am in appreciation!!
I am glad that I got out for two walks today – in the beautiful blue skied gaps and back inside before the grey windiness and rain took over!
I'm appreciative of this amazing laptop I have to type these thoughts onto and connect to the world wide internet!!
I'm happy that I've had some good doses of fresh air
I'm really looking forward to seeing our friends from up north this evening
I'm feeling happy anticipation for a glass or two of yummy Pinot noir... soon!
It's great that I have another day off tomorrow
It's gonna be fun doing Yum cha with a big group of friends tomorrow!
It's great to remember that I don't need to give a rip about what anyone else thinks!
I'm feeling happy about my easy relationship with my partner
I'm getting better and better at remembering to check in with my feelings and reach for something better should it be needed
It was an awesome little high from the coffee a few hours ago! Aaaah, great to feel like a kid climbing the walls!
I'm happy I'm writing and there is no pressure
I can see a rainbow now- hang on 2!!!!!, they always make me stop in awe!
I love being in awe!!
I love how the weather has been so dramatic and changeable- it reminds me that this is all fleeting and nothing is too serious to get caught up in/bogged down for too long
I love remembering to take a minute to watch my breath and feel it fill my stomach- LIFE!!!
I love remembering that it is ALL VERY WELL 
I love seeing the world through the eyes of SOURCE!!

I'm so happy there are so many great people in the world.
I am grateful for having such an amazing dad!
I appreciate the unconditional love my fuzzy man cutie poo kitty boy gives me anytime day or night!
I am grateful to have a nice padding to walk on that is called grass.
I am grateful for the shade the beautiful, magnificent trees give me everyday at work.
I am grateful for the amazing all powerful wind that blows cool relief on me when I am hot!
i am grateful for the room i'm sitting in and the people who designed and constructed it.
I am grateful for the cup I'm drinking out of and the people who designed and manufactured it.
I am grateful for the table i'm sitting at and the people who made it.
I am grateful for the bones that allow me to move about all day.
I am grateful for the little symbols on my left in this forum that make me giggle when I look at them, hehehe.
I am grateful for the starts at night, they remind me I am pure energy.
I am grateful for all the little animal creatures in the world that put off so much pure positive energy for me to soak up all the time!
I am appreciating this forum for being able to express all my joy and know that otheres out there are sharing it right now!
I am gratefulf or weight watchers online that allows me to be aware of what I put in my body!
I am grateful for the pen sitting next to me and the freedom to know I could use it to write if I so desired to!
I am grateful to be alive and healthy and in this amazing physical world right now!
Thank you fellow abers for being here always and for all your amazing energy!

I love how easy it can be!!!

I love how easy it was to get my errands done and have fun at the grocery store!!
I love how easy it is to go to one store and buy everything I need...meet, veggies, toothpaste, eggs, everything I needed!!!

Easy...I love allowing my life to be easy! I appreciate being reminded of this post today! I allow ease into my life! When I relax and align, everything is easy.
It is easy how doors always open up for me!
It is easy how every question I have in answered!
It is easy that when I want and ask, it is delivered!
I allow it to be easy to allow!!
Universe, today, please remind me in many ways how easy all of this is!
Thank you for showing me how easy it is to have a thriving business!

I how easy it is to read rampages and literally feel my vibration rising!
I LOVE how wonderful it feels to raise my vibration!
I LOVE how easy it is to find wonderful things to appreciate!

I LOVE that I was able to bird-watch yesterday and see my desire manifest in less than an hour!
I LOVE how easy it was and still is for me to be in a state of allowing!
I LOVE how wonderful it feels to be in a state of allowing, to feel love, to feel at one with the moment and everyone and everything in it!
I LOVE how amazing the human body is, how each body is made up of trillions of cells, individual organisms, with their own consciousness that have decided to work together in order for my consciousness to have this wonderful experience called physical life!!!
I LOVE how wonderful it feels to take deep breaths and I SO APPRECIATE being able to take deep breaths!
I LOVE how my skin feels when the warmth of the sunlight hits it and I SO APPRECIATE that I can feel it!
I LOVE how I can hear the birds sing!

I LOVE the sound water makes when it rushes from the faucet!
I LOVE bringing my wet hands to the light when showering and looking at how beautiful the water looks when the light hits it!
I LOVE the way banana pancakes taste!
I LOVE food!!
I LOVE how the cells of our bodies desire certain nutrients and we can both provide these nutrients and derive intense pleasure from doing so--->eating tasty food!!
I LOVE how it feels to smile!

I Love how easy it is to wake up in the morning with a smile on my face eager for the day!!
I love how all the worlds a stage!

Right now......
I'm so lucky to have the day off
The day has been slow, but so good to not have any stress or anywhere to have to be
I love that the sun is out and Spring is springing
I love that my partner has been engrossed in his work
I love that I have taken some time to read the forum and re-connect
I'm happy with myself for taking the time to make myself feel better
I'm overjoyed that there is new life growing within me!!!!
It makes me laugh that some ideas sure take a while to get used to
I feel a warmness and ease thinking back to this morning, doing the Placemat process
I feel relaxed about not getting much done today 
I am in appreciation for yoga this morning and excited to learn my instructor takes an antenatal class!
I love that I take the time to listen- right now I can hear soothing, soulful house, the sound of construction, the voices of school children fresh out of school, my fingers diligently tapping these words.....
I love that my mum wants to help and that she is so smart and fresh about life
I love that things have become so much better between us
I love that I have been super healthy and my body is so in the know with everything and I just have to be happy
I love that one of my close friends is just a few weeks ahead of me and I will be seeing her soon!! 
I love that it's the holidays coming up
I love feeling relief!
I love turning it around
I am in APPRECIATION for ABE and these wonderful connections
It is sooooooo good to remember I am in charge of my life experience
It is sooooooo good to help myself out
It is marvellous to know it can always be better

Right now.....
I am in appreciation for my playful little cat
I'm happy to have the time and inclination to write this list
I'm appreciative of having time to myself to do whatever I like! 
I'm so looking fwd to yummy Thai takeout tonight.......
and snuggling up in bed with a dvd and my honey
It's cool how it's still light-ish outside and it's nearly 7pm
I'm excited that it's nearly daylight saving
I love the smell of freshly mowed lawns = summer coming!!
My fantastic health and wonderfully progressing pregnancy 
I love the reactions and responses of friends and family as we've told them- I feel so loved!
Yay that I have 2 whole days to play!
Feeling great that I've had 2 walks including a glorious one up the mountain this morning- I could see all of Auckland
Really really glad that my mood has been improving over the last few days
So cool that there are so many Abe vids on You tube!
I love the internet and how I can find out the info I want
I love that I have such a loving partner and he is becoming more excited about being a dad!
Musicmusic music and the fantastic george fm that plays music to dance to all the time!!
