Today I intend to feel grounded
I intend to enjoy my interactions with everyone I encounter
I intend to feel confident and loving
I intend to take good care of myself by eating healthily, reminding myself how wonderful I am, and expressing my love for all of humanity.
Today I intend to be full of myself--full of Source--full of pure, positive energy

Today I intend to list aspects of my life I intend to manifest, such as body, relationships, home, occupation, etc.
I intend to remember that I am a supreme manifestor and as such, I am very powerful and easily create what I desire.

I intend to remember that all I have to do is allow my dreams to come to me. I intend to align with the decisions I make, because there is no right or wrong decision. I intend to look for things to appreciate throughout the day. I intend to love my body and pamper it and treat it like a princess.

Today, and tomorrow, I plan to let go, drift downstream and let the universe do it's work. It is my turn to just let go and enjoy the ride. I am free from all worries, from all troubles, from all decisions. I just get to be the recipient of love and abundance.

Thank you. Sometimes that's all I can do and I can always do that!
Today I, too intend to lean in the direction of hope--hope that I will have my house to myself soon.
Hope that I will have more fun friends
Hope that I will receive big windfalls of money
Hope that I will meet my mate soon
Hope that 15 pounds (of fat) will soon melt off my body

I intend to go to a gem and crystal show and enjoy seeing all the beautiful minerals.
I intend to find a great projection crystal which I can easily afford.
I intend to enjoy the company of my new friend.
