I love that we're all here, co-creating and sharing what we love and appreciate! I love that Caroline started this thread because it's an excellent reminder of what feels good!
I love that all I need to do is appreciate all that I have and all that I am and things easily fall into place for me
I love fountains, too! I'm so excited that Caroline is going to travel all over and visit fountains and make new friends!
I love listening to Abe on my headphones as I drift off to sleep. I love that I hadn't listened for a few nights and then when I did it felt so GOOD! I love feeling good!
I love having a strong, healthy body! I love my friends. I love my home and I'm eager for more! I love all the money, the wonderful money in my wallet, in my bank account and in my home. I love every cent. I love that I have a pile of change, the perfect denomination for laundry I love that I have a little Louis Vuitton change purse that is filled with $2 coins. I love that I can buy Wayne Dyer tickets online. I love that my friend was able to come up with the money to go with me!
I love that I have today off. I love that I can do whatever I desire today. I love that I can go anywhere today!
I love my Hello Kitty note book with my prosperity game in it. I love that I just bought a helicopter and flying lessons with my prosperity money
I love that I was able to surprise my best friend with happy birthday signs all over the apartment I love the trees outside my window and the raccoon that sometimes sleeps in the tree
WOW! I love that Johnny Depp is getting paid $61 MILLION for the next Pirates of the Caribbean movie! Can you IMAGINE!? Isn't it wonderful! Thee is so much abundance in the world. I love that he is following his passion in life and getting paid so extremely well for it! What an inspiration

Feeling good here too!!! I appreciate the gorgeous day we had in Colorado today!! I appreciate how good I feel today!! I appreciate so many things are going so well for me!! I appreciate that I was in a little shop with gooda imported from France and I declared, "I am going to France in the spring!" It felt so great to say it to someone in person!
I appreciate Good Vibrations and I appreciate that you are a news anchor!!! Do you let your good vibrations wash over all of the news!?!
I appreciate that my drive into the mountains for a last look at the leaves was spectacular!! I appreciate how many gorgeous vistas and views I saw today!! I appreciate the little mountain gallery I stopped by on the way home! I appreciated meeting the owner Carolyn and that she let me use their restroom!!! I appreciate the lovely earrings I bought! I appreciated smelling their delicious dinner cooking, yum!!!
I appreciate how wonderful food smells while I am fasting on this cleanse!! I appreciate how much fun it is to go through the areas of the store where they are cooking just to smell everything!! I also love to look at the lovely food they are cooking! I have learned such an appreciation for food from this cleanse!! I have received so much clarity in so many ways!! I appreciate that tomorrow is my final day! I appreciaet that I decided to do it, lined up with it and accomplished it!! I appreciate how good I feel physically!!
I appreciate the movie Forrest Gump and think I will watch it tonight!!! Yay!!!

 oh, golly, there is just SO much to appreciate. I think you are right with this hourly rampage notion. Things to appreciate just come into my experience so rapidly throughout the day.
I appreciating harmonizing with voices and a guitar on the beach. I appreciate that I am now entering the part of my VE that I long ago entitled "Learning How To Sing." I have always loved, loved, LOVED to sing but never really knew what to do with my voice and never felt confident enough about my voice even to try to sing in front of others. Now I have met someone whose confidence in me helped me to remember my own true ability to sing that I have always known about deep inside. I am truly living that Learning How to Sing part of my life, and it is wonderful. Today's lesson on the beach really opened that new chapter. I am thrilled.
I appreciate opportunities to stretch and grow and expand.
I appreciate the beauty of a sunny chilly day by the sea. I appreciate the offshore breeze blocked by the dunes. I appreciate a day of flat seas and warmth from the sun. I appreciate micro-climates and that even though the statistics on the day (high temp etc) did not look very promising, that when it mattered the conditions were perfect and thoroughly enjoyable.
I appreciate the freedom I have in my life right now to do as I please. I appreciate recognizing that I have the freedom and I appreciate myself for taking advantage of it.
I appreciate my son and his wonderful performance today in his basketball class. I was so proud watching him hanging in there with all the older children, oblivious to the other kids' greater abilities and still sticking with them and enjoying it all. I appreciate that he truly seemed focused on himself and did HIS best without worrying about how the others were doing. I am a lucky mom, and I appreciate my son every minute of every day.
I am truly blessed!

OK, it is not even an hour, and I feel like another rampage of appreciation for music -- a quick one!
I appreciate music. I appreciate its great, infinite variety of tunes and rhythms and melodies and harmonies and arrangements and combinations and flavors. I love playing music on my computer. I love how easily everything is at my fingertips. I love playing musical instruments -- everything I can learn. I love singing. I loved the musical aspect of growing up where and when I did with musicians all around -- every single party people pulled out guitars and sang. It was just what people did when they were feeling joyful and fun. I love reinvigorating that aspect of my life I love so much.
I love and appreciate dancing. I love dancing around by myself, and I definitely love dancing with others. I especially appreciate dancing with a man who is an great lead. Ah, I just love being turned around a dance floor: BLISS, JOY to the MAX!!!
MUSIC!!!

Wow. This thread is an amazing idea. It makes such a difference choosing to appreciate more. I have so many things to appreciate I don't know where to begin. I love phones.  I love how easy it is to reach the ones I love. I love how easy they make it to brighten the day of someone dear to us whether close or far away. I love the phonecalls I have been able to make this morning and I love the joy in the voices of the friends that I was calling when the realised that the call was from me. I love how easy it is to connect with people simply pick up the phone and dial their number. I love long phonecalls where you just go on and on with no desire to stop. I love how good it feels to pick up the phone and hear the voice of someone you love on the other end. I love sending sweet sms. I love exchanging cute and funny sms's with some of my friends all night long.  I love scrolling through my phone and reading all the wonderful loving messages that I have saved. I love having so many people to call. I love having so much to talk about. I love my friends and my family. I love being able to take time to celebrate simple things in my life that make life easy and fun. I love my phones. I love my service providers. I love all the people who go to work everyday to make it so easy for me to pick up the phone and connect with the ones I love. Thank you Universe for this simple everyday miracle.
More fun and joy and easy communication with the ones I love please UM.

I love phones too!!! What a great thing to appreciate!!
I must do more appreciation for my new sheets!! They are flannel and they are so thick and soft, I feel like I am just melting into my bed!! It has not been cold yet, and I know I am really going to love them when my room cools off! They will keep me so cozy all night long!!!
I appreciate myself for completing this 10-day cleanse and receiving all of the gifts it has brought me. Today is my final day and I am ready to eat food, which I will begin on Friday. I appreciate I learned a good way to do this and know I need to ease back in to solid food, starting with orange juice tomorrow!! I appreciate G in my office for introducing this to all of us! I appreciate T & J for doing it and inspiring me! I appreciaet myself for committing to it! I appreciate the feeling I felt when I lined up with doing it! I knew I was going to do it and then it was a "hell yes"!!!
I appreciate my great washing machine which just washed my clothes!! I love how there are so many different water levels and temps and cycles!! I love how I can program it to do just what I want! I love the convenience of a great washing machine!! I love the smell of freshly washed clothes and towels and sheets!!mmmmmmm I love how efficiently it works and it is quiet and does a great job washing my clothes!!!
I appreciate the loan processor on a current deal. I appreciate her doing her work on the loan so that the deal will clothes smoothly! I appreciaet the buyer who is a really nice guy and he is doing is inspection today. I expect everything to go well and for this condo to close as scheduled, right after my trip to California!!!

I am so happy that when I asked for connection with my IB, I got it!!
I am so excited that when I asked for new ideas to come into my consciousness to make more increase my money and jump start my creative juices...it is happening.
I am so elated that no matter how strong a bad mood tries to attach itself to me...its just WONT stick!! I am bad mood proof!
Its so wonderful to know that just a few hours ago, I couldnt think of anything to write and now there are so many wonderful things to be thankful for...that I just dont have the time to do it all now.
I am thankful that things ALWAYS work out for the best!!!
I am excited about impending changes. They will be huge and very pleasurable.
I am thankful for my friends, old renewed ones, and new ones! They are such great additions to my new life!
I am thankful that my territory is definatly being enlarged...and I am LOVING IT!!
I am thankful for this job experience, it has refocused my attention my natural skills and helped me to learn and strengthen new ones. New ones that I am SURE are DIRECTLY related to my newest ideas for endeavors to pursue!!!
I am thankful that the atmosphere of my home is warmer and more inviting. It is comforting to look around and see neatness and order. It is especially affirming that I ENJOYED making it that way!

I am thankful that cleaning used to seem like an impossible chore to me, and every day its becoming more and more a part of who I am. I am literally watching myself transform into my ideal, in so many ways. Gotta love that driftwood!!!

I appreciated that today I had a very real dream with my ant Sara that pass away years ago. She gave me a hug that I could feel was real. I wake up with the sensation I was with her, and I believed I was.
I appreciated the nurse that gave me news about my uncle Basilio, my ant Sara’s husband, today. She was kind enough to tell him that I called and told that I love him and hope he is better.
I appreciated the conversation I had with my mom, in Brazil, today. She is happy with the diet that the doctor gave to her. I want to thank the doctor that is treating my mom with love and care.
I appreciated my boyfriend’s patience with me. He is very king, care and loving with me all the time. He deserves all my attention and love too.
I appreciated that the school authorized me to re-write my Real Estate exam in November 15 (next month).
I appreciated my life so much!!!!
I am grateful for my actual job, being a graphic designer at a Portuguese Newspaper. I appreciated that they can rely on me.
I am very pleased to all friends I have all over the world and for their support.
I’m a very lucky person. I have a wonderful health and I love the opportunity I had to be aware of this superb spiritual world.
I feel the good energy flowing thought my body, mind, spirit and life.

I also appreciate music! I appreciate how my angel cards reminded me to listen to more music last night I appreciate old Madonna songs (which I'm listening to right now).
I appreciate this beautiful city! I appreciate the gorgeous weather we're having right now. beautiful sunshine yet still cool enough to wear a sweater. That's just about my favourite kind of weather and I appreciate it so much!!!
I appreciate that I am so loved by my good friends I appreciate that I'm going to see Wayne Dyer and I am going to the after party to hang out with Dr. Dyer and other people who appreciate him, too. I'm really looking forward to all the wonderful people I'm going to meet there at the party. I also appreciate that this will be an opportunity to go shopping for a new outfit to wear to the show and party.
I appreciate Halloween! It's my favourite holiday I appreciate all the fun window stickies I've put up and the fun pumpkin lights, too
I appreciate my day planner, which helps keep me organized I appreciate email which makes communication so easy and quick.

I appreciate the actress Anne Hathaway I love her movies, she's so beautiful and talented. I've really enjoyed watching her blossom into a successful, powerful woman. I loved The Princess Diaries and Ella Enchanted and especially the Devil Wears Prada.
I appreciate that I saw that movie when I was in Paris. It was so amazing! It was so wonderful to be sitting in the movie theatre on the Champs Elysees while watching shots of Paris and the same street I was on while watching the movie! It was so surreal and exciting and wonderful and I really appreciate that I got to travel to Paris. I love Paris. It's such a magical, beautiful city. I love the Louvre. I love seeing all of the incredible art work from hundreds and even thousands of years ago. I love all the Egyptian art and artifacts they have there. Ooooh, it's so incredible! I love it there so much! I love the Palace of Versailles, too! My favourite part about the palace is the gardens. Mmmm.... they are so beautiful and expansive. I love that from the outdoor steps at the palace you can see a beautiful lake across the street. It's so magical and beautiful and the energy there is so incredibly powerful. I can't wait to go back there and visit again! I would love to spend a few days in the town of Versailles, shopping, reading, sipping coffee in a fabulous little cafe while watching the people pass by. I can't wait to go to that lake and sit under a tree and read a book or have a picnic. I just love it so much! I love that I can look back and remember thost moments and feel almost as if I'm there right now. I love it, I love it, I love it! I'm so looking forward to more traveling. I love that the money is coming. that the money is here, right now, in my vibrational escrow, waiting for me to grab hold of it and use it to experience all that I desire. I love London, too and I'll leave that for another post!

I appreciate my renewed attention to Abraham....... I appreciate my 10yr old sweet dog who is snoring by my side... I love that the weather has started to cool down and can't wait to wear a sweater! I appreciate my knitting loom and how inspired I am to make Xmas gifts this year! I appreciate the good friends I have manifested and all of the support they've all given me this year... I appreciate clean sheets! I appreciate my clean car and the process of cleaning it...felt so good! I appreciate the inspiration I get daily about my next career... I appreciate everyone here and all of the fantastic posts..I appreciate the fact that I am going home to visit in less than a week....I appreciate a dark, rich steaming cup of coffee in the morning!

I appreciated my day!! I appreciate that I completed my 10-day cleanse and feel great!!! I appreciate me new appreciation for food and am looking forward to eating!! I am appreciating roots and veggies and fruit!! I am so looking forward to a delicious soup with potatoes and veggies!! Hearty and delicious!! I appreciate how much I appreciate smelling food!! My sense of smell is so acute, I feel like a hound dog!! I love to smell the delicious flavors wafting in the air!! I totally bask in the smell of delicious food, whether it is bar-b-que, Taco Bell or a freshly cut apple!!! I love all of it!!
I appreciate my cat! She is so sweet and I love how soft she is! She is about 17 and looks like a kitty! She is sooo sweet and cuddly and just loves to be around me! She sleeps with me every night and sits with me as I type on the computer! I love to hear her purr and love to join in her joyful and carefree vibration!
I appreciate the incredible hike I had today! I appreciate that my business has allowed me a lot of opportunities to hike in these last few weeks of gorgeous warm weather and beautiful leaves!! I love the smell of the evergreens, the river, the moss on the rocks!! I appreciate the incredible beauty I saw everywhere I looked!! I appreciate climbing on the rocks! I love the challenge and excitement!! I love the glistening aspen trees!! I love the myriad of leaves on the ground, the different colors and sizes!!
I love sooooo much!!! I love all of you here and think we totally rock for being such incredible appreciators!!!

I love this thread. We really are a bunch of fabulous appreciators aren't we?
I appreciate how we are all individually raising our vibration and collectively raising the vibration of the whole world. I love how we are little beacons in whatever part of the world we are radiating unconditional love and acceptance as we deliberately choose to love and appreciate ourselves and our immediate world throughout our day. I love that taking these few moments to appreciate something or someone is the most powerful thing I can do.
I love the quiet gentle power of appreciation. I love that its a power that gives back rather than take away. I love that we are candles that lose nothing by lighting other candles along our path. I love that appreciation is one of the quickest paths to our inner joy. I love that appreciation is one of the best ways to show our love. I love and appreciate all who cross my path today and seek to find love or something to love in their words and actions.
It is so good to have this space where I can pause and appreciate as I go about my day. I appreciate all who have made this possible and most of all I appreciate myself for drawing this to me.
The better it gets, the better it gets. More please UM.

Wow, Mueni, that was BEAUTIFUL!!! 
I appreciate today!! I am appreciating the delicious, organic, pure orange juice I am drinking!! I am appreciating drinking lots of delicious water which keeps my cells plump and happy and healthy and vital!! I love how my body manufactures food and always takes such great care of me!!
I love how I am becoming so much more in tune with my physical body and listening to what it is telling me! I appreciate that this pain in my elbow is showing me some resistance I need to clean up and I know that I can do it!! I appreciate how metabolism is working perfectly, digesting all of the foods I eat and taking what is needed from each meal! I appreciate that I don't have to do anything, this beautiful body just does the process on its own!!
I appreciate my lungs and how they process the air I breathe in and the oxygen feeds my blood and feeds all of my organs!! I appreciate how this is such a perfect and natural process!! I don't need to remember to breathe, I just breathe!! And I love to breathe deep, full breaths!!! I love how great I feel! I love how my body is in excellent condition and I will begin climing again next week!!
I love fun exercises I do to make my body feel even better like walking, running, volleyball, lifting weights, climbing, riding my bike!! all of these activities allow me to "feel" my physical body in a different way, working hard, expelling energy, it is awesome! I love learning EFT and using it to move my energy and help to clean up my vibrations!!
I have so many things to appreciate!

Caroline that is so wonderful the appreciation you have renewed relationship between you and your body!!!
I am so thankful that this is one of the first things I saw this morning was the most HANDSOME GUY EVER!!! holding a sign that says !
I am thankful for the reminder and the energy elevation that it prompted.
I am thankful for my appt. today. I intend to be a little freer when its all said and done!
I am thankful that the 'problem' that my forgetfullness created was easily solved by a miracle!
I am thankful for the pennies that I am finding every day to remind me that there really is abundance EVERYWHERE, if you have eyes to see it.
I am thankful that when I get home from work tomorrow, I will have clean carpet and electricity in my kitchen! 
I am thankful for the call that I just got from a client that has reminded me to PAY MORE ATTENTION to detail!!
I am thankful that things are really beginning to reconfigure in such a GOOD WAY!!
I am thakful that I am able to accept the truth without holding my breath or making myself feel bad and spiral downward. I am thankful for the opportunity to be better!!
I am thankful for peaceful and honest interactions.
I am thankful that each and every day...I have MANY things to be thankful for!!
I am thankful because TODAY is a day that I get to be a part of!
And I know that the messages that I receive today are guiding me towards an even deeper experience of life! I feel so much JOYFUL ANTICIPATION for my reading today!
I am thankful for Lisa, and her palpable calmness that I will get to share in at 3:30 today!
I am thankful that my little sis is getting her car together!
I am thankful that I get to live in the world, but not be of it!!!! The air is GREAT up here!!! or in here!!!! Wherever I am!!!
