| i haven't posted lately, but i pop in from time to time, and i often go to your rampage Joyhawk, or to KatherineCHEs, because they make me feel better, and reinforce my rampage instincts - thanks for that! O and I asked the universe for like minded friends shortly before happening across the abe forum!

Hi Camelia! Visit any time! Join in any time! It feels good to look around my now and find things to appreciate!!!
I appreciate the laid back, lazy day I had yesterday!! I appreciate the delicious lunch at my friend's restaurant! I appreciate spending the afternoon and evening watching movies! I have not done that in a long time!! I appreciate how the actors do such a great job! I appreciate how I can jump into the movie and feel with them! I especially appreciate the movies which feel really good and make me laugh! I appreciate all of the work that goes into making the movies! I appreciate how easy it is for me to see one on cable, or rent it, buy it, borrow it! I appreciaet the immense wealth of information available to us on such an easy basis!
I appreciate the morning! I appreciate the sounds of the city waking up! I appreciate hearing the neighbors leaving in their cars and the school bus driving by!!! I appreciate the sun filtering through my blinds! I appreciate that I took the time to meditate and how much easier it is for me to relax and let go and go deeper and deeper into a meditative state!! I appreciaet the feeling of being in a boat and easily floating downstream!!
I appreciate my freedom in the morning and at all times!! I appreciate playing this life game more and more each day! I appreciaet the contrast and then deliberately turning to what I want! I appreciate that I am empowered to do this today and every day! I appreciate today is one of the days that it is especially easy! I appreciate that I have the time to write on the forum and then I will go work out! I appreciate the excitement and commitment i have to working out lately! I appreciate feeling good going to the gym and I appreciate my new friends there and making more new friends there!!
I appreciate looking forward to a beautiful day! I appreciate letting go and planning on feeling inspiration call me throughout my day! I appreciate the ease and fun of it all!! I appreciaet new business that blossoms today!
I appreciate really letting go of the past and moving on! I appreciate knowing that the past has no meaning, only where I am going! I appreciate taht it is up to me to choose where I am going! I appreciate being very productive today because one of the places I want to go is Vietnam and I need to get my passport!! I appreciate how easy life can be!! I appreciate the Universe showing me how easy this can be today!!!

I appreciate this very moment right now!!! I appreciate new friends I am making, some from very different cultures! I appreciate that I am very excited to learn Spanish!! I appreciate that I have a few close friends or people in my life whom I can speak Spanish to and practice!! I appreciate how willing each of them are to help me!
I appreciate my morning meditation! I appreciate how good I feel throughout my day when I meditate! I appreciate the very clear difference I feel in myself and in my day! I appreciate how everything appears just a bit more calm!! I appreciate how easy life can be! I appreciate going deeper and deeper into my meditation and having a greater awareness of nonphysical and my IB!! I appreciate feeling so relaxed! I appreciate taking the time to relax and how each day it gets easier and how quickly I am able to move into that meditative state!!
I appreciaet my great friend helping me with my webpage! I appreciaet the fun we had looking at lots of different webpages! I appreciaet the inspiration I am planning to receive on how to proceed with mine! I appreciate feeling very clear about how to move forward with my webpage and my marketing! I appreciate new technology and the people who are experts at working with this stuff to help me use it in great ways! I love the expansion of people being able to open up and allow my info to get to them anywhere in the world!! I appreciate my blackberry!! I appreciate so many things that keep expanding! I love being along for this ride...

I feel great and so much to appreciate this morning! I appreciate a friend I met on the Alaskan cruise emailed to tell me he is mailing me copies of his Alaska pix on cd!! He had an amazing camera and does a lot of photography, so I am so excited I am about to jump out of my boots!!!
I appreciate it is cool and crisp outside, yet the sun is shining and it is a beauitful day!! I appreciate the people I am working with on Ds deal! I love how evertything is working out perfectly and he will close on Tuesday! I love that I will take Wednesdsay off of work and go to cook with my sister!
I love that last night I had a great time with my friends! First we went to the climbing gym an she and I are getting our strength and skill back! Then we met her fiance at their house and had an appetizer znd some beauitful red wine! Then we went to the neighborhood wine store for a tasting It was such a flurry of activity and fun and meeting more people and laughing and a very good time. I love how we had the most delicious sushi at a new restaurant and it was yum, yummy!! so good and absolutely beautiful presentation. I love how people are so creative and skilled at making beautiful, interesting and delicious food! I love that my friends treated me to that fabulous dinner!
I love that my belief system is crumbling and I am now shaping my beliefs the way I want them to appear!! I have had some uncanny manifestations and situations unfold and expect to have the details work out perfectly! I am literally playing with the Universe and having a great time and can't wait to see what unfolds today! I am letting go, letting go, letting go!
I am previewing some properties that I will be showing tomorrow and it will be lots of fun! Everything is unfolding perfectly! I am allowing complete alignment and trust! I am knowing the universe has many, many ways to line me up with the essence of what I am wanting! I know I can have it all and I do want it all! I am loving how many things are lining up as the next logical step!!

So much for me to appreciate today, too! So many great firsts. I just got out of my first bath in my new home -- and by candlelight. It feels so good to be here. I made my first full meal last night and my first full breakfast (grits and all, y'all!) this morning. I have my first turkey for my first Thanksgiving here in the fridge. I appreciate the all-new appliances, and I got to try them all out today. They work great! I appreciate the flat-top stove -- SOOO easy to clean. (I've been a gas devotee for YEARS, but I could become a convert! In fact, I may already be converted!) I appreciate how well the heater keeps me warm. I appreciate my big new office that will have room for EVERYTHING and will thus be easier to keep NEAT!! YIPPEE! I appreciate a quiet evening at home just puttering. I appreciate feeling connected to those I love even when I am not engaged in conversation with them. I love my life, yes indeed!

I appreciate the interesting contrast in my life right now! I appreciate how my mind is expanding regarding relationships and what I want so much! I appreciate realizing what contrast does for me!! It serves me so well! It gives me options! It allows me to choose! It delivers with emotion so that I can get very clear on what I want!!! It is always working for me in my best interest! Everything is always working out for me! I have so many options! I appreciaet knowing that I can have it all! I appreciate remembering to use the contrast in the moment and then redirecting my thoughts to what I want! I appreciaet that this is becoming natural and easy! I appreciate that I am really getting good at this and it is greatly expandning my life!!!
I appreciate the delicious leftovers I had for breakfast! I appreciate that I am completely free to do whatever I want today! I appreciaet that I am allowing my life to unfold in new ways that I had not considered before! I appreciate that it is getting better! I appreciate that I have driftwood floating all around me for the things I want! I appreciate allowing myself to line up with things a bit more! I appreciate Source guiding me! I appreciate how clear I am getting about the guidance I am receiving! I appreciate how much fun I am having in my life! I appreciate new friends, new relationships, new clients, new opportunities, new fantasies and ideas!!! I appreciate new and improved feelings of love for myself!!!

I appreciate the strength my arm muscles are gaining and how that is allowing my elbow to release resistance!! I appreciaet that I am meeting with some great clients today who are Abers!!! It is so much fun to visit homes with them and be a part of them deciding and clarifying what they want!! They are fun and we all appreciate so much and laugh while we are going around! I appreciate that we received some snow and know we have more moisture coming our way!!
I appreciate that I had a lovely Thanksgiving and enjoyed visiting with my friends and family! I appreciate so many different friends on so many different levels! I appreciate our similarities and our differences! I appreciate opening my eyes to new things, new possibilities, new people!! I appreciate how easy it has become to allow myself to drift into ameditative state and really connect with Source!!
I appreciate my new music as I drive in my car!! I love singing out loud and Adele's beautiful voice!! I love how much fun I am having this morning, relaxing, drinking coffee, visiitng here! I love how I have great work for later in the day! I love going to my office on a cold Sunday, it will be quiet and cozy in there!! I love the people I workw ith who are so wonderful! I love being high above the city, looking at my view and appreciating so much that is around me!!
I love my new haircut!! I love the shape and how easy it is to style!! I love my new jeans which look great and the other new clothes I bought yesterday!! I love circulating money! I love knowing that circulatiing it is what keeps it in my experience! I love knowing the more I spend, the more I receive and it keeps going and going! i love knwoing there is always plenty and getting excited toreceive more and more!!! I love knowing it is all up to me! Everything! I can have it jsut as I want if I relax and allow!!! i allow!! I allow!!

I appreciate my life!!! I appreciate the contrast I felt earlier because now I know how great it feels to feel great now!!!
I appreciate all of the Sara books and am reading the first book for about the 10th time!! I appreciate how I am still finding new things, or things that are really sticking out to me in new ways!! I love imagining Solomon and how it helps me to connect with my Inner Being! I love Sara and how she has these great adventures which are so helpful to me to practice using LOA to my advantage!! I love to read when I am in the bath tub with hot, hot, hot water!! It is relaxing to soak and read such great and easy material!
I appreciate my gym and my gym buddy! I appreciate that working out with him seems to help me work out extra hard which feels great! I appreciate that I can see all of my muscles, I have great energy, and I feel really good! I appreciaet that I bought a new pair of jeans yesterday. They are a smaller size and they look great! I appreciate seeing the results of my efforts! I appreciate how my body is wanting certain foods and that I am just relaxing and eating whatever sounds good, as I know I am lined up with what my body needs! I know my body can find the good in any food I eat and I am craving fruits and veggies!!
I appreciate that I am enjoying cooking again, after so many years! I love how easy it is to stir fry some veggies and basalmic vinegar and dump them over brown rice and Wa-La!!! A yummy dinner! I appreciate how I am vibrating health and radiating well being in every aspect of my life!! I appreciate how much fun I have each day! I appreciate my new clients and my past clients and my future clients whom I am about to meet!! I appreciate my business blossoming in wonderful ways! I appreciate allowing great business to flow my way and sharing my knowledge of well being with others when they ask!! I appreciate the chocolate milk I bought and love mixing it with regular milk so it is not so sweet! Yum, I think I will go have a glass right now!!

I am appreciating this moment!! I am appreciating how great my contacts feel and how gorgeous my glasses are and that I can switch back and forth easily!! I appreciate how easy it is to allow my eyes to see better and better each day!
I appreciate the amazing workout I had at the gym today! I love lifting weights and recently, in between some of my sets I will run 1-2 times around the track. I run pretty fast, faster than a jog. It feels amazing! I love how it feels like being a kid to run like that! I love the exhilaration I feel!! I love working my physical body so hard! I love pushing myself to the point of exhaustion! I love the "feeling" of this! I love using the weights and feeling how my muscles work! I love how our brains and nerves and muscles all work together and one little thought and I am lifting weights or running laps! Our bodies are amazing and so much fun to play with this way for me! I love feeling good all day after a great workout. I love seeing how I increase the amount of weight I lift and the distance that I can run!
I love making friends at the gym! It feels good to say hello to people and smile and chat! It feels so much more inviitng now that I am allowing myself to get to know people!! I appreciate my friend who has enticed me to working harder and pushing myself more! It is a kind of contrast and feels great!
I appreciate the delicious and healthy breakfast I made and ate! I appreciate avocadoes!! They are the most delicious thing on the planet! I love how I feel so healthy when I eat them! I love their flavor! I love the texture! I love to eat them plain with a sprinkle of salt and pepper! I love to eat them on my eggs with Cholula sauce!! I love mixing them up into guacamole!! I love how they look rough on the outside and are so sweet and delicious on the inside! I love how you would never know the treat inside that rough skin! I love how they are plentiful at my grocery store! I love how I always pick the best avos and the one I ate this morning was perfectly ripened!! I love how I don't rush the avo, and wait until it is ripe before eating it!!! Wow, I never realized how good avocados can make me feel!!!

Today I appreciate the fun of life!! I appreciate the newnes of things! I appreciate the differences of other people! I appreciate that we are all coming from different places, seeking different things and that is fine!! I appreciate that others differences are wonderful in helping me to clarify what I want! I appreciate the contrast!! REally, right now, in this moment, I appreciate it. Sometimes it is not that easy, right now it is!! It is here for me! I appreciate that I would not know what I want if I didn't experience this contrast. I still don't know exactly, but am getting closer!!
I appreciate my beautiful city! I appreciate the mild weather and also enjoyed the snow we had the other day! I appreciate great rainy days!! I appreciate the way the city clouds over, the rain begins lightly and then picks up!! I appreicate driving in the rain in my warm, comfy car. I appreciate the sound of the rain on the roof of my car, or the roof of my home!! I love to see the rain splashing on the windows!! I love knowing the trees and grass are loving the moisture!! I love dressing in warm clothes and staying cuddly warm!! I love to walk in the rain!! I love to have a hood sometimes, or if I am just playing, I love the rain on my face, in my hair!!I love how fresh and clean everything feels after the rain! I love the thunder and lightening!!
Yes, rain is yummy delicious!!!

I appreciate the holiday season and how it brings us all together. I appreciate that my dear new friend is a part of my holiday festivities. I appreciate that we sing together. I appreciate my beautiful house and the yummy food I cooked in it today. I will be delighted to make these items a contribution to the party tonight. I have fun at parties. I enjoy talking with people I know and meeting new people. I love joking and kidding around and having fun. I enjoy eating yummy food and drinking yummy drinks. Perhaps some champagne?? That would be NICE! I appreciate that ther offer was for "dinner and dancing" tonight and that I am able to have a raincheck. I truly appreciate this forum and how it helps me stay in a good place, to remember my true self. THANK YOU!!!

Today I am totally blissed out!!! I love feeling so oooooey, gooooey good!!! I am feeling good just to feel good! I am being lazy! I am enjoying relaxing, taking my time! I enjoyed cooking delicious tofu and stir veggies!! I am enjoying cutting all of the veggies, and that is something I have always disliked!! I appreciate taking the time to cut so many different vegggies in my stir fry! I love the gorgeous dark green zuchini, the glorious red bell pepper, yellow squash, spicy onion, baby carrots. Yum!! And mushrooms, they make me laugh! They are funny and spongy and taste great with the different spices and sauces I use!!
I appreciate my hot bath!! I added epsom salts, apricot oil, sandalwood oil and orange oil!!! I simmered in the steamy bath as the oil softened my skin and the delicious essences calmed every cell in my body!! I totally immersed myself in feeling connected to all that is!!!
I am appreciating every little thing i can think of today and it feels soooo good! I appreciate my endurance increasing as I ran laps at the gym today! I appreciate the shape of my body changing and am loving it more and more each day! I appreciate how well my clothes fit and how great I feel! I appreciate working myself harder and harder and feeling so comfortable at the gym! I appreciate all of the friendly people I see there who are smiling and some are working, some are talking, some are exercising, some are resting!!! I love my IPod which has such great music to keep me motivated while running, or lifitng!! I appreciate that I have some Abe on their also and I haven't listened to it much lately, so it feels new again! I appreciate how my gym is only 8 minutes away from home so I can get their quickly, do a great workout and get home and on with my day!!!
I appreciate the beautiful snow we received last night!! Yesterday was cold and blowly and the snow started coming down hard around 5:00!! It was almost like rain, very wet, lots of power!!! This morning it was beautiful covering everything and as the morning progressed the sun came out and the snow was glistening and it felt warm!!! I love Colorado weather!! It changes fast and frequently and I love the different aspects of all types of weather!!!

I love reading your appreciations, I so appreciate Abraham, Jerry and Esther coming to Melbourne on Friday (my birthday!!!) and I so appreciate this fantastic feeling of just cant wait to see them! I so appreciate that its forecast to rain that day and all day rain will fall on our gardens to refresh them.
I so appreciate this forum and reading appreciations in the morning to set me up for theday.
I so appreciate that first sip of tea in the morning out of my beautiful tea cup.
I so appreciate the beautiful antique napkin rings I bought yesterday, they will look beautiful on Christmas day.

Hi joyhawk and everyone!
Hey I haven't been by lately---had some other stuff on my mind, or, the other reason I don't come by is when my life is basically just bopping along, things are pretty good! But no extremes that get me in the writing mood.......
Anyway, I'm wanting to increase my appreciation--been letting it slack off, or become reactive (like in reaction to something lovely happening, or like an antidote I turn to if I'm overwhelmed with my own thought habits) rather than deliberate.
So, ....
I appreciate (or, for me, I really like "I like..." or "I'm glad....." . I like how those phrases feel)....
I'm glad that when I'm getting really upset over ignorant attitudes and social ills, I can choose to remember that Abe says, I don't have to fix the world!!! HAAA!!! 
I'm thrilled about the job lead that Gregory got!!! I can't wait to hear more!!
I'm glad about my neighbor who helps when I ask...and I'm glad I asked! That's good to see the result of asking, when I tend to avoid asking for help! And I like the feeling of aksing and getting help, rather than seeing the result of not asking, and copping resentments!
It's easy to ask! It feels good to do that! In fact, as I'm pondering about asking, and what if I asked and she didn't help...I realize that the asking would give me clarity about what direction to head in next!! So, STILL much better than stewing quietly!!
I'm glad I found another guy who also delivers wood--and his price is cheap too!! I love low prices and good value and saving money!! I just enjoy that feeling, it's wise and secure feeling and fun too!
That reminds me, I found two perfect pairs of corduroy pants for work, and a couple of tops that I also like alot--nice soft cotton, one a thermal with cute tiny flowers, just the syle I love, and the other a thicker cotton--both perfect for layering, for work....and I got them at the Salvation Army!! Teeeee heee, so fun! Good value for my moonyay--I love that!!
And, what else? ---the house is warm and comfortable! I am glad the heating system is working---SOOO fantastic that I found a local guy who is THE BEST and knows everything about fixing these things!! And, HEY, if the oil company hadn't stopped coming because I had to call them too many times to fix the thing and they could never get it right, I wouldn't have gone looking for someone else! HA!! Sooooo, another example of contrast leading to more wanted. Ahhhhhhh!!!
and, Shrimpy is happy healthy, adorable, tiny and a soft little puffball, who is toooo damn funny!
annnnd, I love how looking forward to Obama taking office gives me the best thrill bumps!! What a vibration raiser he is! I LOVE the Messages From Matthew site I found and what that channeled info said about Barack Obama, and other good stuff....WOW did I ever have an avalanchoe of joy, release, thrill bumps.......BRRRRRRRRR!!! I loved it!!!
What else? I love the thought, "hold a better t hought for 17 seconds, and that starts the attraction of more!!" I LOVE THAT because of the relief it always gives me! Such a great antidote to any kind of "I'll never get this, I have to keep beating on myself to get this right, blah blah dee blah" Not at all!!! Just 17 seconds of focusing on a better feeling train of thought....... then knowing and seeing the difference......again and again,
I loved that I had a few neat connections with strangers yesterday!! I love nice people, and I love talking to and connecting with different people! Gee I had asked for people on the same wavelength, just affirming that I like talking to fellow positive energy people, and that neat connection happened! and I DID like it!
Ahhhh! more, please!!
ANd, I like this thread and this whole discussion board!! THANKS David, and Jody and EVERYONE ELSE here who participates and makes it happen!!!!! Andddddddddddddddd

I greatly appreciate my life and the desires it has given me
I appreciate my parents and my siblings who are there for me always. I appreciate their love and their presence. I greatly appreciate the love we share among ourselves.
I appreciate M, who is the love of my life. I appreciate his presence in my life. I appreaciate all the little and big things he does for me. I appreciate the way he makes me feel very special. I appreciate the way he always wants to be with me and take care of me.
I appreciate my little son, who gives me lot of happiness and love. I appreciate the cute little things he does. I appreciate his naughtiness which makes me smile everytime without fail. I appreciate being there for him always.
I appreciate the way i love, adore and admire M. I appreciate the opportunities i get to make M feel very loved and special. I love being there for him always.
I appreciate my ex who gave me enough contrast to attract M into my vortex. I appreciate him for giving me enuf contrast which led me to find LOA, ABE and angels.
I appreciate M and me leading a very happy and loving life together in our VR and i appreciate the fact that M will be fully in my life in the most perfect way at the most perfect time.
I appreciate my job which i love. I appreciate the wonderful and friendly ppl in my team. I appreciate the different projects i get to work on. I appreciate the way my job helps me to learn new things and be creative and innovative.
I appreciate the place where i live and the good company i have. I appreciate my friends who are very supportive of me. I appreciate all the fun i have with my friends
I appreciate life and all the good things it has to offer.
I appreciate this forum and all the nice ppl here. I appreciate the great topics which gives me lots of hope and strength and helps me keep going. I appreciate ABE and their teachings greatly.
I appreciate my car. It helps me get from place to place easily. I appreciate the way it drives very smooth.
I appreciate the great music i get to hear daily. I appreciate the great articles i get to read daily.
I appreciate these emoticons - these happy happy emoticons.
I appreciate all my fellow abers who provide lot of hope and guidance.
I appreciate my angels, who help manifest my desires and give me the strength to keep going by giving me assurance and showing me sign and synchronicities.
I appreciate the comedy shows i watch. It makes me feel light and happy.
I appreciate this country and the way i get to lead a independent life. I appreciate all the people i get to meet everyday.
