I intend to continue my playful approach to the day (I just came back from flying a kite! )
I intend to have fun while doing something out of the blue...I think I'll climb a tree
I intend to relax into the concept of time
I intend to relax into my "to-do" list for today
I intend to leave 50% of what I have to do today to the Universal Manager
I intend to enjoy the company of those who I come into contact with
I intend to enjoy the presence of my dog and I intend to laugh at how cute and silly she looks in her jester's costume
I intend to comfortably and effortlessly clean up around my room so it is cleaner than it is when I left it last
I intend to focus my thoughts on things that I like
I intend to laugh about an old thought that I might come across today, then pivot to my new thought

My intentions for today are to have an inner feeling and knowing of love and beauty.
I intend to FEEL GOOD, no matter what occurs
I intend to easily convey love and appreciation.
I intend to encourage my daughter and granddaughter.
I intend to see beauty and love everywhere I look and focus.
I intend to focus on my own beauty, inside and out.
I intend to be full of love

I intend to BREATHE fully as often as possible!!
I intend to allow good feelings to enter my body.
I intend to entertain thoughts that attract to me the essence of what I truly 
I intend to affirm what I desire to be true for me instead of reinforcing old tired thought patterns.

Today I intend to prepare for my fabulous spiritual Unity retreat this weekend at Asilomar .
I intend to have an uplifting, meditative, awakening weekend
I intend to enjoy the ocean and beautiful surroundings & feel the love of our collective consciousness, knowing we are all connected through and by source/God
I intend to be appreciative and grateful for all that I am, all that I have, and all that I circulate.

Today I intend to fully enjoy being in the moment, remembering that I'm creating in each moment.
I intend to fully enjoy my friend and experiencing the fair at PER today.
I intend to delight in the entire experience--how fun, adventurous and exciting
I intend to enjoy our lunch together and bask in our friendship, renewing it recently.
I intend to enjoy J's meeting tonight--he always inspires new thoughts in me.
Today I intend to have an amazing day.

Today, I intend to have an amazing day too! Right now I'm going to have tea and a snack and then I'm going to resume cleaning my house from top to bottom, dong laundry and baking and staying open to receiving all sorts of good bounty either in the forms of inspirations or just hard cash ha ha.
I intend to be loving and full of faith and gratitude to the universe. I intend to stay connected with my new friend IB who seems to like hanging out with me here these days. 
I intend to be happy and full of joy and inspiration! Yay for the day!

My intention for today is to be CLEAR in the inside as much as I can.
When I catch myself being filled with any static, I will STOP-BREATHE, AND CLEAR AND begin again.
I intend to speak as honestly as I can with everyone.
I intend to concentrate as much as possible on feeling my desires as they move closer to me. Steadily and constantly.
I intend to feel good vibes today.
I intend to let life help me to create an even clearer vision of my lifes goals.
I intend to LOVE me today!
I intend to begin on this day, treating myself as I would a most treasured lover! I will give myself love, lavish attention, care, and appreciation. I will show myself how worthy I am!!!! And watch that love reverberate throughout the universe!!!

Today I intend to start this new week filled with love for all that is, including myself.
I intend to appreciate all that I have already done in my life, while knowing that more beautiful things are coming.
I intend to expect what I have already asked for to manifest in my physical "reality" very soon, maybe even today
I intend to maintain this feeling of optimism and expectation throughout the day, no matter what happens in my environment.
I intend to remember that whatever happens around me has nothing to do with me.
I intend to KNOW that I am always allowing or resisting.
I intend to remember to be in a state of ALLOWING, appreciating, loving.
