Today I intend to appreciate what I have.
I intend to feel good about who and what I am.
I intend to appreciate others, with whom I come in contact.
I intend to expect to have more joy in my life, a slim, healthy body, plenty of money........
I intend to welcome my new grandson to planet earth today.
I intend to assure him that he's going to have a wonderful life here.
I'm going to remind my grandchildren that they have all the answers inside of them--just remember.........
