I think I will go for this again today, it feels good!!! I appreciate my warm and wonderful bed!! I appreciate how cozy and good I feel as I snuggle in for the night. I appreciate how well I sleep! I appreciate waking up in the morning feeling refreshed and rejevenated! I appreciate my habit to begin thinking good thoughts as soon as I wake up!! I appreciate having the time to relax and flow easily this morning! I appreciate that I naturally wake up so early that I find the time to have plenty of time to do everything that I want to do!!
I appreciate the new client I was talking with yesterday! I appreciate how they are just lining up and calling me. I appreciate how I take my time to bask and enjoy myself while my business is rounding up!!! I appreciate how easy it is to attract new and great clients. I appreciate how the Universe was giving me a little break because I really needed it! I love how the universe knows I am ready for more now, and here they come!!
I appreciate the great friends I visited with this week! I appreciate how C and I had a wonderful evening walking around the lake in the light of the huge bright moon!! I think tonight is the actual full moon, last night sure was beautiful!! I appreciate how much we can laugh and really have a great time together. I appreciate how whenever we meet up our lives seem to parallel! I appreciate my other friends who I saw yesterday!
I appreciate the jewelry party and all of the lovely jewelry I saw!! I appreicaet that I have been saying I needed to get some new jewelry and haven't felt inspired to go buy it. Now, yesterday, I am invited to this great party and so many lovely pieces right there for me to order! I am excited to receive the stuff and got some great deals!!
I appreciaet my body! I appreciaet all of my cells which work so well together! They know just what to do to thrive!! I appreciate how I feel so great and know that things are going so well for me!!
I appreciate lining up with things and just allowing the best things into my life!! I know all things are going well. I love trusting that everything is working out great for me!!!

It's Monday.....
and I appreciate that my work is flexible enough that I can call in sick if I need to! It feels like relief --Ahhhhhh!!---- and it's freeing to know that there are people to cover my assignments, just as I am called to fill in when someone else can't be there. Ahhhh, relief and freedom--- I appreciate that.
I appreciate when things work out, and last night was a big, windy storm--yet we didn't lose electricity. Some of my plants on the deck blew over, no big deal, and there was an empty pot right there ready to use for my fav. strawberry. YES, thank you, U!!!! I LOVE enjoying things working out easily!!!
I love my HUnny, who had to go out of town--He's got work, and we are appreciating it!! It's not the ideal, but it's a good good step up from where things were, towards where we want to be!! Ahhhh!!! SUCH relief!! 
And I just love knowing he cares--he called early this morning to check that everything here was alright... took me awhile to answer cuz I couldn't find the phone; and he said he let it ring a long time cuz he figured I couldn't find the phone! 
Haaaa, I just feel soooo good over him! (MMmmmmm.... just feeeeeling and ennnjooooyinnnng the gladness in my heart and the smile on my face.........) Who knows, he may even read my copy of Ask And It Is Given, which I gave him to bring! 
I appreeeciaaaaate the safe, cozy, secure feeling of staying home on a grey day.....
I appreciate being able to direct my thoughts to feel better and better and better, and I appreciate how that is improving my ability to take action too! It improves obsessive thinking too, with a bit of time and practice!! Girlfriends!! I want to say THAT feels GOOD!!!
I appreciate online bill pay, and how the Internets make it easy to take care of shhtuff what nids tekkin care of. And also how there is SO much cool stuff to check out, and hilarious funny people creating hilarious funny websites!! I enjoy that!!

Wow, easy, easy rampaging today. As I was sitting here reading some other threads, I was filled with appreciation for what is around me!! I have been playing with my silly puppy who was having his early morning spazzy energy attack!! He is so hilarious! I love how much I love him. Even when he is driving me crazy he is sooooo funny, I can't help but laugh at him!
Then I was sitting on my couch and my cat laid beside me. She is beautiful and the most awesome cat ever. As I was petting her I was totally basking in how soft she feels! It is dark except for the the light of the computer and a little bit of morning light streaming in the window, and I am petting this cat whom I have loved for years!!Wow, I can't even describe what a special moment!! I want to feel many more special moments like this today!! The puppy calmed down and is napping and it is quiet and I am in absolute love with my life!!!
I appreciate how free I am!! I can do anything, really!! I can just sit back and relax and allow...I am feeling so tuned in right now. I am knowing that I am allowing, allowing myself to feel really, really good, allowing myself to appreciate.
I appreciate talking with my friend last night who said come to California any time!! I have decided to go on vacation there and plan to have an excellent time! I appreciate the incredible opportunities I have!! I am knowing that everything is working out perfectly for me!! My life is beautiful and free and fun!!! I love my life!!
I appreciate the new decision I have about my house. I have envisioned this dream house for a while now and just the last 2 days made some large changes in kitchen/nook/family room area and it feels so much better!! So I am excited to have fun thinking of my home!! I love how the kitchen and the eating area and family room and deck all flow together!!! I appreciate the feeling of feeling myself walking out onto the deck, and seeing bothof the sliding glass doors open and seeing the yard with large trees and beautiful pots of flowers hanging on the covered deck. Gorgeous!! I love how private and luscious it feels, inside and out!!! Talk about the greatest place to have a party!! It is sooo much fun to see and feel lots of people milling about, eating delicious food, listening to some great jazz, perfect lighting!! What fun! And to think of me curling up on the couch, reading a great book, dozing off for a short nap!!! Or relaxing on the deck in my sky chair! Ooohhhh!!! I love it! I am loving feeling/playing in my huge and wonderfully functional kitchen! Every appliance in the perfect spot!! My cabinets are gorgeous!! People love to come and visit my home!!
It is soooo funny because I feel some relief, like the other floorplan I felt hung up, and didn't even realize it! Now I feel soooo much better!! Yay!!!
Oh boy, I am feeling giddy this morning, thank you Universe, and thank you me for feeling so, so good. Hey, I think I would like to feel even better!!! woooohooooo!!

I appreciate so many things in my life right now!! I appreciate my lovely home and how good I feel here!! I appreciate laughing and smiling and feeling energy of love well up inside of me!! I love the beautiful trees which are just starting to turn to the beautiful colors of fall!! I love lots of opportunities to go hiking and go to the mountains. I love my clients and my work. I love how well my life is going. I love the new clients I am attracting and am looking forwrad to working with K & L, with A, with J and J, with K and the buyer!!! I love how my business is thriving and I am having fun with my work!!
I love how easy it is to let huge abundance into my life!! I love how I am really getting good at practicing this stuff!! I direct my thoughts!! I love focussing on my bosses smiling hugely and acknowledging how well I am doing and how amazing my business is!!! I love visualizing they are congratulating me and we are all just so happy about how well things are going for me!!! I love just feeling taht great feeling of happiness and success and fun and love and everything I want coming to me!! I love opening my heart and allowing! I appreciate that LOA is working so much in releation to my vibrational escrow which is huge and strong and beautiful and has such attracting power. I love how it is getting easier and easier for me to align with my vibrational and i just feel myself lining up!!
I love feeling sooo good!! It is so much fun to allow! It is so much fun to expect things to go really well for me!! I love expecting that well being is the order of the day in my life every day!! I love remembering and focussing on Niagara Falls and knowing that it is such a great way for me to visualize the abundance that is available to me every day, every moment!!!

I love my home! I love how I feel when I wake up in the morning! I love when I wake up early and am drinking my delicious coffee and reading the forum as the sun comes up! I appreciate the quiet of my home! I love how peaceful and joyful I feel here! I love how I got to play so much volleyball last night! I love how wonderful the people there are!! I love A, his spirit, his kindness, that guy is really cool! I am happy I have gotten to know him just a little bit. His sense of spirit is beautiful! I love his athletic ability! I love having so many wonderful friends! I love having different friends who are enjoy so many different things in life! I love having a great coffee shop to visit with great friends and wonderful energy!
I love going to the park! I love feeling so at home in this neighborhood! I love riding my bike there! I love playing volleyball! I love walking around the park! I love getting more strength and being able to run just a bit farther! I love having fun! I love, love physical activity! I love getting more proficient at things I am learning!
I love feeling really good as I drive to my office! I love feeling confidence in myself and my industry! I love my beautiful office! I love the lighting it is warm and calming! I love my amazing view of the city and the mountains! I love being able to see the weather rolling in each day! I love the gorgeous weather we are having. I love that I have some wonderful things planned this weekend! I love receiving great offers for my listings.

Well, fellow Positive Ponderers!!
it's Sat morning.... I'm enjoying the warm comfortable house, and the computer...
I intend safety and comfort here, and I enjoy how that is how it is here. It's also nice to know that Hunny and I are on the same page with that intention. It feels delicious to think about him getting back in town --I just loooooovvvvveeeeeee being together with him. Hee heee, can't wait to give him some fun presents I got for him too!!  ..... and then we will be working on winterizing and home improving together, making it nicer, and prettier, and ready for a nice, comfortable, warm, cozy winter, enjoying loving each other...... ahhhh so nice to think about..... 
I love my days off, and I appreciate that I got things done yesterday...they went nice and smoothly too, and I sure love THAT! I like the feeling of capability too! It feels GOOD to get active, to do what I need to get done. I can even intend to enjoy the doing itself! Doesn't THAT feel better?!!!
Annnnnd I LOVE it, how when I get myself out of the house and active, things come together in surprising ways! Like, I got myself out last Saturday, to enjoy open studio at the pottery, and Lo! and Behold! Things came together such that I met the musician two doors down who plays, builds and fixes and teaches stringed instruments, including BANJO!!!! WAHOOEY! I LOVE looking for synchronicities!! And I LOVE how they sure seem to appear more often as I  enjoy more!!
I really enjoyed the money flowing image I came up with last week, of money flowing like a beautiful, sparkling stream, and how I'm right in that stream, and how it fills up and overflows all the twists and hollows! And I just was tickled to deposit the several unexpected checks I got!!!! 
and I LOVED seeing my paycheck deposit at the bank! WOW, it felt good to see the result of the increase they gave us!! HALLELUJAH!! for competition in the market!! MANY rockets of desire from many people and FINALLLLLLYYYYYYYYYY, the competition arrived that lit a fire under Admin's butt!!!! YEEE_HAWWWWWWW!! I wasn't one of the people who left, but I appreciate them SO MUCH for feeling their contrast and desire to feel better, and knowing that they would feel better elsewhere!!! I like how that all allows me to stay in the college environment which I like, and also receive this larger paycheck which I'm liking. It feels good to know my colleagues are benefitting too, that the abundance stream is wahing over them too, because I LIKE seeing other people happier too!!!! 
What a nice feeling, of abundance flowing----- and I intend to pay attention to how Sweetiehandsomeloverguy and I both want a woodworking and pottery studio here, and how we want a houseboat too!!!! HAAAA!!!
THAT's fun to think about, the freedom of being able to go live where we want, where the weather is how WE enjoy, where there are many new and FUUUUUUNNNNNNNNN ways to be, and beautiful, fun things to do and experience!! BAHHAAAA, I fell in LOOOOVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEE with a pottery studio and artists' collective in the British Virgin Islands a couple years ago, and that DESIRE still thrills me when I think of it! It makes sense to me to lean towards it, asking in what ways we can lean some more, looking for the driftwood lighting the way! (like little campfires made of driftwood! hee heeee ) Sooothing myself with thoughts like, "it's out there, we can lean towards that with our enjoyment of it!! Leaaaannnnnnniiinnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggg closer and closer, by shifting my vibe toward THRILLLLL-CHILLLLLLLLLSS just for the fun of imagining it!!! heee!! and that attracts MORE good-feelings, that I can savor, and expand the joy in my right-now day. Heeeyyyyyyy!!!!  ........ Preetttttyyyyy COOL! 
I'm getting better at deliberately guiding my thoughts too, and I reallly like that!! What a GREAT, REASSURING feeling to see how I've gotten so much better at it, and how I feel good so much more often than before, and how I consciously choose to get myself there! Oh it feels good! And that is so reassuring, when I do have down feeling times.... getting stuck in my head, analyzing and making myself worry doesn't feel good but I see the real improvement I am making!! I catch myself sooner, getting conscious of what I'm doing, I get aware sooner that it's just a well-worn habit of thought, and I am better at deciding to reach for better-feeling thoughts!! I LOVE the ability to stay conscious while I feel where I'm at, and the clarity that 'unwanted' gives me towards the asking, "What do I really want?"
Growth = Joy = Freedom = more Joy = more Growth .... HAA!! That's pretty nice to contemplate, isn't it?
geee wiz, now that I think of it, I have to notice how I LOVE this board and you all here, too --- I seriously LOVE knowing that we're on the same page together, appreciating each other's thoughts, supporting and caring about each other, (geeee! Feels nice, to contemplate that!) and how I get to deliberately FOCUS on thinking good feeling thoughts and writing, and adding fun colors and playing with how it looks
which helps me focus longer and more..FOCUS-ED-LY !!!!!!
And now, I'm going to get offline, ..... and appreciate how I'm deliberately deciding to do that, because I want the good feeling of winning over my habitual comatose behaviour, because it feels good to see how little by little, I can change those old pathways ........ I intend to ENJOY experiencing the rest of my day!!

I am appreciating today!!! I had a wonderful weekend!! I appreciate my great Abe friends and how much fun I have hanging out with them for a coffee and talking!! I appreciate how joyful I felt as I left yesterday...my entire vibe was soooo high!! It was great prepaving for the rest of a beautiful day!!! I appreciate discussing how to really embrace the contrast and the power in that!!! I appreciate that I have already had a chance to practice this this morning!! And I did a good job!! I appreciate learning more and s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g my mind!! I love expanding!! I love that we are going to get together on Friday again, I am sooo looking forward to it!!!
I love that I had such a great afternoon with my nephew yesterday!! We had so much fun seeing the beautiful castle and looking at all of the nooks and crannies and it was such a cool place to visit!!! The scenery from every single window was truly breathtaking!!! We had a delicious lunch and enjoyed the community doing such a great job with the melodrama!! It was very funny!!!
It was great fun to spend the day with a 10 year old!! It is wonderful to hear what he thinks about and says and believes about the world! I love how happy he his!!! I love his goofiness and hamminess and I love to see how he has changed and expanded over the years!! I love how he is very tuned in to the spirit world and even had a few little visions while we were at the castle!!! It is great fun to be with him!! I loved the delicious ice cream we had later in the day before our drive home!! I appreciate spending time with him and really look forward to doing it more often!
I appreciate how well other things in my life are going!! I appreciate my day, my life, my fun!!! I appreciate how well every part of my life going!! I appreciate that I have opened my heart to and am meeting some wonderful, lovely people who I love having in my life!!! I appreciate my high level of energy and excitement about each day!!! I appreciate my delicious cup of coffee and am now ready for another cup!!!

I am appreciating my freedom!!! Today I feel totally inspired to stay home and continue organizing!!! I sooo appreciate that my schedule allows me to do that!! I am completely free to do anything I want!!! I am excited about organizing and throwing away old papers, donating clothes, etc!!! I love how I have this schedule and I can decide to do this!!! I revel in my job, my career and that I have absolute freedom!!! I am able to work when I want!!! I choose to have incredible work coming my way, I know it is in my escrow!!! I have the most amazing clients, and right now I am organizing because I know i have a lot of great business coming my way to I am sooo appreciating this time to get organized!!!
I appreciaet my crazy dog!!! I love him so much!!! He is 1 and gets bored easily, so it can be interesting to keep him busy!! I love the great toys that are designed to keep him busy!! I appreciate that I have the time to take him on long, lovely walks and that tires him out and he loves his walks!! I love how sweet his face is, he smiles!!! I love how he gets excited and his hips sway from side to side, his whole body gets silly!!! I love how strong and athletic and healthy he is!! i love how he chews on his toys and chewies and bones and that keeps him occupied for a while!!
I love my clients!! I appreciate that so many people have chosen to work with me and trust me to do a great job for them!! I love how we find them the perfect home to live in, or sell their current home for top dollar!! I love how I am embracing contrast and expanding and letting all sorts of new activities into my life to enjoy!! Also allowing so many different streams of income!! I love that I am open and allowing abundance to come to me in so many ways!!!

It's interesting that I have the opportunity to work on a mental habit that I don't enjoy at all...
so it occurred to me to intend to look for anything and everything that helps me feel safe.
This is worth working on!
I enjoyed my shower this morning too....started to almost cry, which is a letting go of some resistance, some of the constricted feeling that holds me in that unsafe feeling. Usually I don't have trouble crying -heh heh-. Anyway, if it washes over me agian, I will allow it some more, knowing it IS a release. Then, O! appreciation! - because I know about Abe, I know that I then want to deliberately reach for some perspective that FEELS better--- just a bit, and How good does THIS feel? ----> I know that will start the LOA ball rolling. I KNOW from ample experience now, that my thoughts attract more similar thoughts, and that a new, better feeling idea will little by little, expand. YEAH!! That's good to know!
I appreciate having a computer at work and some alone time where I can connect on the forum too. Very comforting
And speaking of good vibes, I had a wondeful, fun day with a friend yesterday, at the annual fiber Arts fair. We hadn't seen each other in a while--it was SOOO nice!!

I've had a great day!! I appreciate the great chili stand on the corner where they roast your chilis and you can buy other fresh fruits and veggies!!! I appreciaet the delicious chili peppers I bought!! And the yummy Colorado peaches and plums. And darling little red potatoes. I appreciate the opportunity I had today to cook some homeade green chili!!! Yummy!! I will make burritos tonight and I bought plenty of peppers to freeze some and make more later.
I love, love, love my new Yankee candle I bought!! The scent is spiced pumpkin and it smells amazing!!! I love walking out of the house and coming back in to smell my green chili or my new candle!! These are both rituals of fall for me!! I love fall so much. The leaves are starting to turn. Today was a perfect fall day, sunny and warm with a touch of wind. Now it is cooling off and cloudy outside and even breezier!!! This is absolutely my favorite time of year!!
I have always loved how I felt during the fall!! I feel cozy!! I feel comfort, I am feeling my way right now and can't quite describe what I feel. I know it feels very good. It feels earthy!!! It feels safe! It feels like home! I love smelling smoke from people's fireplaces!! I love the smell of hot apple cider or hot chai!!
I love to drive through my favorite neighborhoods with the huge trees and the leaves beginning to fall and blow across the lawns!! I love watching some football!! I used to watch a lot, now I would rather be enjoying the weather if it is nice out. I love to catch part of a great game!!
I love the feeling of comfort I feel at this time of year! I love getting new boots, new fall shoes and clothes, coats, purses! I love my home and seeing the huge trees out of the windows!! I love seeing the gray sky! I love feeling warm and snuggly in my home!! I love organizing and am excited about the new things i bought today to help me organize even more!! It feels sooooo good to go through purses and boxes and bags where papers have piled up and just throw so much away!! What a release!!! I feel so free!! I am starting to feel organized and it is wonderful!!
I love the smell of oatmeal chocoloate chip cookies and think I will make some of them also!! I love listening to my favorite jazz station and it seems the music exemplifies the way I feel!!! I love the music the DJ is picking this afternoon!! I love knowing that all is well!!! I love letting go of any guilt for staying at home this afternoon as I know the better I feel the better for my businesss!! I love doing more cleaning and listening to jazz or to more of my ABe cds from the Alaskan cruise!! I love listening again and again to ABe and letting their words sink in!!!
I love how healthy I feel today! I feel great emotionally!!! I look beautiful!!! I love how strong my muscles are!! I love that I had appeared to hurt my ankle yesterday and it is fine!!! I loved telling my nephew that I always heal immediately and he and I both believed me!!! I love having fun! I love fall!! I love me!!! I love jazz!!! I love this musician, oh my god, this song is amazing!!! I don't know who it is, I just know I love it!!!!

I am appreciating today, appreciating this moment!!! I love how I am feeling so inspired to get organized!! I feel aligned on what to put where, and what to throw away or give away and it feels great!!!
I appreicaet my friend J and that she understood I had to cancel our appt today. I made a mistake with my schedule. I appreciate that I am not feeling guilty, heck, I made a mistake!
I appreciate yet another great fall day!! I love the weather, the sunshine with a coolness in the air!! The smell of the fall weather!!! I love how it feels!! I love how the temperature is soooo perfect!!! I love how I feel so happy and free and that all is well!!!
I feel really, really good!!! I feel so happy! I feel that knowing that all is well!!! I love knowing that all is well and that such well being is absolutely flowing to me!!! AS much as I want, as much as I can allow!!! I open myself to allowing more and more and more!!! I feel good and I love feeling so good!!! I appreciae that I have this great forum to post how great I feel!!! I appreciate my great computer!!! I appreciate so much in my life!!!
I appreciate how the money is just piling up!!! Money I am finding here and there in my home, in old purses, in old pockets, thrown into drawers!!! Money is everywhere for me!! Money is coming at me in every direction and I laugh at how good it feels to see money in my experience and feel at ease with it!!
I appreciate that I am excited for today!!! I appreciate that my life is going so well!! I am so happy for my strength, my health, my feeling goodness!!! I am happy for how good I feel!! I am happy for the the natural smile I have!!! I appreciate how feeling good is sooo easy for me now!! I appreciate how I love to look for things to appreciate!!
I have so much to feel good about!! I am getting so clear on my guidance!! I am getting so clear on what I want!! What i want is ever changing and expanding, so I am clarifying for now and that will change again and again!! I am getting so clear on how powerful I am!!! I am getting so clear on using my EGS to direct my!!! I am getting so good at leaning towards feeling better!! I am gettting so good at allowing!! I am getting so good at embracing the contrast!!! I am getting so good at using the contrast as a jumping off point for what i want!!! I am getting soooo good at feelling sooooooo good1!!
I love my life!!! I love me!!!!

Back at the office...appreciating!! I appreciate my past clients who call me again and again to do busines!! I appreciate all of the wonderful referrals I receive!! I appreciate M and A and J and how we are all working together and creating a beautiful home for them! I appreciate that they appreciate me so much! I also appreciated meeting their children who are amazing and delightful and smart!!
I appreciate A and K and H and how they are all new clietns who are excited to work with me! I appreciaet that they trust me to do a great job for them, and I will. I appreciate how easy it is to get to know them. I appreciate that they listen to me and respect my info about a lender and financing! I appreciate how quickly and easily I am able to establish trust with people. I am a trustworthy person, so of course that is the type of client I attract. We all just work together so well!
I appreciaet receiving a great offer on Ks condo. I appreciaet that it is full price and closes quickly and easily! I appreciaet how much fun I am having in my business this week! I appreciaet the feeling of just letting go and trusting and seeing what is coming in!
I appreciate the opportunity to receive more business thru my floor shift! I appreciate working for such a professional company taht our policy is that we always have a licensed agent here at the office to answer any questions. I appreciate that I have met some great buyers in the past while I was on floor!! I appreciate that we have so many great listings there are lots of opportunities for people to call in and ask for more info. I appreciate the wealth of business that comes to me from these shifts!! I appreciate how well my entire business is attracting new clients and I am thriving!!
I appreciate all of the friendly associates I work with.I appreciaet how easy this busines is for me. I appreciate knowing it is because I am lining up my energies that anything is possible. I appreciaet that many other people are calling me who were referred to me. I appreciaet how much fun I have in my work, and my life. I have absolute freedom of how I live my life and run my business!!! Can it get any better than this?? Of course it can, and it is!!!
