I appreicate this game!!! It is fun to focus on appreciating for 6 minutes each hour!! I love to feel good and this process is giving me some beautiful results!! I appreciate my comfy bed and how well I sleep each night! I appreicate my cat and how she loves to cuddle with me! I appreciate how she is a little vortex of love! I appreciate the nice people at the vet who clipped her claws. I appreciate how much they appreciated her beauty and her lovely personality! I appreciate how this cat has been through so much with me! I appreciate how she is fun and easy going and loves to visit with others!
I appreciate my home! I appreciate the beautiful trees I see out every window! I appreciate how lush it feels here! I appreciate my roomy kitchen! I appreciate the beautiful wooden blinds and the way they change the light in the rooms. I appreciate my new washer and dryer and what a great job they do! I appreciate my friendly neighbors. I appreciate going on walks or riding my bike to the park and having a great day!
I appreciate my body! I appreciate how well I played volleyball last night! I appreciate that I have fun and know that I am there to have a good time. I appreciate that I did some great hits, serves and lots of good bumps!! I had so much fun! I appreciated seeing some friends who are very drama-filled people and being reminded that is why I choose not to hang out with them more often. I appreciated that contrast and then me focussing on my life which is fun and calm! I appreciate my life so much! I appreicate how I have changed over the years!
I appreciate how yesterday I drove down a street near my old home, and I remembered driving down that street feeling sad and depressed. I appreciated how I realized now I feel so happy and free and I realized that I am so in charge of my thoughts and feelings and I realize that I am so joyful now!!! I appreciate all I have learned from Abe and that I have made so much great progress and each day is getting better and the more I appreciate my life, the more I appreciate my life!!! I love my life!!!!

I appreciate the wonderful morning I am having!!
I appreciate the lovely weather! I appreciate the coolness and it is perfect for a bike ride! I appreciaet that my schedule allows me time for a bike ride this morning! I appreciate that I have a great bike that has new tires and works very well!! I appreciat taht my city has lots of lovely bike trails! I appreciate my body that I have the skill and coordination and muscles to ride my bike! I appreciate that I feel excited to ride! I appreciate how I naturally smile as I ride along! I appreciate that I think of Abes talk of the dog loving sticking its head out the car window and getting bugs in its eyes as I ride and hit a few bugs myself! I appreciaet that I can remember the thrill and exhilaration and freedom I felt riding my bike as a child! I could go anywhere and I could ride and ride!! I love how I rode all over the place and experienced so many wonderful things!
I love taht I am recapturing that feeling riding my bike again! I love how strong I am and how confident i feel on my bike! I love how I made some delicious soup and now I have great nourishment to give me the fuel for a delicious ride! I love how I appreciate physical activity! I love how I always feel excited to go for a hike, to play tennis, to play volleyball, climb or ride my bike! I love how I know many people who share these same interests! I love how I am adventurous and always willing to try new and exciting things. I appreciate how well my life is going!
I appreciate having fun! I appreciate feeling happy! I appreciaet my brother and the great phone conversation we had last night! I appreciate how we both love Abe and love to talk about our practice of the principals and law we have learned! I love seeing such great evidence all of the time of how well things are going! They are going extremely well, I know that!!
I appreciate my business and knowing that right now I am expecting some great new business coming my way!! I love to picture myself with my managers or head of my company telling me what a great job I am doing! I love always being on the top of the sales board! I love doing things that are great fun in my business!! I love calling past clients and friends to say hello and fill them in with all of the great stuff going on in real estate! I love how my friends and past clietns have such trust for me and happily refer me to their friends!!! I love how easy life can be when I allow it taht way1! I love allowing!!
I love meditating or thinking of my heart being open! I love all of the wonderful men in my life, they are lining up everywhere!! I love the great fun I have with all of the people in my life!! I love meeting men who are joyful and enjoy the same great physical activities and share in intellectual and emotional compatibility! I love the men who stimulate more from me also!!!I love how well this all works out for me! I love that I can align my thoughts for 15 minutes and complete more than I could in 10 years of action! That feels very powerful and freeing to me!!
I appreciate my friend C and am looking forward to going out with her on Saturday night! I appreciate that we always laugh together and have a great time! I appreciaet that we are going dancing or to see a live band and will really have fun, we always do!! I appreciate how easy it is for me to appreciate and realize that things that left my life were simply not a match to my higher and higher vibration!! I love feeling myself lifting higher and higher and...

Great Idea, Caroline!
Feels like this is what I need, so I'll jump in, before getting ready for bed....
I ENJOYED pottery class this evening...after many years away, it felt so good to throw clay. I threw 3 bowls and each one came out a bit better. I SO appreciate that this pottery class is pretty near where we live!
I appreciate my car which gets great mileage and also has a grease kit, so I can run on used vegetable oil! I appreciate my mechanic who did a great job of putting it in for me last summer, and it's worked great ever since! I appreciate the nice little restaurant nearby, too, that is run by these really nice kids, it's such a neat little hip spot, such a breath of fresh air here--they have the BEST used veg. oil, they put it out in 5 gal. jugs and it's so clean and easy to deal with. There's usually about 10 gal. worth every week.
AND, I SOOO appreciate my G., my hunny who makes sure I have plenty of veg oil filtered and in the tank; and also sitting in the "grease room" ready to refill the tank.
I appreciate G too for his consideration of me, working hard to make this place better and better, having dinner ready on the days I get home late, ... his attentiveness feels so good. I loved hearing this morning that he wants to take better care of himself! That was so good to hear! I love when he feels good, physically and emotionally... it makes me feel good, and safe to know he is feeling good.
I appreciate the work he's getting with his brother, because that is a part of his feeling better, and it feels good to know he takes his responsibilities seriously. I so appreciate his finding a good used truck...it makes everything so much more convenient here.
I love coming home to see him, and it feels so good to hug and reconnect after a long day.
I enjoy our crazy puppy, Shrimpy, who makes us laugh all the time!
I enjoy YouTube, where I can check out hilarious crap and laugh my ass off, and where I am finding stuff that helps me learn banjo, too. That is such fun, I enjoy plunking out a tune!
I appreciate my work, where I can get intense intellectual stimulation in interesting classes I interpret, and where I am pushed to walk alot which gives me excercise. I enjoy recieving money for what I do, and I enjoy being very very good at what I do.
I APPRECIATE this board and everyone here.... I can feel good and share that, and when I'm stuck, I get such good help with practical ways to get past that. I LOVE the feeling of RELIEF, and I LOVE looking forward to feeling better, and having MORE to enjoy in my life! I LOVE the good feeling when I notice that I'm doing better all the time. It is a relief to remember that it's OK to have slumps, and that soothing myself into relief is all I have to do then.
Ahh, that was good... I look forward to do this some more tomorrow!

I appreciate so many things!! I appreciate C and how we can talk and he will be honest with me and when I just need to vent he lets me vent! We have the same beliefs about energy and I love how I can allow him to be very honest with me and I appreciate his knowledge and experience and sense of humor!!
I love how much we can laugh together because laughter is one of my very favorite things in the world!! I love laughing and I love laughing at myself and just lightenint up about things!!! I love how I am getting so good at reminding myself to lighten up and I love how much it is helping every situation for me!! I love my life!!!
I love my computers and how well they work and that they keep me connected to the world! I love how I can talk to people on the other side of the planet as easily as if they lived next door!!! I love how the internet has opened my mind to so many things!! i love ABe and how I have really been practicing what I have learned and how great and quick the changes make a difference in my life!!
I love my car! I love how well it takes care of me! I love how sleek and beautiful it is!! I love the great cd player and how easy it is to load cds and how well the sound plays! I love how my car is so dependable and is in the greatest condition! I love what great gas mileage I get. It seems I can drive forever without needing to fill up!! I love how well the heating system and air conditioner work!! I love how clean and new it looks!! I love taking it to the car wash and keeping it in excellent condition!!! I love my heated seats, they are so luxurious and comforting on cold days!!
I love my home!!! I love feeling secure and warm and safe!! I love having great friendly neighbors! I love the beautiful trees. I love listening to the rain and I love smelling the rain!!! I love knowing this great rain is watering the grass and flowers and trees and filling all of the aquifers with water!! I love knowing there is plenty of water!!!
I love myself!!! I love my mind! i love my heart and I love feeling my heart opening to love others! I love my sense of adventure!! I love how I love to focus on positive things in everything! i love how I am attracting more positive people into my life!! I love how well things are going for me!! I love that I smile throughout my day!! I love how great I am at accomplishing tasks in a very productive way!!

Good Morning!
Hiyaaaa, you all, and Hello U...
Here I am this morning, enjoying the relaxation, here with my good ol' trusty computer -- luv ya, 'Puter!  --
and my delicious morning coffee 
I love puring this coffee, from the antique glass percolator that G's Momma had sitting in a cupboard for 20 years!! Exactly the one I was looking for years ago after mine broke!
I love the mug too, which looks like a coffee bean, that I got in the British Virgin Islands! Ahhhh, I can see us there, enjoying the sun and clear blue water, feeling the ease and joy of sun on our back, palm trees... snorkeling in beautiful waters, thrilled to watch the fish and crabs and urchins, feeling the cool water the bubbles caress my legs with every kick......
So here I am, looking forward to my day off work...
I am wanting to enjoy focusing on various chores around the house, going with the satisfying flow of transforming clutter into neatness....
I'll listen to good music -- I have so many CD's to choose from!! -- and enjoy the rhythm of movement and productivity....
Shrimpy is here, running around being silly; I can't help smilling and laughing at her, and it's so nice to pick her up and cuddle her, feel her soft fur and fend off her tiny little attacks on my nostrils!
I'm appreciating this simple activity Abe has offered, that I can use to deliberately raise my vibrations! Spending a few minutes observing and thinking about seeing and feeling and doing things as I feel a pleasant smile spread on my face -- such a simple thing to do! 
And how reassuring to know that this peaceful, fun little activity is raising my emotional-set-point? That is REALLLLY nice to know!! I had been feeling stuck in old anxiety imaginatin habits, so DELIBERATELY doing a process that Abe has offered, feeling uplifted even as I'm doing it... grinning some more as I look forward to the improved feelings that I'm deliberately expanding on, deliberately changing my point of view, .... it's a good feeling!
Why, even G, my hunny-bunny was reminding me of better feeling thoughts yesterday when I was needing it, and how nice is THAT to appreciate and bask in??? 
Heh heh, I'm even noticing the feel of my hair against my cheeks as I loook down at the keyboard...ha! I've even got this cool thin silicone (or whatever it is !) cover on the keyboard to protect from crumbs, and I just like that! It works great, what a cool idea
And, as I reach for a few more thoughts that feel good, I'm thinking of the $$-managing tasks I want to take care of today and how I SO appreciate the people I have to help me. It is such relief and reassurance thinking about how helpful and available to me thay are, making my life easier! I appreciate them so MUCH! Using the money I have, basking in the feeling appreciation that it's there, using it to ease my life along and feeling the security of that... AHHH!! Yeahhhh! Knowing that as I flow it out for the sake of bringing more smmooooth flow and ease into my life, more is viiiibbratttting with the joy of flllloooowwwwwinnnng in and exxxppppannnndinnnnng my account, loving the rush to me, like a surging stream loves to fill up ANY hollows in its path! Haaaa!!! Heeee!!!

What a wonderful idea!
Here I am sitting in front of my computer at work. I love that I have the office to myself today. And I love that down my giant window are streams of rain. and i love how absolutely quiet it is. i love that my boss is away for the next two weeks. i love the freedom i have to roam the internet and participate in the things i enjoy!
I so appreciate this moment and the fact that I have found a wonderful forum that reminds me to keep a positive focus.
I appreciate this thread! I appreciate coming into view of other beings consciously managing their point of attraction. I appreciate the feeling of appreciation. Right now my heart is dancing, and it’s that easy. I love that it’s that easy. I love that all that it takes is for me to begin entertaining good-feeling thoughts.
I love that I’m here now.

I love you mentioning Shrimpy. I can't remember the story exactly, the funny thing is that I remember the feeling from your story about Shrimpy and it felt very, very good!!! Isn't that funny!!! So just reading "Shrimpy" activated a great, loving feeling in me!!!! Thank you!!!
I appreciate so many things today!! I am appreciating me catching myself in an old habit of thinking neg things when I have so many great things to think about. I catch myself and say, "STOP IT!!! Just stop it!!!" and it kind of got me laughing about how this is just such habitual stuff. Which is why I am appreciating taking extra time to deliberately appreciate and I love how much better I feel!!!
I appreciate the gorgeous cool rain. I love the damp, cool feeling outside. I absolutely love, love, love rain!! I love how different and calm the city looks when it is raining! I love the cozy feeling of being inside, anywhere...my home, my office, the grocery store, the coffee shop!!!
I appreciate my warm shower! I appreciate the great bath products I bought, Aveda shampoo and conditioner, natural face cleanser and body wash. Yummy smells and I feel so clean!! I appreciate my new facial moisturizer and how clear and healthy my skin looks!!
I appreciate my warm home! I appreicaet my hot coffee, delicious and eating my leftovers from dinner last night for breakfast!!! Nothing like chicken enchiladas with delicious green chile in the morning!! I appreciate that I feel so drawn to come here and appreciate!!

I appreciate how I love my pets and I appreciate all of the pets I have had in my life! Animals are so wonderful and I appreciate their unconditional love of me!!
I appreciate my jeans that I am wearing to work today, they are soooo cute and will keep me warm outside as I cheer on our bicycle team!!! I appreciate clogs!! They are so cute and comforatable and simple and easy to put on!! I love their clunkiness!! I appreciate how durable they are and how they jus stay in style!!! I appreciate fall clothes, fall colors, jackets, hats, etc!!!
I appreciate so many things about fall!! I appreciate the cool weather. I appreicate the beautiful, changing leaves!! I appreciate the feeling of calm and going inside of myself!!! I appreciate the smells of fall!! I love smelling someones fire when I am outside!! I love smelling hot apple cider and pumpkin spice!!! I love the delicious candles that I burn at this time of year!! I really love pinon incense and would love to attract some of that into my life!!
I appreciate the cozy feeling of curling up on the couch with a great book, maybe an Abe book!!! I appreciate taking a leisurely nap!! I appreciate going and getting a massage or a manicure or pedicure!!
I appreciate my friends at my office. I appreciate all of the different personalities and how grand they all are!! I appreciaet how my friend and I talked yesterday and at the beginning of our talk I was feeling a bit grumpy and we both turned our talk around and were soon smiling and saying how fabulous everything is!!! I love how she appreciates the power of talking like that and said I am the only person she knows who would have that type of a conversation with her!! I appreciaet we both understand the power of feeling good and flowing good and having a joyful and exuberant conversation and we both take the time to do it!!
I appreciate the different personalities in my life!! I appreciate how it is getting easier and easier to drop the oars and let go of judgements of others!! I appreciaet it is also getting easier to let go of judgements of myself!!

i love that i'm spending my time choosing to put my focus on, on the things that made me feel good. i love that i'm giving my attention to the ideas and practices that keep me in a state of feeling good. i love that i allowed these teachings and practices into my life. i appreciate that i'm drawn to a state of appreciation when ever my focus shifts even slightly.

I appreciate this day!! I appreciate having plenty of money to pay a very large amount towards a debt I have! It felt so good to know I am easily manifesting more opportunities and resources and paying past debt!! And I am appreciating that the more money I pay out, the more money that comes in!!! It really is that easy!!! It is the ebb and flow and now the money is flowing in!!
I appreciate and expect to have some delightful surprises regarding money and prosperity very soon!! I appreciate how much I have learned to align with money and align with business!! I appreciate feeling good and feeling free!!
I appreciate my client and doing the best job I can for him. I appreciaet all of the agents who have shown this property adn now I am calling them all to let them know of the great price change which makes it a great buy for their clients!!!

I appreciate the most negative person in my office coming into my office and telling me it is depressing. I told her I love it!! I love the soft light of a lamp and never turn on the over head lights. Today is rainy and cloudy and I love, love, love it and when I told her that she said, You do??? I appreciate that I know I attracted her presence into my office which definitley makes me want to raise my vibe!!!!!!!!
I appreciae that now I am laughing at all of this and feeling better and feeling lighter and lightening up and feeling very good and loving my life!!!

I appreciate how, by doing this in the mornign, I have felt so much better all day!!
And I felt good enough to take some action, make calls I don't enjoy...but I really liked not feeling so resistant...
and I did easily get the help and info I needed... things went smoothly --- I enjoy things going smoothly!! and getting that stuff done--- it like the feeling of freedom!
AND, I REALLY like the space here to ponder and spend some time to appreeeeeeccciiiaaaaattteeeeeee the good feeling vibe!

I appreciate feeling very good today! I appreciate the great fun I am having in my office today! I appreciate all of laughter I share with those in my office! I appreciate how each day I am getting more and more comfortable! I work with some very cool people and we laugh a lot!! I appreciate how laughter just increases my work flow! I appreciaet how having fun is the best thing I can ever do for me, my health, my business!!

I appreciate that they answer my calls and help me with my transaction quickly and easily! i appreciate that everyone I talk to today is so fun and so friendly! I am appreciating and looking forward to a joyful day!! I am appreciating seeing the sun shining through the windows! I appreciate cuddling with my cat! I love her so much and she can really help me to focus on feeling good. I love to take the time to feel really good! It gets easier and easier every day!! I appreciate that it is a great morning to go for a bike ride! I appreciate that the cool guy at the bike store filled my tires to the right pressure and explained to me where they need to be. I love riding my bike, feeling the wind in my face and the breeze blowing by!! I love how I smile while I am riding! I love feeling my muscles working and strengthening!! I love how much fun it is and how I feel like a kid again!
I love playing volleyball and last night I really had fun playing! I love that many of us wanted to get together, even though it was wet outside! We had so much fun and after some went for sushi. I love hanging out with my friends and laughing and just relaxing and having fun!
I appreciate all of the great men I am meeting right now! I am appreciating so many different attributes and personalities and it is really fun to get to know so many different people. I appreciate how much fun I am having and so much laughter and learning and sharing. I appreciate men!!
I appreciate the beautiful rain storm we had yesterday. I appreciate how refreshing it feels and how it seems to cleanse the whole city! I love the way the sun comes out and the light reflects after a rain storm! I love thunder, and didn't hear any yesterday, that's okay!
I love that I am holding a great house open today and I expect to have fun. I know I can have fun whatever I do and I love my work and it really isn't work, it is getting to know people. What a cool job I have, as my work is all about relationships and building relationships!! I love people and getting to know different people and learning about different people.
Life is very, very good!!!

Happy SAturday!
Today, I went to the library to get some audio books for the work-drive, and some movies for evening dindins. I love my pressure cooker that I got years ago (super cheap too), which I will use tonight to make a nice tuscan white bean stew. And I'll make a parmesan polenta too. I LOVE parmesan cheese! MMMmmmmmmmm!!
I LOVE watching movies while having dinner and luscious chill-out time with HunnyBunny. I LOVE being with him!!!
After the library, went to the pottery studio--open studio on Saturdays--and HOW COOL---just happened that this woman was there whose daughter came in and I saw she had some kind of instrument in a case. (I also enjoyed chatting a bit with this woman who was handbuilding stuff for a show she'll be doing)
Turns out, it was a weird old banjolele (combination uke/banjo) that she got from this guy WHO IS TWO DOORS DOWN from the pottery!
He restores instruments and teaches. Hippie kind of guy too, which is just the kind of folks I like. I'd been WANTING to FIND banjo people close by!!!! And even better, which I wanted--someone who can teach!
HAAAA !!! I LOVE synchronicity!! I LOVE being in rhythm!! I LOVE throwing pots!! (making pots on a wheel, for those unfamiliar with mud-jargon)
I LOVE banjos!!
I love being able to come here and focus on good feeling thoughts, with people who are also into Abe and LOA!!!

I appreciate my life!!! I appreciaet having a lot of fun with my friend last night. I appreciate how we laughed and talked and we can go without seeing each other for such a long time and then we catch up and it is great! I love that we have similar beliefs and so we always get into joyful discussions about spiritual stuff. I love that she is familiar with Abe and we can talk about our relationships with our inner beings and have such a great time.
I appreicate that she lives only 5 minutes away and both of us were saying, why don't we hang out more??? so I think we will start hanging out more.
I appreciate that she drove in the rainy weather and we had fun at both places we visited. I appreciaet the warm safe car that carried us to our destinations!! I appreicate the friendly little bar we visited and the great singer/guitar player we heard. He was young, 18, and played and sang with such passion. I appreciate the nice looking owner talking to us and serving us wine! I appreciate how friendly the other people are.
I appreciate a lady I talked to recently calling me about real estate. I appreciate taht she appreciates the info I have shared with her and am looking forward to helping her and her husband if they decide to buy a home. I appreicaet that I am guided by my IB to connect with the right people who are looking for a Realtor like me. I appreciae how it is easy and fun to visit with them. I am looking forward to a great conversation with her.
I expect her to contact the lender and realize the importance of this before they begin thinking or looking at homes. I expect she gets her loan app done quicky and moves and this info helps their decision if they want to rent or to buy.
I appreciate my clients who referred their frined to me and told her I was a fantastic realtor and that really makes me feel good. I love helping people and always do my best and am looking forward to working with her also. I appreciate the never ending number of clietns who aer looking for me, thinking of wanting a realtor like me right at this minute!!! All is well!!!
