I appreciate that I am going to meet a client this afternoon! I appreciate my wonderful manager and the nice note she left in my mailbox! I appreciate my wonderful office and the great support staff I have to take the best care of my clients!! I appreciate all of the other agents I work with and love getting to know them and their diferent mind sets and sense of humors, etc. I appreciate being associated with some of the best real estate brokers in the industry!! I appreciate the great friends I am making in my office! I appreciate the new cleanse/diet I have just learned about and am going to partake in!! I appreciate others in my office who have done this diet and are encouraging me and will be there for me if I have any questions!
I appreiciate my great friend inviting me over tonight! I appreciate that we always have so much fun laughing together! I appreciate that we will make yummy martinis and watch Sex and the City!! I appreciaet a good girlfriend! I appreciate that I have so many friends, so many different friends and different groups of friends! I hang out iwth all sorts of people! I appreciate that I am so happy in myself that I can hang out with all sorts of different people!
I appreciate that the more I relax and am happy, the better my life is! I appreciate that the more time I take to write these lists of appreciation, the better I feel!! I appreciate that the better I feel, the better I feel!!
I appreciate lots of laughter in my life!! I appreciate puppies and kitties which always make me laugh!! I appreciate big dogs who are still puppies and are hilarious to watch as they learn how to work their big bodies! I love animals and I appreciate how I am starting to appreicaet them more and more!!
I love how I love myslef! I love how I am strengthening love for myself each day! I love to see my reflection in a mirror and tell myself how great I look and how great I am!! I love feeling great about my body, my mind, my soul!!! I love being so happy to ee all of my friends! I am joyful and free and I love that I have chosen so much freedom in mylife!!! I love feeling free and happy and joyful and allowing!! I appreciate that I have had such strong desires to be free that this is the life I created without realizing how I was doing it!! I love being able to choose my schedule! I love my freedom of everything!! I love my life! I am so amazing! I am beautiful! I am kind and funny!! I love being romantic and attracting romantic men into my life!! I love this incredible life I have created!!!
I love that appreciating, and taking the time to type it, is one of my favorite things to do each day!!! Wow, I am amazing!!!

What an awesome concept -- the hourly rampage.
Here goes:
I appreciate my wonderful life, so full of abundance and love and beauty. I appreciate the natural beauty that surrounds me. I appreciate the beauty of my son's bright shining like and brilliant smile. I appreciate reading the Sarah books over and over with my son. I appreciate the pleasure and fun and learning that comes from that. I appreciate reading all the Abe books. I appreciate my book group that will meet tomorrow and my first-ever Mom's poker night that will meet tomorrow. I appreciate my little town that has embraced my son and me so warmly. I bask in the warmness of that embrace. I appreciate all the things I do for myself, my pedis, my pilates, my chocolate and special teas, my long baths, my meditation. I appreciate the connection I have with flowers. How lucky I am to be able to WORK WITH FLOWERS, their energy, ALL THE TIME. I do believe that I am just about the luckiest gal around. I appreciate the upheaval in my life this week. I appreciate the shifts within my own Outer Being that allowed me to use these events in a positive way. I appreciate ALL THE DEEP, DEEP learning that has come out of this week. I appreciate that I recognized a chain-of-pain when I encountered it and shifted to a chain-of-joy. I appreciate seeing someone now as the bright, shining jewel he is. I appreciate that next week I will be hosting my first in a series of Abraham study groups. I am so excited to keep turning up Abers in my teeny little town. I appreciate that my long-desired family reunion in Scotland seems to be taking shape. I appreciate the fun I am having reconnecting with old friends from long ago. I appreciate my proximity to The City and my ability to scoot in an enjoy on a regular basis. I appreciate the fabric store I "found" and all the purchases I made. I appreciate my abilities to sew and make things of all kinds. I appreciate my general capable-ness. I feel like I can do anything I desire. I appreciate my grandparents and all the beautiful things they've given me over the years. I enjoy using and continuing to appreciate them. I am especially appreciating a certain set of china they gave me that I now have in my home again. I appreciate that I can use it tomorrow for Mom's Poker!! I appreciate how good and beautiful my skin is. I appreciate my hair color and eye color for that matter! I appreciate my beautiful body and all the amazing things it does. I appreciate that my heart beats and so many other things go on without any effort on my part. I appreciate GETTING more and more that really that is how Life should be. I appreciate the fun and humor of life. LOVING IT!! LOVING IT ALL!!

OK, that was so fun, I am going to do another quick one before going to bed:
I appreciate....
Dancing with the Stars and dancing in general and how positive and upbeat everyone is, how enthusiastic everyone is. I just love watching the participants stretch and grow and DANCE!! I dance up and down the hall during commercials. I appreciate moving my body and how my body moves. I appreciate knowing that I am about to slide into my comforable bed and sleep, sleep, sleep. I appreciate knowing that I release resistance even more when I am sleep and can turn things over completely to the manager whilst I sleep. I appreciate knowing that I will wake up refreshed and that my little guy will be happy and healthy in the morning. I appreciate the break from our usual routine that we've had over the past several days. I appreciate being able to spend as much time as I want with my beloved son. I appreciate my friends, old and new and those who I know only through the ether of the Internet. I appreciate how the Law of Attraction works. I appreciate understanding it better and better more and more and more and more deeply.

I am appreciating today!! I appreciate that I had a great time with my friend last night! I appreciate that we are so connected that we laugh about how much our lives parallel each other! I appreciate that I am a very spontaneous person and it is easy and works well for me to make plans on short notice!!
I appreciate how good I felt when I awoke this morning! I appreciate that I have been able to sleep a little later this week as my appts are for later in the day! I appreciate meeting a new client this afternoon! I look forward to meeting A and know we will get along beautifully and have a good time looking at prospective houses! I always have fun in my work and I attract clients who share in that fun!
I appreciate B considering buying a rental property. I appreciate how these past clients were so excited to see me she gave me a big hug when I saw them and again when leaving! I appreciate hwo they trust me. I appreciate how many good things I have going on in my life!!!
I appreciaet lining up with the perfect dates and times for my flight! I appreciate that I thought the fares went up and when I changed my trip to a couple days later, they actually went down! I appreciate how well things are going for me!
I appreciate how good I feel right now! I appreciate feeling that completely free feeling! I appreciate knowng that all is well in my world! I appreciate playing with my day and having so much fun! I appreciate that I feel light and free today! I appreciate knowing, feeling there is nothing big going on here. I am just playing and creating a great experience!! This is my favorite way to feel and I am feeling it more and more and more!!
I love when I feel this way how well everything goes! I meet wonderful people, great things happen in business, I play volleyball really, really well1!! I love my life! I am the creator of all of my reality and I am overjoyed at how well my life is going!!! I love me, my body, my eyes, my hair, my skin, my shape, my personality, my kindness, my unconditional love for all, my work, my friends, my family!!!
Everything is always working out for me!!!!

I am appreciating yet another beautiful, sunny fall morning!! Our weather here is fabulous!! Last night I met a friend for a beer and apps and we sat outside! It was a gorgeous evening!
I appreciate my kitty who was there meowing, waking me this morning. She loves to cuddle with me all night and she allows me to love so easily!!
I love how much fun I had at volleyball last night! I love how well my team played and I played even though we were sort 2 people!! I love how I tuned into my IB and played much better and had much more fun after a rocky start!! I love having fun and I love when I feel comfortable with my team!!
I love that I have great business today! I love that I am excited for my day and know things are going to go really well!!! I love how good I feel about myself and my business!!
I love that I have found a cleanse/diet that inspires me to do adn I am excited to begin on Monday! I love that I feel so clear that it is the perfect thing for me to do right now!! I love having support from others I know who have done it and had great results!!! I love knowing I will really be allowing in this phase and allowing my body to take complete care of itself! I love that the trust I have in my body and my cells to thrive allow me to know I can easily do this cleans and plan to raise my energy level! I feel like I am in total alignment with this cleanse and expecting the greatest benefits!!
I appreciate how my body feels right now!! I appreciate the energy and excitement I have for my day! I appreciate that I type quickly as it is my favorite way to focus, just typing appreciation lists!! I appreciate this forum and how good it feels to type and focus and allow! I appreciate how rampages have really become one of my very favorite things to do each day! I appreciate letting my appreciation flow and also the rampages where I let my imagination flow! i appreciate that we are unlimited beings and I can create the life I want!! I already am!
Again I appreciate my freedom to work with my schedule the way I want!! I love that all things work for me and I feel great about my life!!! I appreciate that I wake up when it feels natural for me (with help from my cat  ) and I can take my time in the morning to get ready!! I appreciate that I begin to wake up earlier and earlier as I experience more energy and I love to wake up when it is still dark out and experience that peaceful, quiet time of day!!!
I appreciate my home, my bed, my beautiful clothes, my hot shower, my wonderful shampoos, soaps and lotions and my great new shoes!! I appreciaet that I am happy! I deserve it, I allow it!! My life is fun!!!

I am appreciating this moment and this is where all of my power is!! I appreciate my home, my hot shower, my ironing board and iron!! I appreciate these things that make my life easy and wonderful! I appreciate hot, delicious coffee!! I appreciaet snuggling with my cat in the morning! I appreciate thinking of things to appreciate just as soon as I wake up!!!
I appreciate this forum! I appreciate rampaging and how I was first so inpired by Lucy and now it is one of my favorite things to do and I know has made significant changes in my life and my vibrations!! I appreciate having this place to type in beautiful colors and use funny emoticons!! I appreciate how this forum has opened me up to computer forums, something I wasn't really aware of!! This is the only one I frequent regularly, as I am so in line with what is here...but I love learning about the possibilities on the internet!!
I appreciate my friend J and my brother who are both welcoming me to visit in California!! I appreciate the great airline prices that I can go visit there for such a reasonable amount!
I appreciate the great offer I received on my listing today! I appreciaet the buyer loving the property and the agent for showing it and I am allowing it to unfold in a wonderful way!!! I appreciate my client for getting the property in top condition and how well it can work for this buyer!
I appreciate my office and all of the friendly people I work with!! I appreciate how I feel loved there and I appreciate how it feels so good to have so many friends and people who care about you! I appreciate how much love flows in my life!! I appreciate myself for lightening up and allowing myself to feel the love and flow the love and I am having so much fun every day now!!
I appreciate the fun I had at volleyball last night! I appreciate B and S and T and how much I learn each time I play with them! I appreciate that I feel so welcomed and comfortable with all of them!! I appreciate how much better I have become and how they have been so nice over the last couple years!! When I first started I was awful, and last night T was telling me how good I have become!! It is sooo much fun! I appreciate how many avenues of friends and fun I have opened up in my life!! I appreciate today!!! Yes, another absolutely gorgeous fall day!!
I appreciate taht I have plenty of time to do al of the ithings I want to do! I love taht I am going to get a pedicure/manicure, go to Vitamin Cottage and get the stuff I need for my fast!! I love that I am going to play volleyball outside!! I love that I am going to feel good all day!! I love how great I feel right now!!
I appreciate that I got such a great deal on my tix for California! I appreciate that everything is lining up perfectly for me to go there!! I appreciaet that I am having great business and this just gives my business another little jolt because I always know the more I travel and have fun, the more wonderful business I attract! And my business is soooo much fun and everything goes so well!!!
I love feeling so free in my life!! I am having the best time ever! I am on this planet to have fun and that is what i am doing! I am the star of my own magical disney movie!!! Heehee!!! I love the Universe working perfectly on my behalf! I love the perfect people and smiles and fun just mixing perfectly in my life!! I let go of fears! I let go of worries! They just don't exist in my life anymore! They are old illusions and I smile and relax as I know I have let them go completely!

I appreciate that we both have great schedules and lots of freedom in our work that we can take a weekday and go for a great hike!! Life is magical and fun!! This planet allows me great joy every single minute if I allow it!!! There are friendly people everywhere I go! It is something I have relearned and I appreciate that I get that feeling good is good and allow it to be my very top priority!! I love the amped up feeling I am feeling as I write this and know it is going to be a lovely day!!!
I love that I am going to take a quick shower and put on some fab clothes and head out for a great day of fun and frolic!! I have so much fun!!! I am going to appreciaet each part of my day, including the food warmup!! I love food and in much appreciation, any food I eat serves me body in every way!!

Today I appreciate that I have learned about this cleanse I am starting!! I am very lined up wiht the fasting and the drink and expecting amazing results!! I appreciate that I am expecting lots of enery, great nights sleep, mental clarity, stamina, a lighter, free feeling, younger looking skin and eyes, a new vitality and weight loss!!! I appreciate there are other people in my office who have done it, or are doing it and I have lots of support!! I appreciate J at the builders office. She is so friendly and helpful and my clients like her. I appreciaet B the builder, who is excited to do a great job for my clients. I think this is going to be a fabulous home for my clients!!
I appreciate S and R, who wrote the offer for my condo.I appreciate how well the negotiations are going and that everyone comes to an agreement and we move forwrad to closing!!
I appreciaet J who invited me to visit her in California at such a gorgeous time of year!! I appreciate that I have plenthy of money to travel anhywhere that I decide and I also go a great deal on my ticket!! I appreciate the timing is perfect for everything I have going on! I appreciate how vacations and knowing I deserve them and can take them any time are perfect way to bring more business!!! What a great belief that the more fun I have and the more I travel, the better my business goes!!
I appreciate how good I feel today. I am repeating myself and today is yet another absolutely gorgeous day in Denver!! The sky is blue,the sun is shining, the leaves are turning! I appreciate that yesterday I had the time to go play volleyball in the park and I had a great time! I appreciaet how many friends I have at the park now, and can pick up a game any time I like! I appreciaet how much better I have become especially since playing a lot of doubles!! I appreciate how I have a few aches and pains and I know this is a bit of resistance and between refocussing and allowing, and my cleanse, I expect to feel great, flexible and vital!!!

I appreciaet the excitement i have for this cleanse!! I appreciate how it is definitely a "hell Yes!!!" for me! I appreciate the excitement I have to see and feel the results!!
I appreciate laptop computers! I appreciaet my great laptop at home, and I love the new one I bought for work! I appreciaet the amazing things we can do with computers!! I appreciaet that I can visit with people from all over the world!! I appreciate how easy it is to have access to soooo much information so easily! I appreciate that I can look up funny things like babies laughing on YouTube and it really makes me smile!!
I appreciate my wonderful shower! I appreciate my home and always having hotwater!! I appreciate my wonderful washing machine and dryer and how convenient it is for me to do laundry!! I appreciaet my lovely car!! I appreciate the smooth leather seats, the cd player, the great gas mileage, the smooth ride, the sunroof which is great to open!!
I appreciate so many conveniences we have! I appreciaet the grocery stores which are everywhere and vitamin store and they had all of the ingredients I needed for my cleanse! I appreciate the friendly people that work at these stores and how well they are stocked with delicious things!! I appreciate my life!!
I appreciate my skin which is resilient and clear! I appreciaet my hair which is thick and beautiful! I appreciate my skin, nails and teeth!! I appreciate my muscles!! I appreciate how well my body functions! I appreciate how athletic I am! I appreciate my love for sports and physical activity!!I appreciate that I love to use my body in very physical ways!! I appreciate that I made it through the first day of my 10-day cleanse!!! I appreciate that the lemon drink tasted good this morning when I drank it! I appreciate how excited I am about this cleanse and how I have lined up with great effects!!!
I appreciate how I felt more energy when I woke up this morning and I am so excited for the increased energy I expect to receive during this cleanse!! I love being up early and getting things done, then coming to the forum!! I appreciate that I feel good drinking my lemon drink and hot water in place of coffee!!!
I appreciaet the great business I have today and what is coming!! I appreciaet getting the contract on the condo together and I appreciate S for being a great broker to work with. I expect things to go very well and we close on the 23rd!
I appreciate coming to this forum to rampage each day! I appreciaet reading other posts and other peoples rampages and how they excite and ignite passion in me for the things I want in my life!! I appreciate that I am having so much fun in my life!!! I appreciate that I have great friends and family! I appreciaet all of the cool people in my life!! I appreciaet how my circle of friends has really grown and I appreciate lots of laughter with all of these people!
I appreciate my clents who are loving to refer me!! It is sooo cool to have someone call me who was told I was an awesome Realtor!! I appreciate those clients who are joyful and are very happy to work with me!! I appreciate those clients who are loyal to me and always refer more people to me. They know I will do a great job for their family and friends and they completely trust me!!
I appreciate my office!! I appreciaet the friendly people I work with! I love my office staff and they do a great job! I love how I spend much of my time appreciating things. This used to be time worrying or being fearful or complaining. Now I look for things to be joyful about and they are everywhere!!!

I appreciate that it is an absolutely gorgeous day!!!
I appreciate that I am going on a hike in the mountains this afternoon with my very good friend! We always have so much fun hiking together!! I expect the aspen leaves to be stunning!!! I expect to have one of the most delicious hikes I have ever had!! I expect wonderful synchronicities with myself and the Universe/Source!!!
I appreciate how good I feel during this cleanse!! I appreciate how I can feel it it my body!! I appreciate how they explained that things come up that you crave you are detoxing. Something emotional came up for me yesterday, very strongly. Then I decided taht I am just detoxing it also!! I am feeling it as it leaves my body1!!
I appreciate my new sonic toothbrush!! It feels great on my gums and teeth and it feels like they are getting so clean!! I love to focus on how healthy my teeth and gums are as I am brushing!!
I appreciating using EFT this morning and having so much fun with it and how it really amped up my vibe!! I appreciate that I am feeling really, really good and am expecting to have so much fun today!!
I intend to ignite passion and excitement with those I interact with today!!! I expect to laugh and feel excellent!! I appreciaet how much fun I have when I just allow myself to relax and be in the mode!!
I appreciate a fun little Abe process from the Denver workshops where they suggest you write a list of 20 or so things which you are moderately interested in and watch them come to you!! I appreciate that I am struggling to find even a few things, so I know i have more expanding to do! I appreciate learning how I can be so limited so that now I stretch, stretch, stretch my desires!!
I am interested in coming up with lots of things to be interested in!! I am interested in meeting some people who want to train for a tri-athalon together!! I am interested in an opportunity to learn watercolor painting!! And I am interested in learning to dance, maybe a hip hop dance class, or something like that!!
I appreciate this glorious day!! Words cannot describe how beautiful it is outside!! The sun is beaming, and it is warm and the leaves are changing and are so rich and vibrant in color!!! It is my favorite thing to go to the mountains on a day like today!!
I really appreciate this cleanse and how it has helped me focus on smells and tastes soooo much. I haven't really had strong or bad cravings, however, I was dreaming a bit about pepperoni pizza yesterday. I could literally taste it!! and smell it!! and feel the sensation of chewing it!!! Yum!!! This has totally increased my sensation to food!! I appreciate how I am appreciating food and knowing I can literally taste it in my mind without actually having to eat it!!
Oh, it is truly a magnificent day!!!

I TRULY appreciate the opportunity that I am having to prove who and what is REALLY my source.
I truly appreciate that I get to be so hands on in my own development and growth.
I truly appreciate that my mood has not plummeted in the past hour.
I truly appreciate the love that I am receiving during this time of growth.
I appreciate that even though these are not desirable conditions, there are parts that truly make me BELLY LAUGH!
I am thankful that there is an OBVIOUS silver lining to this beautiful navy blue cloud!
I am thankful that everything is EXACTLY as it should be!

I am thankful that I am allowing these contrasting circumstances to really IMPACT my mind into KNOWING what is that I desire.
I am thankful that I am able, willing and totally excited about rising to the challenge.
I am thankful that I have the resources of the entire universe surrounding me to help me bring myself back into alignment.
I am thankful for the processes and my IB's suggestions on other processes that I can use to continue to raise my vibration.
I am thankful that I find things to be thankful for, consciously.
I am thankful that I know that my circumstances dont define me. But they do help me to define what it is that I truly desire.
This is hard!
I am thankful that I heard myself say that...so that I can stop resisting and start CREATING...downstream.

Hi Trulysatizfied!
Today I am appreciating my yummy drink that I drink through this cleanse!! I appreciate how pure the ingredients are and how I can feel so good drinking them each day!! I appreciate how much I am learning about my thoughts about food! I appreciate how much I am learning it is way more a social thing for me than a nurturing thing. I like feeling more inspired to eat healthy!! I am looking forward to delicious soups and grains and lots more fruits and veggies!!
I appreciate how acute my senses have become!! Definitely my sense of smell, and it seems other things as well!! I appreciate the amazing hike I took yesterday!! I appreciate my great friend who is my very favorite person to hike with!! We always have so much fun!! I appreciate how well my visual senses increased also!! We had hiked at this place before, and yesterday I kept noticing and saying that it was even more beautiful than I remembered!! It was soooo gorgeous!!! The texture of the land, all of the different rock formations, the plants and grasses, the ground cover!!! Magnificent!!
I appreciate that we had weather!!! I appreciate that it was cloudy and we were hearing some thunder. Then it started to rain and we discussed heading right back, or waiting!! I closed my eyes and imagined the warm sun on my face!! I smelled the way the rain smells on the landscape when the sun comes out and beats down on it. A little later, the clouds began clearing!! It was beautiful!! Soon the sun started peaking out, then a bit more, a bit more!!! Soon we were standing in the glorious sun and even my friend commented how I had done this!!!
We hiked longer than originally planned because his later plans changed which allowed more time!!! I totally appreciaet the fun we had climbing on the rocks!! I love to climb around on the rocks, stretching my abilities a bit, stretching my comfort zone, being in tune to know when enough is enough!!! I love climing tot he top and overlooking the beautiful landscape before!!
We both spend time appreciating a gorgeous home we could see in the middle of a bunch of pine trees!! There was a huge meadow with a few bright gold aspen trees glowing and a lovely home!!! Wow!!!
I appreciate that I have this friend and he appreciates in me how we both keep going and enjoying the elements, enjoying the changes in weather!!! We talk about LOA and creating and these are some of my most favorite times!! I feel sooo in alignment out there, romping through the woods!!! Oh, I appreciaet the "nature's diamonds" we saw on this hike!! After the rain, water had beaded up on many golden aspen leaves on the ground and they literaly shimmered like diamonds!!!
I appreciate so much how I have the freedom to take the afternoon and go for a glorious hike!!! I appreciaet knowing it is the best thing I can do to allow more business!! I appreciaet that when I was there I was totally in the moment,not worrying about anything!!! Enjoying my muscles working, enjoying the goregous views, the smell of the rain. Even when the thunder started, I appreciate how I felt the clarity of logically knowing it might not be the best time to be out there. Inside, I felt fine!!! I felt at ease!! I felt joyful to be out there, and I took the time to check in with my feelings!!! I love how I feel so much now!! I appreciate how I am so in tune with the way I feel and how much creedence I give to how I feel!!!

I appreciate the feelings of optimism after putting in my application for seasonal work!
I am thankful that Caroline is so appreciative for all of the beautiful subtleties of her life! She inspires me to pay closer attention to ALL of the wonderful sensations available to my body!
