Today, I intend to appreciate all that I possibly can.
I intend to be as clear and happy as this shade of turquoise that I am typing in.
I intend to feed my body high vibrational foods, fixed with loving care.
I intend to have fun, whether we go to the aquatic center or stay home and take care of business (clean, mop, organize, and laundry).
I intend to appreciate myself and my family and my lovely doggies.
I intend to be content and eager for more!

My intention for today is to accomplish all the tasks on my to-do list.
Today I intend to be aware of how I feel in every moment and reach for a thought that feels better
Today I intend to do things and look at things that make me feel GOOD as I focus on them.
Today I intend to go and lay in the sun around my pool
Today I intend to see things and hear things and touch things and taste things and smell things and FEEL things bring me JOY
Today I intend to look and feel fantasticand to love myself sssssooooooooooo much!

Today I intend all things to work out for me.
Today work is easy and productive and so much is off my plate that I feel relief.
Today I anticipate harmony.
Today I anticipate my newly manifested helper with work to be a fast learner and effective, and able to take on much of my work so that I feel happy and supported and can play!
Today I will enjoy writing, connecting with others, completing things.
Today I will enjoy the experience of being alive.
Today I will see the reality that I prefer unfolding and lots of driftwood that makes me happy come.
I will see synchronicity and get excited. I will see buttons created on the way to the relationships and abundance I desire manifesting in the physical.
I will go deeper and take risks guided by my Inner Being. I will be safe and happy, stepping from happy moment to happy moment today.
I will be uplifted. What I needs comes to me!
