Tonight I intend to prepave the kind of day I'm going to have tomorrow--ready to start the new week.
I'm planning on looking and feeling great--refreshed, replenished, radiant
I intend to have a wonderful day and week.

| Today I intend to remain grounded and centered in my body! This is a current challenge for me, so it my intention to remain aware of my grounding 'status' throughout my day!

It is my intention today to love my world and everything in it. I enjoy spending time with those people around me because they are always exhibiting qualities I enjoy.
I have fun while out running errands putting my money back into the flow. It makes me happy to know that when I spend money I have even more coming back to me.
Today is a great day and I expect nothing less than the best.

I intend to keep in mind what I desire and to feel like it already physically manifested

My intention for today is to be completely centered and oriented to service.
I intend to do my job easily and effortlessly and look for things to appreciate
I intend to focus on things that make me feel good 
I intend to keep love at the center of my thoughts--love for others, conditions and MYSELF

I intend to feel really confident in my 90 day review
I intend to EXPECT a great review
I intend to EXPECT a RAISE
I intend to know how valuable I am to the Dr. and to the business as a whole.
I intend to have a busy, exciting weekend, likely with a new grandson

Today, I intend to lean back, put my hands behind my head, and enjoy my ride down this river of life. Today, I intend to enjoy flowing downstream, I intend to continue to look for reasons to feel good. Today, I intend to choose joy I intend to trust in the love and the wisdom of the Universe. Today, I intend to believe and to feel that ALL IS TRULY WELL.

My intention today is to remember Spurlark's intention and do the same.
I intend to be a steadying influence for my children--especially my daughter and granddaughter.
I intend to think thoughts that feel good.
I intend to make lists of these thoughts.

Today I intend to have fun!! whoo hooo! I'm going to work hard at cleaning and getting alot of chores done. Then I'm going to spend some quality time with the ponies and do some writing and some baking. Maybe cookies!! My intention for today is to step back and let the universe do it's work. The universe is creating new shifts at work for me, new money expansion opportunities and new wonderful friends coming into my life.
Today is awesome!!

My intention for today is to follow my inspirations. Right now I think I'll go to Costco and buy a few things I need.
I intend to make a delicious, very healthy chicken barley soup!
I intend to think thoughts that feel good to me!
I intend to take care of myself first (and then, I'll bring joy to others)
Yeah--Today is going to be a beautiful, beautiful day!
