Hi all- I am committing to taking 6 minutes of every hour and rampaging and appreciating. I am upping my ante, so to speak. I may do more, just want to deliberately do at least 6 minutes. I have even set the alarm on my cell phone to be reminded. This is playful fun for me!! Not all of my rampages will be on the computer, but if it is handy, I will post here. Join me if you wish, this will provide beautiful allowing!!!
I appreciate my new office, the view is stunning and I love how great I feel in here!!!
I love receiving compliments and today I have received many in the past hour, know it is because I am really flowing some amazing energy!!! I am allowing the energy that creates worlds to flow in my life!!
I appreciate M and what a great job he has done for me and will be doing again soon, as I turn in other contracts to him. He has helped me in many ways and I appreciate his knowledge, his diligence, and his friendliness!!
I appreciate the gorgeous weather here today. The air is slightly cool, and it is sunny and beautiful. I am seeing and smelling and feeling the very early signs of fall and I love it!!!
I appreciate this forum and last night I read and posted a lot and it had me feeling great!! I appreciate the love and insight and humor and wisdom that are so prevalent on this list!1
I appreciate Abraham and all that I have learned from them! I appreciate this forum more because it has allowed me to interact with so many others which I believehas really increased my sense of awareness and allowing!!!
I appreciate the people who brought breakfast to my office today!! Delicious berries, bagels, juice, a succulent plum!!! Yummy!!!
I appreciate the new creamer I bought for my coffee, which was just called Italian sweet cream and it is yummy!!! I apprecaite the contrast I hear in my office and even appreciate my own contrast because it is the way to more!!! And I know I want more, I am always wanting more and I hope to always be wanting more, more because that allows my expansion!!!
I appreciate the fact that I love to tell my new story, and as I hear others tell their normal story, it is a little nudge and reminder to me that it is up to me to change my thoughts, feelings and focus to what I do want!!!!
I appreciate M and what a lovely friend she is and that we can get together and talk and enjoy eachother and uplift eachother and appreciate life so much!!! I appreciate that I am an appreciator!!! I love my life!!! I love my business!!! All is very well!!! I love my life!!! I have so much to appreciate and I love taking the time to do it!!

Yea, I am excited about this process!! There is so much for me to appreciate, and I love allowing the time to write it out!!!
I appreciate my broker/managers, they are wonderful and supportive and uplifting and I work in a great environment.
I appreciace K and S - they recently closed on their home and are very happy. I appreciate what a cool couple they are, they are fun to work with, they are very joyful people, they are excited about their new now. I appreciate how much they appreciate me and that they have already sent me one referral.!! I appreciate how many referrals I receive every week!!!
I appreciate my place in the office and I appreciate always being one of the top brokers in my office and in my company. I appreciate learning how this is all about lining up my energy, not what I am "doing" as far as action. I appreciate how well my listing sell adn all of the great ways I have and use to market listings. I appreciate clients who are joyful and ready to do their part in a transaction. I appreciate clients who are happy to pay my fees. They completely see the value in working with me and cost is never anissue. I appreciate what a great job I do for my clients to help them achieve their goals.
I appreciate that I know how to type very well. I appreciate my gorgeous new laptop and how much fun it is to have such a great machine to work with. I appreciate how portable and light it is and how fast it is!! I appreciate my energy level today and how I feel really great! I appreciate that I get to babysit my friends 2-year old tomorrow night, she just called me to confirm.
Back to my energy-I appreciate how high my energy is flowing today! I appreciate the fact that I am in total control of my lfow and feel excited about how great I feel!! I appreciate that my body is such an allowing, thriving vehicle and it is the perfect conduit for love!!! I appreciate feeling my heart being open and allowing love to flow!! I appreciate how I feel like I am standing so straight with my chest and my heart very open!! I am appreciating the feeling of loving unconditionally!! I appreciate that my friend jsut called to see if I could meet her before volleyball since we have not hung out for a while! I appreciate my other great friends just got engaged and both thanked me because I was a catalyst for them coming together. I appreciate seeing how well the Universe worked for both of them and how much fun they are having. I appreciate they are great driftwood for me and especially when I am this allowing...get ready for waht is coming. 
I appreciate the size of my new private office! I appreciate my roomy desk and the way it faces which feels very good to me! I appreciate the color of the paint and the carpet and the glass! I appreciate how I am getting myself very organized in this new space! I appreciate my tall bookshelf and how it looks lovely and helps me to organize my stuff!!
I appreciate that other brokers try to recruit me and it helps me to know there are so many options out there!! I appreciate that Iappreciate where i am now because there are so many great things about my office, I love it! I appreciate my company and the friendly and uplifting message I received from the CEO cheering me on for doing so well lately!!! I appreciate that I feel free and very good about the changes that are coming and I am knowing that the more fun I have the better my business thrives!!! I am appreciating the close proximity to Qdoba and their delicious chicken tacos and great guacamole, I am going to walk over there for lunch.

Yay!!! I appreciate that I went to lunch w/ C and we each told the other things we appreciate for 6 minutes or so!!! I appreciate that he has become such a great friend!! I appreciate the delicious taco I had at lunch!! I appreciate my magnificent body knowing just what to do to utilize the food I ate!! I appreciate trillions of cells who are all wanting to thrive and feel good!! I appreciate that it is not my job to know what each cell or system in my body is doing. My job is to be appreciative and bask in any food I am eating. I appreciate how well my metabolism works and now that I know how well it works I am having so much fun relaxing about eating whatever I want!! I love how I am being inspired to eat less, drink more water, eat really healthy stuff!!
I appreciate the fun we had watching the video after lunch! I appreciate how much we laughed at the silly video! I appreciate working with people with such a great sense of humor we can really laugh at lots of things!! I appreciaet the great friends I have here and how much I feel loved and supported and enjoy my work environment! I appreciate how I love coming to my office and having fun! I appreciate how knowledgeable poeple in my office are and how much we learn at our meetings.
I appreciate that I am always open to learning more and I love the change and variety that is in my business!! I love that every deal is new and may have some contrasts which always help me to reach for new deals and easier deals which are great!! I apprciate that I am learning to let go of any tendencies to judge anything on price, and that I want to let go of judgements of all things. I appreciate that any dollar amount is easy for me to allow as long as I line up with it! I appreciate that any property is easy for me to acquire as long as I line up with it! I appreciate that money is everywhere in my experience and I just seem to attract more and more!! I appreciate finding a quareter and adding that to my accts and seeing that money just keeps coming in!! I appreciate that I am expanding my allowing so much to keep more and more coming in and I am having such fun in the process!! I appreciate focussing on so many great thngs so many times a day!!! My life is delicious and fun and I am so happy for all that is in my world right now!!! I appreciaet my hearlthy strong body and my love of drinking water!!!

Wow, I feel like I am spending my whole day appreciating and it feels great!!
I appreciate that I remembered to play this game! I appreciate remembering the amazing things that happened when I played something similar years ago!! I appreciate how my whole energy state is lifted today and many people are noticing and have commented on this! I am appreciating the delicious stuff K told me and taking it as total driftwood for me!!
I appreciate my new electrical contractor who went out and did a great job for my clients!! I really appreciate that he was there and it was an easy job and he was friendly adn they are thrilled and the entire thing was easy to take care of!
I appreciate the great note I received from S and how much they love their new home! I appreciate hearing stories of the work they are doing and how incredible it all is going for them! I appreicate how they love their home and the great compliments they have given me and just sent me another email saying I did a great job!
I appreciate the delicious cranberry orange cake I just ate! It was light and moist and totally yummy! I appreciate my body utilizing it in the best way possible. Wow, my body is awesome!! I appreciate my new blackberry and all of the great features it has. I appreciate how I set the alarm clock to remind me of my appreciation rampage every hour. I appreciate thinking of the Alaskan cruise today and remembering the fun I had on that ship and the beautiful people I met and played with! I appreciate receiving the cds the other day adn I appreciate my wonderful cd player which allows me to listen in the car as I drive through my day!
I appreicate that my v-ball game is at 9 tonight and I am really looking forward tohaving a great time. I appreciate that I will have contracts signed before I go and then meet with a friend for a beer before the game! I appreciate the place I play volleyball and all of the cool people I have met there over the years. I appreciate that it is very close to my home and I have received some wonderful business from people I have met there also. I appreciate playing in the sand because it allows me to dive for things I would not dive for. I appreciate how exhilarating it is to play really well and be competitive and I appreciate my muscles and my skill level and how much fun I have! I appreciate how my serves graze the net and are quite a surprise to my opponents! I appreciate L and F and S and all of the fun people I talk with there.
I appreciate getting a great parking space at my office this morning. I appreciate being one of the tops on the board! I appreciate always being one of the top agents in my office. I appreciate selling more andmore homes in WP and other areas near my office.

I am appreciating this awesome funky jazz cd I am listening to right now. Keeps me groovin in my office!
I appreciate my friend J who gave me a great compliment and then we talked about some stuff and were laughing.
I appreciate laughter. I appreciate smiles, giggles, guffaws and I love belly laughing that gets my eyes watering. I went hiking this weekend with my friend and more than once he had me laughing so hard I was crying!
I appreciaet J and the class he is teaching about financing tomorrow! I appreciate the great people who have called me today. I appreicate that I have talked with many people Ihaven't talked to in a while and we had some great converstions. I appreciate that they mentioned how much they love my energy. Hey, I love my energy also!!! I appreciat that I know how much I want to feel good and that I am allowing myself every opportunity to feel really, really good and laugh and feel free and have fun!!
I appreciate every part of my body! I appreciate my beautiful skin, it is soft and fair and lovely!! I appreciate my beautiful blue eyes which turn green sometimes and reflect what I am wearing! I appreicate my gorgeous eyelashes and I love seeing so well. I appreicate my contact lenses and am looking forward to the day when I release the need for them.
I appreicate that I just glanced at my clock and it was 3:33, perfect alignment!! I appreciate that I am playing in a kick ball tourney in September and that we are going to have so much fun and it will benefit charity! I appreciate playing sports of all kinds! I appreciate running and that I am feeling great and ready to begin running again. I love how much running the littie I did really helped me to play volleyball better and really helped to increase my speed to get to the ball. I appreciate how good I am at climbing and that my friend wants to begin going again and how we both love it. I appreciate what a tremendous workout it isand how sculpted and gorgeous are arms look when wer are climbing regularly. I appreciate that I amready to begin yoga again and I am very excited because I am not worried or nervous about it. I appreciate that I will enjoy it and it will increase my love of me, and my personal time and my strenght and of course my focus. I appreciate there is a great club right near my office and I can even walk there if I want to!!

A bit of new contrast assures new appreciation. I appreciate that I decide which clients I work with and I choose to work with joyful people. I appreciate that I am not desperate for business and working with angry, critical people. I appreciate that I work with people who appreciate me and the service I provide. I appreciate people who feel a good connection with me and trust that I will do an excellent job for them, and I will. I appreciate the referrals I receive and how my client who referred me is happy to refer me again and again.
I appreciate how I know that if I don't get a listing, itis becaus the seller and I are not a vibrational match and that is okay. I appeciate that there are some people who may choose not to work with me and that is okay. I appreciate knowing those whom I am a vibrational match to hire me easily and effortlessly adn the transaction is smooth. I appreciate people who are willing to follow the suggestions I offer. I appreciate clients who are smart about the market and listen and we decide to work together to achieve their goals.
I appreciate getting an email from my roomie on the Alaskan cruise. I appreciate thinking of the fun we had, how we enjoyed our cabin, the spa, the cruise, the food, the friends we made!! I appreciate how much I adore my roommate and we may go on the Mexican Riviera cruise and room again. i appreciatE A-H reminding us of the deadlines for the cruise and how I can make my decision and put down a deposit adn let it flow from there. I appreciate how I am ready to sign up for the cruise as I know that will certainly summon money from the Universe to cometo me! I appreciate how delicious my life is and how much I love cruising and travelling and how my business is flowing and Ihave the perfect person to help me when I am feeling overwhelmed. I appreciate how my phone is ringing with great new business!
I appreciate remembering my friend G from the cruise and how we would go play black jack after dinner and shut down the casino!! I appreciate remembering one of the most fabulous vacations of my life so far and knowing that now I am choosing to have many more of those wonderful experiences! i appreciat wonderful places to travel, delicious food, friendly people, beautiful scenery, the most comfortable bed ever!!! I appreciate spending time on a beautiful, large ship and having days with Abraham and having so much fun immersing myself in all of this goodness!!! I appreciate listening to the cds and reliving the feelings and thoughts I had on the ship! I appreciate all of the staff who took such amazing care of us on that boat! I appreciate the ability to splurge on anything I want! I appreciate it is really not splurging, it is natural to me to always have plenty of money to spend. I always have enough and more to do everything I want!!! I appreciate how good it feels to take the time to type this appreciation. I appreciate how my whole day has been focussed on this and it feels great!

Wonder Idea!
..I'm really appreciating my fanstastic new schedule at school... so lovely, with an easy pace and my classes grouped together! There is a lovely calmness this year that I am basking in!. I'm loving my wonderful classes. The kids are so eager and sweet. Pleasing them is a pleasure for me! i'm appreciating this wonderful computer and my printer and that I have such easy access to high tech stuff! I love that there are 2 new areas for students to access teh net! Yippee! I can teach them how to search for recipes on the computer!
I'm totally loving the wonderful Abe people that fill my life! Lovely lisa down the hall and wonderful Carol across the hall. I love that I kept my own happy, singing vibe going the other day as another person was whining a bit and I adore how they turned and joined me!
I'm loving the lucious mango and pinapples that are waiting for me in the bag on teh counter. I'm pre savoring their velvety smoothness on my tongue and the sweet juiciness dripping down my chin - mmmmm mmmmm!

Back early .... for a little 5 minute pre-rampage!
.....Wow!! I haven't have such great 6th grade classes in a long time! I love how excited they are to be here! We got through all of the R & R's in record time and they are really psyched about learnig and cooking! The mango was a bit hit ... and they are a whiz in the clean-up department! They kids just make me want to jump for joy over teh incredible profession that I am in right now! Beautiful new room, nice budget .... amazing fun and funny co-teachers - the the most wonderful, cooperative, kind and fun kids ever! Wow - am I ever blessed! ............and so it is!!

Wow, Nancy, I am bouncing from your posts!! They are utter joy!!!
I have been in class all day today. The hourly rampages yesterday totally uplifted my vibe!!!
There is a new puppy at my house!! I appreciate how sweet he is!! I appreciate waht a great bud he will be for Ben!! I appreciate how well behaved he is and that he is house broken. I appreciate his sweet face and goofy walk!! I appreciate how he loves his toys and is chewing his toys. I appreciate how much love you can feel totally bounding from him!!! I appreciate that I have him to love and walk and it will help me to be even more active. I loved taking him for a walk and he is beautiful and I feel joy with him here!!!
I appreciate the class I had today. I appreciate the great sense of humor the teacher had and how fun and interesting he can make some very boring and complicated subjects!!! I appreciate seeing old friends and new friends at the class. I appreciate all taht I learned!! I appreciate that I understand the new concepts I learn and that I have a company so dedicated to be sure we all receive great education to keep up with the changes in our industry!!
I appreciate that we had a delicious lunch! I appreciate what a great job our waiter did and he took such good care of us! I appreciate my friend having a 15% off coupon and that our waiter received a very good tip for his great service!!! I appreciate that my friend and I went for an app and cocktail after class and I got to spend time and visit with her!! I appreciate taht I was invited to the mountains with my friends in October and we will have a lovely time!! I appreciate how many cool people I have in my life! I appreciate the time we spent together chatting and laughing!!
I appreciate the way I received the paper work i needed and that everything went very well today!! I appreciate that I didn;t know the weather and decided to grab a jacket and was so relieved as the weather really cooled off today! I appreciate the coolness in the air! I appreciate cloudy days, I think they are beautiful!!
I appreciate my lovely home and feel comfortable and safe and warm and happy here!! I appreciate my life!! I appreciate getting to hold a great open house tomorrow after noon and expect things to go very well!! I appreciate my client and the compliments i have received and I appreciate that they appreciate me so much and tell me so!! I appreciate how well my life is going!!

I'm adoring my new puppy. He's such a sweet bundle of love. I love how he just adores and plays and eats and sleeps and runs! I love how he thinks we are the most wonderful things on earth ... except for other puppies!! I love how smart and quick he is. I love how he is such a sleepy guy too ... so I feel easy when I have to leave him. I love how he peeks his nose out the window and just savors that fresh air flying by! I love how he wiggle all over every morning when I first see him.
I'm loving my coffee. That first sip .... mmmm mmmm mmm! I love its wondeful evocative aroma and the sweet anticipation as I hear the machine chortling away. I love my favorite mug how it fits so beautifully in my hand and that my daughter gave it to me.
I adore my husband and how he pulled himself into a great place last night after HUGE contrast. HE is a magnificient aligner. And my fantastic daughter ... she is the best ever example to me of how to "feel good now" and she is 17 ... and still just doggidly looking for things that make her feel good ........ and she is sooo good at it!. I love how her contrasts are so short lived and how she is so bouncy and happy just a short time after contrast!

I'm rolling with appreciation for the lovely feeling of free time! Yes! A Saturday ... and lovely, warmish clousy rainyish one ... so I have no "shoulds" today ... How I adore feeling this freedom! Time freedom, Lazy freedom. Enough cash and time and friends to pick and choose anything, whatever that I want today. I'm loving doing things with my grown kids ... love taking Boo for a walk at the dog park with a dear friend. loving chatting and girl talk ... loving cornflakes and strawberries!
I'm appreciating the lovely rain that watered all of my dry plants for me . Love teh tomatoes still ripening on the vine. Lovieng my beautiful white garden that gleams and shines when I go out at night!

Hi Kavi!!! Jump on in!!! I just reread a the quote where Abe suggests we find our top 5 favorite things to do and that we take the time to do these 5 things each day. Rampaging is definitely on my top 5 list!!!
I appreciate my cat and my new doggie!! I loved watching them together this morning, checking each other out!! I love how patient my cat was with this puppy so excited to play with her. She didn't really play, but she didn't run away. I am just now thinking of how they were sizing each other up on a vibrational level!! It was wonderful to watch!!
I love animals and how amazing they are. I love the feeling of flowing love and loving energy to them!! It is soooo easy to love them and it feels so good to be so happy loving them!!! I love cuddling and I love how often they make me laugh and smile!
I love how well I slept last night and I love that I have this great computer to go on the forum and rampage! I love that others are joining and it having fun with this also! I love that is has become so easy for me to find things to feel good about. I remember when it took a little longer and now I seem thing after thing which makes me feel good and appreciate!!
I love how delicious my coffee was this morning! I love the cozy calm feeling I have when I drink it! I love the sweet cream I bought and I love rich, strong coffee and always make it this way!! I love looking forward to my day and today I am excited to do an open house at my listing!! I like meeting new people and I will take my lap top and spend time appreciating the condo in detail which always helps them to sell!! I appreciate great clients who trust me and are happy to work with me!! I appreciate all of the agents who show my listings. I appreciate my office staff doing such a great job managing the showings. I appreciate my seller going over to do an extra polish on the condo before the open house today!
I appreciat the weather today as it is slightly cool and it will be perfect open house weather! I appreciate putting my signs at the perfect places and attracting some great buyers int o this condo!!
I appreciate my body today! I appreciate how gorgeous my hair and skin and teeth and nails look!! I appreciate how my cells are in alignment and always reaching to feel good!! I appreciate how amazing this body is and that I don't need to think how to breathe, or see or hear, my body takes care of everything. I appreciate how strong my ankles are and the one that I twisted a bit feels perfect. My body is alwasy regenerating. I am looking younger and healthier every day! Every part of my body is working in together and I appreciate the trillions of brilliant cells all doing their job!! I appreciate how natural it is for me to thrive!! Wow, I have a beautiful body and mind and of course my Inner being thrives always and my physical self is getting more and more in alignment with my non-physical everyd ay. I notice how easy it is to feel good. I appreciate how quickly I catch myself if I begin to focus on something that doesn't feel good, and I quickly and easily pivot to something else. I really am getting very good at this and I really am having fun with all of this. I find the more I tell myself how well I am doing, the better I do!!

I think I will set this intention again today, I had such fun the other day!!
I appreciate what a great day I had yesterday! I was free to do whatever I wanted! I am always free, just remind myself sometimes!!
I love my dog and cat and have so much fun playing with them.
I appreciated going shopping and finding some great things I needed. I appreciated the delicious manicure and pedicure I received and my nails look beautiful. The service was great and allowed me extra time to relax.
I appreciate that this morning I am going to get a massage from a friend in massage school. I appreciate she called me to be her practice person, she is about to graduate!
I appreciate how many great friends I have and allof their different personalities! I appreciate that I have lots of people who I love and who love to get together and share joy and laugh!
I appreciate the cool air today. I appreciate rain, and we are supposed to get some today. I love the moisture, filling up the aquifers, watering all of the grass and trees and flowers, that feeling of fresh and clean after a rain!!! I love bellowing thunderstorms! I love the sound of rain and the smell of rain!!
I love my body! I love how strong I am! I love my gorgeous cells and know they are so intelligent and that I can just relax and allow and they are thriving! that is what they do, naturally! I appreciaet that I know this and that I trust this and that I am allowing them to thrive more and more.
I appreicate all of the knowledge I have attracted into my life and knowing that my health, my wealth, my joy are all up to me! I appreciate that I am willing to take responsibility, and I appreicate that I am willing to take creative joyful control of my life!! I appreciaet how great I felt when I awoke this morning and immediately started thinking of positive things about my life!!
I appreciate this new game, process of really playing going into my vibrational escrow and what does it feel like. I appreciate how it has brought me to a new level of feeling what I want to feel like! I appreicat my cd player and I appreciate listening to an Abe cd when I go to bed at night. I appreciate how I learn things and they just sink in while I am sleeping, refreshing in non-physical.
I appreciate how good it feels to go into my VE and feel it! I appreciate how good it feels to know I have great new business coming up! I appreciate how great it feels to know that I create every part of my life!! It feels great to consciously, deliberately focus on opening my heart and loving unconditionally! I love how easy it is to remind myself of this through the day and the lovely responses I receive from people throughout my day!!
I love being open to love!! I love feeling confident and secure and happy and easy and free and loving and allowing so many wonderful circumstances and events into my life!!!

Time for another rampage, I can use it!
I appreciate the delicious banana bread and granola bites D made and shared. I appreciate her sweet demeanor and smart business ability. I appreciaet my office, that I received the boxes I need. I appreciate that I am so inspired for being organized! I appreciate hearing the soothing sound of my friend S voice. It is deep and calm and beautiful and feels good to listen to!
I appreciate Ross and love, love the new shoes I bought there today. It was a little cold out for my sandals and I needed some new shoes. I walked in and found the cutest pair and they are perfect and the price was great!
I appreciate the free massage I received this morning!I appreciate that I take the time to take care of myself and realize that nothing is more important than that I feel good. I love feeling good and I love massage and she did a great job! I love helping her and it helped me and next week I get to go back for a follow up massage.
I love the calmness in my office today. I love the quiet busyness going on and I love that my business is thriving! I appreciate my clients and look forward to receiving at least one offer on Ks property! I appreciate the other calls I receive for new clients today.
I appreciate my new computer and am very excited about working on it and getting my data base mastered and getting on track and having so much fun calling clients and being aligned and doing a great job with things!
I appreciate my life. I appreciate my hair and nails an face and skin and how healthhy and vibrant I look today! I appreciate all of my senses and smelling, hearing, touching, tasting, seeing and of course the most prominent and most important feeling. I appreciate when I really feel the relief I am reaching for and it feels like comfort, like a warm bath enveloping me. I appreciate how connected I am to my higher self and to others. I appreciate that these feelings are natural for me and that I am alowing my life to unfold in lovely ways. I appreciate knowing there is lots of business and I receive lots of opportunities to make money in so many different ways. I love taht I am so positive about life that I just happen to be there for so many opportnities and just lining up wiht the right people. AAAAhhhh.... I love my life!!!
