin my day by meditating and bringing myself into alignment with my source. As i move through out my wonderful day i am going to look for things to appreciate,so that all day long i can bring myself back into source. If there is an oppurtunity to praise HELL yess Im going to prasie!!!!!!!! and if there is an oppurtunity to criticize i am going to keep my mouth shut!!!!!!!! and thank myself for not mis-creating! 
wooohoo i am excited about this 30 day journey! It is my intention to do it for 30days !!!!! 
Also i intend to keep reminding myself that i am One with my desires! I am one with my vortex!

Today I intend to have clarity through contrast.
I intend to notice every time I experience something I do not want, to stop and think, "I know I don't want this, so what DO I want?"
I intend to remember that I am creating in every moment--whether it's on purpose or by default.
Today I intend to feel Source flow through me and attract what I DO want.
