Hi Keelah!! I appreciate you appreciating me!!! so much fun!!!
I love doing a few of these each day, it seems to have really lifted my vibe on a more permanent basis!!
I appreciate the really cool trees I saw on my hike yesterday. There was one place with 3 trees, and two had fallen on to the third, and they were all nearly the same distance apart. I stood under them, in the middle or the vortex!!! It was fun!!!
I appreciate how great my hair looks today!! It is so shiny and thick and really is beautiful!! I also appreciaet my nails and how lovely they look!! I had a pedi and mani the other day and I appreciate there are people who are able to paint the polish on my nails without getting it everywhere like I do!!! I also appreicaet the great massage they give while they are doing it!
I appreciate that the title company found the little problem with one of my transactions. I appreciaet they were on it right away and are working with the seller to get it corrected immediately!! I appreciaet I have so many professionals who help me to do a great job for my clients!!
I appreciate my client getting clear on what needs to be done and taking care of things right away! I appreciate what a great job he did getting that condo fixed up! We chose great paint, carpet, tile and linoleum! It is really going to be a great home for the buyer! I appreciaet the agent showing the property and writing a good offer with a quick closing.
I appreciate the beautiful sun shining! I appreciate that I still get to where summer clothes because the weather is so warm!!
I appreciate my friend for wanting me to meet her client because she thinks we are both joyful people and might hit it off. I appreciaet that we both said the same thing to her, as if we meet and hit it of great, if not romantically, we will still have a new friend.
I appreciate my life!! I appreciate my friends, I appreciaet my family! I appreciate how well things are going for me! I appreciaete myself and love that I love myself. I appreciate how I am getting so good at finding relief. I appreciate how easy life can be when I allow it!! I appreciaet the Universe always conspiring on my behalf!! I appreciate that I am asking for info regarding raw food recipes and yummy recipes which may be more natural for eating!! I also love that my body is so brilliant it can get what it needs from any food I choose to eat and I am looking forward to starting clean and seeing what foods I gravitate to!!!
Life is very good!!!

I appreciate the spritual guidance that God puts on the lips of my friends.
I appreciate the AHA! moments that we share when we realize the message was a gift to both of us.
I appreciate the subtle messages that are sent to me.
I apprciate the warm feeling when I knwo they are just for me!
I appreciate knowing that despite what it looks like... .
I appreciate that I always have something to appreicate...every time I think to!
I appreciate Abraham! And his devotion to helping us navigate through this world!
I am thankful for the M&M's I am eating! They are good!
I am thankful that my personal truths are pouring out of me so that I may behold and live them fully!!
I appreciate being liked for who I am.
I appreciate being able to appreciate others.
I appreciate that giving a compliment raises both of our vibrations. I love to help others feel good!
I appreciate the fact that I get to spend quality time with my kids father on the way home. We will have a blast! Lots of laughs and true LOVE!

I appreciate me and my life!!
I appreciate how great I feel today!! I appreciate that I have a membership to a nice gym that is very close and I am going to go lift some weights!! I appreciate that I know what I am doing when it comes to lifting weights and I feel comfortable there and always have a great time!
I appreciate that I am feeling really good on my cleanse!! I appreciate the subtle and huge changes in my life that are happening because of this cleanse! I appreciate all of my new feelings about food! I appreciate food and the delicious tastes and textures. I am looking forward to learning more about raw foods and raw food recipes. It will be fun!!
I appreciaet my job is flexible and I have so much freedom. Yesterday I met an Abe friend at the park to talk and it was fantastic! I appreciaet that I hopped into my vibrational escrow for a bit and told him all about it and it was really fun and really real!!
I appreciate that I am free to do whatever I want!!! WE all are! I appreciate that I know I want to travel and I am planning, I am going on a trip for a couple of months to other parts of the world!! I appreciate I met someone who had done a good deal of travel and while talking with him last night I really got excited to take off and go!!!
I appreciate my friend introducing me to this very nice guy. We had a great time and I am appreciating many aspects of him. He was very funny and very smart and easy to talk with and great energy! I love meeting all sorts of new people.
My life is very good, indeed!!!

Hi Good Vibrations!!! Rampaging has certainly become one of my favorite things to do each day!! And taking the time a few times a day has made things even better!! Join in any time!!
Today I appreciate so many things! I appreciate sister who was helping me feel major contrast yesterday!! Today was much better! I appreciate how she is loving and caring and that she is having us all over for Thanksgiving! I appreciate that she is on her path and finding her own way in life!
I appreciate the wonderful massage that I received yesterday! S is amazing and she did a great job, as always!!! I love getting 1.5 hours, it is so much more relaxing and allows time for everything to be addressed and soothed!!
I appreciate that I had some huge ahas yesterday!! I appreciate realizing how I push against and get very defensive over stupid things sometimes! I was laughing at myself! I really got it this tiem and I think this will make a big difference in how I live my life! Instead of getting defensive, I just breathe and allow. The funny thing is the stuff I get defensive about is stuff that does not matter at all!!! Such a righteous habit!!!
I want to be more allowing of others opinions and the ways they decide to express their opinions. No one else affects me, I am the creator of my reality! I appreciate this new insight which I think is going to be big, big, big in me becoming much more allowing! I love to adore all different people in all of their diferences!
I appreciate my office!! I love to be here early on a weekend sometimes when everything is quiet. And Iam right outside of downtown, and everything is quiet! I love that peaceful feeling in the midst of a busy city!!
I appreciate my nephew telling me about a great website to meet people all over the world and stay on their couch!! I am planning to go to Europe after the first of the year, and this wil alllow me to meet all sorts of people, what fun!! I am so excited that I am inspired to really do this!! To take off and travel!!!

I really appreciate my day today!!!
I love the cleanse I am doing and how good I feel!! I love how I can sit and with my friends at a restaurant as they all eat delicious salad and pizza and it is easy for me! It is weird!!! I finish on Wednesday, so Thursday I can start mixing in some juices!! I so appreciate attracting this cleanse into my life!! I needed a jolt!! I felt bloated and now I feel great!! My head is clearer, new ideas are popping up for me!!! My skin looks great, my hair is beautiful!! I look slender and sexy!!
I appreciate having fun with my friends today! We wanted to go for a hike and it just kept raining and raining! We had a great time as we drove all around and saw the amazing aspen trees which were in full color!! It was fun to hang out with them. I appreciate my friends mom who mentioned considering selling her property! of course I would love to help her.
Everywhere I look, I am attracting more and more business. it just comes to me!! I love the different ways the Universe is lining me up with wonderful clients!!
I appreciate my gorgeous state!! Colorado is so beautiful! Today I loved seeing huge, green pine trees with splashes of bright yellow, gold and red all around!! Sometimes we say thousands of glistening aspens, sparkling in the sun. Oh, wait, it was raining - no problem, they were absolutely gorgeous!!
I appreciate my cat who is soooo sweet and so loving and cuddling up with me!! I love how she and I have been together for many years and we just love each other.
I appreciate listening to an old Abe cd that I don't even remember half the stuff they are talking about!! Its the usual info, I just don't remember the specific questioners so always so much fun to hear somehting new!!!
I appreciate my washer and dryer which do such a lovely job of cleaning my clothes,sheets, towels, etc!!! Mmmmm, warm clothes, gotta love that!!
I appreciate my bath tub!! I love steamy hot water and just relaxing and basking!! Sometimes I use salts and oils to further encourage this detox I am allowing!!
I appreciate feeling soooo good today! I appreciate knowing that all is well! I appreciate that there is nothing more important to me than feeling good and I can always soothe myself and direct myself to better and better feeling thoughts!!!
Ohh, this life is delicious!!!!

I am appreciative for my increasing levels of consciousness. I am able to learn about myself and learn what makes me tick! Understanding myself makes it so much easier for me to love and guide myself to accepting MORE!
I am appreciative that with increasing conscious, comes increasing understanding of the responsibility that I have over allowing my IB more access to my life.
I am appreciative that I FEEL my emotions so clearly, and with that the accompanying thoughts...which makes it easier for me to pivot to better feelings.
I am appreciative for the resurgence of lower vibrations, because I feel them with such clear intensity, that it makes PERFECT sense to raise myself up the scale...NOW!
I am thankful for ABRAHAMS BOOKS. I only have one, but each time I read it, its like a whole new book! I always understand something more deeply than I did the time before! That is such a lovely feeling!
I am thankful for being able to interpret the feelings that I have, and the truth behind them. I know why I feel what I feel.
I am thankful for increasing clarity in my intentions.
I am thankful that my life is being reconfigured on every level...from the cellular of the physical realm to the heights of excstacy of the Higher Realm!
I am thankful for freedom to express in any way that I feel!
I am thankful that my IB has been so close to my awareness lately. She is very funny and lovable and she thinks the same about me! I love you! And I'm very thankful that you love me too!
I am thankful for ability to FEEL my way up the scale. That concept slipped right by me until recently...NOW I get it! I can move internally...and find my pot of gold. Think upon it, imagine upon it, practice the feeling of it...and its mine! It started to come to me the moment I broadcasted a desire!
I am thankful that I have been secretly asking for what I really desire, so the moments that I consciously become one with that esesnce, I am moving closer to what I desire...and its getting closer to me...HOW AWESOME IS THAT????
I LOVE THE SUBLTIES OF THIS EXPERIENCE WE CALL LIFE!!! I AM SO EXCITED THAT I GET TO PARTICIPATE!

I appreciate today!!! I appreciate the great rain storm we had yesterday, lots of moisture!!! I appreciate that this morning the sun is shining and it is beautiful outside!!!
I appreciaet my IB who keeps me cool and helps me to lighten up!!! I appreciate how easily and clearly I communicate with my Inner Being, it is beautiful!! I appreciate reminding myself that I am always receiving clear guidance and it is natural for me to follow this guidance!!! I know when I am feeling really good, I am aligned and that is awesome!!
I appreciate that I have decided to live a life of joy rather than a life of fear!! I appreciate the contrast of some of the conversations that came up with my friends yesterday which were filled with fear!! Yuck!! I want to feel free!! I am always free, always safe, always secure, always taken care of by Source!!!
I love my life!! I love the freedom I have in my everyday world!! I am so free, I can do anything I choose!! I love how I realize my freedom and use it!! I love it!! I love how I take time to appreciate every day! I love how I see so many wonderful things going on around me! I love that i know of LOA and am learning to use it deliberately so well now!! I mean huge shifts this week!! I love the loving feeling I have!!
I love how I wasn't that upset by some contrast this morning because I really "got it" how I was using energy on too many unimportant things in my life!!! I love knowing that everything is working out for me!! Again, and again, and again, everything is working out for me!! I love my life! I love my attitude! I love knowing how important it is that I feel good!! I love knowing that i can choose to reach for better feeling thoughts and I do it and it feels amazing!!! I love my life!!
I love my home!!! I soooo love my new super soft purple flannel sheets!! They are the most amazing sheets I have ever owned!! I am sooo happy I found them and that I bought 2 sets, 2 colors!!! I love how cozy I feel in my bed!! I love how well I sleep every night! I love how I meld into Source energy and just bask and in the morning I begin appreciating from the moment I wake up!!!
All is well!!! I plan to do lots of appreciating all day long!!!

Feeling appreciation for the OBVIOUS rise in my vibration since this morning.
Feeling appreciation because everything and everyone in my world is now operating according to the expectations that my higher vibrations are sending!
Feeling appreciation for the freedom that I have at my job to be able to surf the net, and Rampage often!!!
Feeling appreciation for this place where we can come and meet and embrace ALL the aspects of ourselves...and share with others too!
Feeling appreciation for the knowledge that each small step is one step closer to being a DELIBERATE CREATOR of this experience!!

I appreciate getting a chiropractic adjustment. It's so satisfying to feel that "pop" of everything coming into alignment
I really appreciate the weather today. It's crisp and cool, perfect weather for walking with a sweater on. I also appreciate that it's dry outside. As much as I love the rain, I really appreciate walking when it's dry outside
I appreciate the wonderful organic strawberries I bought! I'm looking forward to enjoying their wonderful flavour and their juicy nutrients!
I appreciate my heart-rate monitor watch because it has a stopwatch on it I love pressing the stop watch and knowing exactly how many minutes I've been walking for
I appreciate that someone's dream is to ride an elephant before they "croak" and I've already experienced that! I appreciate that I've already experienced so many of my dreams and goals in life and that my desires continue to expand!
I appreciate my warm home and my lovely bed! I love going to sleep in it every night, with my soft 100% cotton sheets and duvet cover. It's luxurious and supportive and wonderful
I appreciate that I get to anchor the news today. I appreciate the experience I'm getting for my resume, and how I get to be in charge. I love how helpful all the reporters are and how they do a good job with writing stories and reading the news.
I appreciate that there's a bus that takes me there in about 15 minutes. I appreciate how convenient it is, so I don't need to find parking or anything... just hop on the bus and enjoy the ride as I daydream
That's a good start for now I'll be sure to post more later! it feels good to appreciate!

I'm thankful for the rain I love the sound of it as I sit in my warm, dry home
I'm thankful for my computer that connects me with people from all over the world and helps me work and write and create.
I'm thankful that the Universe arranges for me to meet the perfect people and hear the perfect conversations at the perfect times
I'm thankful that I'm going to see Wayne Dyer and even get to mix and mingle at a party with him!!! I'm thankful that I have a friend to go with, too. it's going to be so much fun!!
I'm thankful for my health and all the wonderful fruit and veggies and other food in my fridge. I'm thankful for my sense of humor I'm thankful for my cute, fuzzy hamster.
I really appreciate my best friend. I love how much fun we have together and how I can be as silly and goofy as I want I love how we laugh so much!
I'm thankful that I can sleep in tomorrow if I choose... that the day is mine to do with as I wish. I have no plans, the world is my oyster!

I've just started a 1000 day Appreciation and Allowing challenge and I love the idea of this thread. I love rampages because they are such a wonderful way to deliberately focus on appreciation and allowing. I love allowing people to be what they are as I allow myself to be what I am. I love knowing that I am love. I am made from the very stuff Source is, I am Source expressing and I love expressing joy and love and appreciation for all I have gifted myself with.
I love water. I love how cool and refreshing it is when you need it. I love watching it fall from the skies in the form of rain. I love that delicious rain smell and I love walking in the rain or after the rain in a world that has been washed clean and is all fresh and new and wonderful. I love rain for the way it totally changes the landscape, and paints everything green and alive and vibrant. I love being a part of the cycle of life and living in harmony with nature. I love that there is so much around me to appreciate.
I love taking a glass of water and appreciating it clear essense and purity. I love how calming, refreshing and life giving a simple glass of water can be. I love feeling the liquid move through my body giving my cells new life just as the rain gives the grass the shrubs and the tree new revitalised energy. I love my life and love taking moments in my day to appreciate it in some form. The better it gets, the better it gets. Life is sooooo good. And now I'm off to get a glass of water. I love that I have an abundance of water, light and clean fresh air in my life. More please UM.

Isn't it just SO worth appreciating finding a thread like THIS -- where else could you find people just stopping and hooting and hollaring about how great everything is -- May there Be Ever More and MORE of this! I just love thinking about how many people have been touched and nudged into remembering who we are.
I appreciate the new cyber friends I've made here and the actual, in-person friendships I've formed, too! SOOO good!
I just love that in a few short days I will be IN THE ROOM with Estherham again. I look forward to the great fun of those events and the GREAT LOVE of those events and the GREAT EXPANSION that always accompanies those events. I love and appreciate how much Esther and Jerry seem to love and enjoy doing those events. I hope they continue to do so for a long time.
I love, love love the early stages of a relationship that I am in -- Let's See How It Goes. I love just knowing and seeing my great VE in person when I met him.
I just love how when I am thrilled and happy and in JOY that time just EXPANDS to allow so much MORE fun to fill it!
I am truly amazed that I still have not spent six minutes YET on this rampage. I love and appreciate how the love and appreciation is just FLOWING!!

I feel so amped up right now!!! I love to read things others write and say, oh yes, I love that too!!! I love appreciating elephants, rain, new friends, new relationships, Abe on You Tube!!
I am appreciating that I am on day 9 of my cleanse and this practice has had amazing effects in my life!!! I am allowing my mind to open and expand in ways I never felt before!! I love feeling such clarity in my mind!! I love that each day I am feeling more clear and more deliberate!! I love how easy it has become to pivot, or drop the oars or catch myself pushing againsts and laugh at myself!!

I appreciate fountains!!! I love water also and I love glorious fountains where people gather and children splash and play! I love the feeling I feel when I am visiting a fountain!!! I love the energy of all of the people enjoying the fountains and smiling and taking pictures and feeling good!!! I love the smell of the water!! I love that when I travel the world I will be seeing fountains all over the place. I told my friend I want to meet people and see fountains...the rest is gravy!!!
I feel sooo good right now!! I totally appreciate the abe forum and all of the people who contribute! I appreciate the brilliant idea of a separate rampaging forum and feel the energy and speed that happens as we drip with enthusiasm, love and joy!!!
I appreciate that it is a gorgeous day and this afternoon I plan to take a drive to a high peak and see a few more gorgeous fall leaves!!! I appreciate fall!!!
