| I am so in love with E. She is so amazing. I love her warm wonderful energy and I love how her home is full of smiles. I love spending time there. I love how good I feel afterwards. I love how she seems to breeze through her challenges, focusing on the positive and finding silver linings all over the place. I love how infectious her joy is she is such a radiant star. I loved spending time with the two miracles that are her children. I love their beauty and their innocence and their love. I love how babies are so close to PPE, they are such perfect little angels. I love K and I love how much he loves his family. I love what a great man he is and I love that he has so many wonderful qualities that I have put in my VE for me. I love watching how they relate together. The love is almost palpable. I love the love and respect they express for each other. I love watching them perform acts of service and function as a team. I love how they nurture each other's dreams and how their life is nothing ordinary. I love that they are not afraid to stand our from the crowds and chart their own paths. I love that whenever I'm in their company the hours just seem to fly by I love how I always have such a wonderful time. I love how calm and peaceful I feel after and how much clarity I get in other areas of my life. Being in the loving space they have created raises my vibration so high and makes it so easy to flow downstream on all subjects. I'd love to re-create such a space in my own home and I love that I'm doing an awesome job so far. The better it gets the better it gets. I love that my life is so rich with such wonderful friends, they are not only such wonderful companions on my journey but people I can look up to for inspiration. Such wonderful models of what is possible when you choose to make love, the whole point of your existence. I am so appreciative of all the wonderful love in my life. Thank you Source. More please. More yummy fluffy gooey sticky sweet moments that remind me of who I truly am.

I love my expanded feeling of love!!! I love reading other people's posts about love and how they stir feelings of love within myself!!! I love how great the feeling of love is!! I love how powerful love is!! I love feeling overcome by loving and loving everyone and everything around me!!
I love my computer!! I love my soft, warm robe that I am wearing as I type this morning!! I love the gorgeous weather we are still continuing to have here!! I love the warmth! I love the opportunities I have to take off an afteroon and go on a hike with one of my very closest friends!! I love that I can be myself around him! I love that we hike for hours and climb on large rocks!! I love standing on the rocks and hooting!! I love declaring my love for myself high on a mountaintop!!! I love the challenge and stretching myself!!! I love imagining bigger and bigger things in my life!! I love realizing that I just put the word bigger on things, and now I just choose the word "different" instead of bigger!!!
I love having so many great opportunities to go to some parties tonight!! I love having a list of invites and deciding which one I wnat to do!!! I love having so many friends!!! I love having a thriving business!!! I love feeling in such a great place of balance and contentment and knowing i am so happy where I am yet eager for more!!!
I love my life!!!

I love Halloween, too! Oh, I love, love love it! In my town, the elementary school has a parade. ALL the children dress up and parade down Main Street. All the shops give out candy. It is so darling. All the moms and dads float and gloat about their adorable goblins. They are ALL so adorable. I just love, love love it. Some of the parents dress up (like me). I just love dressing up -- be it for Halloween or a night on the town. I just love dressing in a special, out-of-the-ordinary way. I just love it. I love the perfect beauty of this day that just warmed up enough that the children did not have to wear the coats on top of their costums. I love all the eager little faces and all the "trick-or-treat"s and all the "thank you"s echoing up and down Main Street during the parade. OH, man it is so fun. I love that I could get photos of nearly everyone I know in town today just within a few block area, everyone having fun. Oh, yeah! I love that my sweet little guy is going to dive into his candy bag first thing when he gets home. He'll probably have the candy already prioritized in his mind!! I just love it ALL!
I am so lucky to be living my life!

Right now I am having the most joyful life!!! I am sitting in my very favorite coffee shop!!! I am drinking my most delicious latte in a leisurely and most lovely fashion! I am relaxing and deciding what I want to do next! I appreciate the freedom I have to go hiking, go play volleyball, go to sleep, go to the movies, go gamble...heeheehee!!
I appreciate another gorgeous day!!! They are every day in my world! I appreciate that I am soooo free! I can be and do and have anything I want! I feel joy! I feel free! I appreciate the wonderful music they are playing here at the coffee shop! I appreciate getting this comfy, corner seat by the window! I appreciate the smiling faces! I appreciate the lovely colors of the walls, the big windows, the lovely art displayed throughout! I appreciate the friendly and efficient staff! I appreciate that they are always friendly and do such an excellent job! I appreciaet the eclectic chairs and tables! I appreciate the neat appearance and when I came in everything is in order!! I appreciate the wonderful owner who loves Abe and we have become friends! I appreciate that I am attracting so many wonderful Abraham friends into my life!
I appreciate my comfy clothes! I appreciaet my friend who I just called, and another friend who just called me! I appreciate that I have so many friends that I am aligned with! I appreciate who I have become and who I am becoming! I appreciate looking out the front door of the coffee shop and watching the leaves falling from the trees and lightly blowing along!
 This is me loving me!!! I love me!!!

I am so thankful and grateful that I got to go to church today.
I am so thankful and grateful that I found the UU church and that I get to sign the book and become a member next week.
I am so thankful and grateful that I have a strong and healthy daughter.
I am so thankful and grateful that Emma enjoied her visit with us.
I am so thankful and grateful that I have found the love of my life and that i get to spend the rest of my life with him.
I am so thankful and grateful that I had the foresight to put Jezi into daycare before I got the HP interview process started.
I am so thankful and grateful that I am getting that job.

I appreciate the delicious soup I made yesterday and just ate for breakfast!! I appreciate wonderful veggies and natural goodies like sweet potatoes, cauliflower, lentils, tomatos, spices!!! Yum, all mixed up and simmered to a delicious ensemble!!! I appreciate how hearty and healthy this soup is!! I appreciate my friend A for giving me the recipe! I appreciate how easy it is to make and tastes better every day!
I appreciate the yummy veggie burgers I made!! I appreciate my brilliant idea of adding beans, and peppers and onions to the mix to make them extra special!!! I appreciate the perfect avocados I have!! So much flavor! I appreciate how a simple meal can be so delicious!
I appreciate my new inspiration to eat healthy foods!! I appreciate feeling inspired to go to the gym today and run and lift weights! I appreciate how strong all of my muscles are! I appreciate how wonderful my physical body is! I appreciate how coordinated I am! I appreciate how much fun I have exercising! I appreciate pushing my body hard!! I appreciate how great I feel after! I appreciate all of the friendly people I meet at the gym! I appreciate how well everything goes for me!
I appreciate a calm sense inside myself! I appreciate that meditation has helped me to focus in wonderufl ways!! I appreciate that I may get riled, but still have a sense of calm. I appreciate how I have learned a new touchstone to bring me back to focus! I appreciate having a wonderful time focussing and bringing in more business! I appreciate how this attitude is just allowing business, wonderful, lucrative business, to flock to me!!!

I appreciate with every cell of my being!!! Heehee, that feels good!!! I smile with every cell of my being!! I said this on another rampage and it feels really good!!!
I appreciate my gym!! I appreciate how many friendly people I saw there today! I appreciate seeing my friend K there, she is so cool! I appreciate that the facility is clean and has lots of machines I love and a great running track! I appreciate how large and bright it is! I appreciate that I feel comfortable there! I appreciate how I exercised and decided to play today!! Today I am playing the game of life!! I am going to look at this life as the game it is and have fun!!
I am going to lighten up about things! I am going to be focussed in a new way!! I am guided to eat healthy things!! I am attracting warm and wonderful people everywhere I go! I am having so much fun today! I am letting go!! I love that feeling of totally letting go and trusting the U to deliver whatever I am willing to allow. I just let go.

I appreciate the clock on my computer, handilty there in the corner to tell me when 6 minutes have gone by.
Ia ppreciate my nimble fingers that can tip tip tap tap all the words on the page.
I appreciate the sound of the keys as I tap.
Ia ppreciate my hearing and my shell like ears.
I appreicate rescue remedy creme and how soothing it can be.
I appreciate my goos luck all those years ago when offered a home so close to notting hill gate where there is a spice shop and a natural health care shop where I can get soem nre face cremes.
I love how I find out so many cool and intessting things.
I appreciate how I was intested in finding a yahoo grp for busting loose from the money game and found one yesterday and joined.
I appreciate the magialc timing of that as the owner had uploaded loads of files that very day.
Ia ppreciate church steet market and the library there, and the Pound shop where I can indulge my passion for new journals
I appreciate that my blue holgraphic book is nearly full and what that represents about the number of clients I have seen
I love how abundAnt and generous I feel about myself when each person has a brand new clean page for each session.
I love that I have a selection to take with me on friday.
I apreciate that people keep my number/email address and contact me ages later when they would like a tune up.
I appreciate having a family who will gather together for a christmas banquet,
I appreciate the puzzle of discovering gifts that will please people on christmas morning
oh..6 minutes!!!

I appreciate coming to my computer and feeling really good! I appreciating reading things that others are appreciating! I appreciate feeling this calm, strong knowing that all is well settling into my body! I appreciate that I have time this morning to meditate, to visit the forum and rampage, to listen to my recording of my energy session for my business and feel the power of it and myself again!
I appreciate myself in so many ways!! I really adore me! I appreciate my kind heart! I appreciate my complete sincerity! I appreciate that I am genuinely me! I appreciate that I am learning how worthy I am! I appreciate that I am soooo worthy of anything I desire! I appreciate really going deep into myself and wanting to get very clear on my worthiness and become a more and more blended being!
I appreciate my physical body and how strong and resilient it is! I appreciate my cells all asking for waht they want and the Universe responding to the asking! I appreciate how any resistance can be let go and any disease released and healed! I appreciate how well my eyes see, how great my sense of smell is, how wonderfully I can taste things, the pleasure of my sense of touch, how well my brain works, how perfectly my metabolism works, using whatever food I eat!!
I appreciate the coolness of the weather! I have completely loved the warm days, now I also love feeling the change in the weather!! Something new is always coming! Life is always getting better! I am always moving into a state of allowing more and more! Great people are always moving into my life and I am allowing those who don't vibe like me to move on to their best! I appreciate change! I appreciaet that I do well with change and actually enjoy change! I appreciate how I am allowing so many wonderful changes in my life in this moment!

Hi Nichole!! Love your rampaging!!!
I appreciate this stunning view I just noticed out of my office window! The sun has set and there is just a golden hue over th e back of the mountains, it is sooo beautiful! I appreciaet seeing such cool cloud formations at the end of the day! I appreciate that I am awake enough to notice and appreciate these beautiful things!
I appreciate my friend J and we went and previewed several properties today! We choose a neighborhood each week and look about about 6-7 homes in the area and discuss. It is such fun to have a great person to do this with! I appreciate how we each have the same level of commitment for this! We like doing it and do it each week and we can change the time or cancel if we need. It is easy, it is go with the flow!
I appreciate how I am so drawn to such tasty veggies! I appreciate my steamer basket and how just a couple of minutes steaming makes all of my veggies delish! I don't use butter or spices! It is like steaming just makes all the tasty parts explode!
I appreciate that it is nearly time to leave and I am going to a friend's election night party! I appreciate knowing that everything always works out for me, and it will now, as always! I appreciate watching my friends get very passionate about their beliefs! I appreciaet knowing my thoughts are quite different from many and that is okay! I am thinking thoughts which are so much larger than a President! I mean big! I mean Source!
I appreciate how I will go and have a great time and we all love being together!

I appreciate knowing that I have the choice, the freedom to choose my thoughts in every moment and I decide to choose thoughts that feel good! I appreciate loving myself! I appreciate my fingers and coordination that help me to type so well! I appreciate my thoughts and feelings and how I naturally turn to better feeling thoughts! I appreciate how I love to laugh! I appreciate how I have become at ease with myself in so many aspects! I appreciate trusting myself, my thoughts, my instincts!
I appreciate opening my flow to/from Source! I appreciate learning how easy it is! I appreciate knowing I am always receiving clear guidance! I appreciate allowing things I dream of come into my life! I appreciate the vibrational escrow that I have swirling! I appreciate going into my escrow and that it is easier and easier every day!
I appreciate seeing evidence of my escrow everywhere!! I appreciate seeing it as driftwood, showing up in my experience in so manhy different ways! I appreciate my opportunity for my new home, and love, love, love the Universe sending this to me! I appreciate that I can relax and see how I feel, see if this situation is right for me. I am always receiving wonderful opportunities!! Today is another day of wonderful opportunities showing up in myh life!!! I love how easy this is! I love allowing! I love appreciating!!!

I appreciate the delicious lentil soup I made and just ate for dinner! I appreciate that I have volleyball tonight and I have so much fun! I appreciaet my team and how well we play together. I appreciate making great friends at volleyball.
I appreciaet the way my life is unfolding! I appreciate capturing the attention of a couple of men at the restaurant today! I appreciate feeling sexy, beautiful and full o flife! I appreciate feeling confident that all is well in my life! I appreciate letting go, letting go, letting go! I appreciate allowing my good to come to me! I appreciate when I am in this space! It feels soooo good to just allow! I appreciate the way everything always works out for me! I appreciate the knowing that all is well and the instant relief when I remind myself to relax and that I don't need to push against!
I appreciate the great meeting we had today! I appreciate C, J and K, my great friends at work and how much fun we had at lunch today! I appreciate that we all laugh and laugh and laugh! I appreciaet the cool new people I am getting to know! I appreciate learning new ideas, new beliefs!! I appreciate knowing I choose my beliefs and it is getting easier and easier for me to let go fo thoughts and beliefs that just don't serve me anymore!!
