I appreciate times when I feel 'off'...they give me such an apparent contrast, so that i can IMMEDIATELY do things to raise my vibration!
I am so thankful that there are so many processes available to us to alter our very state of being!
I am thankful for my family and for the warm, happy memories we are creating with each other.
I am thankful for the spirit of hope...sometimes its all I have to push through some of the lower vibrations that 'try' and attach themselves to me.
I am thankful that just by being thankful, I can help myself feel better!
I am thankful that I had at least one thing to be thankful for...when I didnt think I could muster up one.
I am thankful that my mood is getting higher at this very moment!
I am thankful for the drive to work with me, IB and Nard. It was wonderful and I did notice and appreciate it very much!
I am thankful for expanding awareness. Its wonderful to be aware of my position. Even if its not favorable, just knowing that helps me to shift!
I am thankful for the constant reminders that LIFE IS GOOD ALL-WAYS!
I am thankful for the immediate advice that my IB just gave me on how to deal with tempermental clients...IT WORKED!!!!! JUST LIKE THAT!!
I am thankful that when I clear myself out...the world takes on a more calm tone. I love that!!!!
I am thankful for the jumpstart that this realization has given me.
I am thankful that My health is improving every day!
I am thankful that more and more things to help me to keep that going are making themselves available to me.
I am thankful for low faith times...I am aware of them. That is the gift. There was a time, when I would just go about my day without even recognizing that this was not normal or acceptable. Now I have a choice to work my way up! How lovely is that?
I am thankful that it is not an option to just sit and stew in the 'blues'..I can rampage my way up!!
I am thankful that I see clearly the doubts that are stopping me from receiving the desires that have already been answered. GET OUTTA MY WAY DOUBT! It is ALREADY SO!!!
Thank you IB for being here with me during this time. Your presence is greatly appreciated! Two peas in a pod! Yep thats us! Fun FOR LIFE!!

i am thankful that when I feel unsettled, cleaning and organizing (two of my former self proclaimed weaknesses) help bring things into greater focus!

Yesterday I was appreciating bananas and the people who pick them. They work out in the hot sun and it's probably a hard job. They pick all those bananas so they can be delivered to the grocery store and end up in my mouth. Yum! I love bananas on my cereal each morning and I am so very thankful to the banana trees for giving us bananas, and for the people who pick them all day long. Yay for delicious bananas.
I'm also thankful for hot guys on the bus. I love seeing hot guys. Yesterday, I saw a really hot guy on the bus and I even texted my girlfriend to tell her about this cute guy on the bus. And then it turned out that this hot guy was going to the same place I was going! Hahaha! I didn't talk to him, but anyway.... he was hot and I appreciate getting to see cute guys
I really appreciate the work I'm doing today. It's so fun and pays so well and I love that I've been getting a decent amount of this work lately. I'm really looking forward to more and more of this same type of work as I really enjoy it, and it pays so well I'm good at it and I enjoy it Yay!

I appreciate that I again have easy access to the forum!!! I already knew I really appreciated this place and being away for a couple of days helps me to appreciate it even more!!! I appreciate the great vacation I had while I was away!! I appreciate that I had so many great experiences and that I was doing lots of appreciating in the moment!!!
I appreciate airplanes!!! I appreciate that I can hop on a plane and visit my brother and my friend for a couple of days!!! I appreciate how wonderful my flights were!! I appreciate they took such great care of my luggage!!! I appreciate that my wine I packed arrived safely!!! I appreciate the friendly people at the airport and the discount lot to keep my car while I am away!! I appreciate that my car is always safe while I am away!! I appreciate how smoothe and easy it was to get through security, both ways!!! I appreciate the friendly people on the plane and both flights were early!!
I appreciate visiting California!! I appreciated eating delicious food on my trip: Vietnamese food, Dim Sum, French food, delicious wine!!! Yummy!!! I appreciate all of the deltectable tasty treats I had on this trip!! I appreciate the cleanse I did before and that I had so much fun and now am ready to go back to the more natural flow of eating!! I appreciate that I can eat whatever I want and my body always knows how to use it perfectly!! I appreciate the nutrients my body extracts from all sorts of foods!!
I appreciate the laughter and fun I had with my brother!! I appreciate learning a little about poker!! I appreciate staying with him and meeting his new wife and her family!! I appreciate how kind they were to me!!! I appreciate that they were very excited to meet some of his family and I really felt these people loved me and wanted to get to know me better!! I appreciate that I was talking a bit about ABe with my brother and found a great video on YouTube to show to him!! I appreciate that when I talked with him a couple of days later he mentioned things are going better as he is going downstream!!! What fun!! I appreciated that he seems to be interested in learning a bit more about Abe. If he wants to, of course he will find what he is looking for!!!
I appreciate that right now I feel tired and am ready for a delicious night of sleep!! I appreciate that I always sleep well!! I appreciate that my business is great and tomorrow I will accomplish lots of great stuff!!! I appreciate how easy it has become for me to turn downstream and how much I am fine tuning and tweaking my thoughts and allowing better feelings to flow!!! I appreciate that I have so much to appreciate about my trip, it will take me a while to even get through it all!!!

I appreciate the great day I had today!!! I love meeting with my Abe friends and laughing and sharing an stirring up wonderful energy!!!
I love Whole Foods!! I love the delicious food they sell!! I love how they are always so helpful and accomodating!! I love that they give the highest level of service and I love that I have plenty of money to shop there!!!
I love to see so many different foods and try new things!! I love smelling all of the different aromas as I walk through the store!! I love the fresh fruits and veggies!! I love how they have delicious samples!! i love tasting the mulled apple cider they have been serving!!!
I love that I have so many great friends!!
I love that I am healthy and strong and full of energy!! I love that I am praciticing meditation and really enjoying it and seeing positive results everywhere!! I love that I have really decided nothing is more important than that I feel good!!
I love the great friends I have made in real estate over the years!! I love so many aspects of my life!! I love my cute clothes!! I love the wonderful shoes I have!! I love the gorgeous new jewelry I have recently purchased!! I love how easily money keeps showing up in my life!!! I love how good I feel!! I love feeling so much more at ease since meditating regularly. I love that tomorrow I am going to my friend's b-day party!! I love that my business is thriving and I am enjoying my life!! I love that I am expanding my dreams and plan to travel all over the world!!
I love that I am a world traveler and successful blogger!!

I appreciate my friends!! I appreciate the fun we had together at the party last night! I appreciate meeting more cool people!! I appreciate watching 3-year-old children play, show their emotions, get mad, have a fit, work it out, let it all go and keep going!! I appreciated the 2 sweet little babies at the party! I appreciate how beautiful they are and me knowing they are so pure and lovely and in sync with what is going on!!
I appreciate the delicious food we had! I appreciate the yummy sandwiches, the creamy hummus with the delicious toppers!!! I love grilled veggies!!! I love delicious wine!!
I appreciate the wonderful oatmeal I made for breakfast!! I appreciate how I am being drawn to eating healthy foods! I appreciate how I am totally loving veggies!! I appreciate eating apples nearly every day now! I appreciate the nutty almond butter I put on top! I appreciate string beans, sugar snap peas, greens!!! Yum!!!
I appreciate my gym being so close to my home! I appreciate going there right now to run and lift weights! I appreciate how great I feel after working out! I appreciate how great my body looks!! I appreciate having so much fun!! I appreciate feeling so energetic!!
I appreciate me!! I appreciate how I am so in touch with my EGS!!! I appreciate how easy it has become to realize when I am pushing against and just let go!!! I love dropping the oars and letting go!! I appreciate how good I have become at working myself up the emotional scale!! I appreciate closing the gap! I appreciate that it is as easy as I let it be!! I appreciate that I can have so much fun with these concepts!!

I am so thankful for last night!!  I am thankful for my connection to source and the relationship that we are forming. I am thankful for honesty between us. I am thankful that I dont have to have pretenses with my IB. There is nothing but love between us. I am thankful for the poetry that she blesses me with. I am thankful that I am willing to open up more and more every day!!! I am thankful for the trust that I feel growing for my IB. I am thankful for the REAL-IZATION that I get to CHOOSE what thoughts I have. Espcecially since the quality of thoughts that I have DIRECTLY affects my quality of life!!! That was HUGE!! Because no matter times I read it, and how much it rang 'true' to me....when I FELT it...it STUCK! I GET IT NOW!! THAT IS SO AWESOME!!! I mean...seriously??? HOW COOL IS THAT!!!???
I am thankful that I was able to run face first into some very 'solid' limiting thoughts that I have regarding what I allow myself to have. My IB helped me to see that the problem was not in WHAT I wanted, but its in that my asking had been incomplete. I asked for effects...Instead of asking for what I truly desire. I am thankful that I dont have to earn JOY! It is mine for the having!! I am so thankful for life! I am thankful for everything in it! I am especially thankful for the perspective where I can hear my thoughts, feel my feelings and reactios to them without deriving my identity from them. I love that feeling of loving detachment from everything that is not ME! Thank God for revelations and the safe feeling that being the truth offers! I love you!!!

I am thankful for my friends. I appreciate humans who are like me. I am a bit strange and I am meeting friends who are strange jUST LIKE ME!!!! Its amazing because I used to always feel alone, even when surrounded my family and 'friends'! I am so grateful that I have new friends with like interests and mind styles that are entering my life. And they really seem to like me and encourage me to DREAM BIG! I am so thankful for my growing ability to determine and speak my truth. I am thankful for awareness. I lived life so long ingnoring this other realm. Its GREAT TO BE BACK HOME!!! I love you all!

Beautiful, Trulysatizfied!!! I love meeting strange friends too!!
I love my new group of Abe friends! I love how we have so much fun visiting together! I love how we are all so different and diverse in our backgrounds and lifestyles! I love that we get together and it is a smile fest!! A joy fest!! I love how my friend referred to me as a bliss glutton!!! Oh, yea, that feels really good!
I love how I was in a really cranky mood this morning, and I knew what was going on the entire time! I knew that I was choosing negative thoghts, and I knew I had the choice to find better feeling thoughts! And for a while, I chose not to. Then I laughed at my freedom and decided to feel better! I chose to stop pushing against! I chose to relax! I chose to feel really, really good!
I appreciaet my gorgeous view of theRocky Mountains! I love looking out m office windo an dseeing my beautiful city! I love the friendly people in my office and how great they are! I appreciate feeling energized for the week!
I know taht all is really, really well!!!

I appreciate my life! I appreciate the friendly people I have in my life! I appreciate my comfortable office chair! I appreciate my lovely desk and how organized I have become! I appreciate my office staff and how helpful they are! I appreciate my computer and how great it works! I appreciate new business lining up for me! I appreciate having an amazing week! I appreciate my health, my strength, my muscles!!
I appreciate my friend and climbing partner. She is reallycool and we have a great time together! I appreciate that I have learned to climb and although we took some time off we are going to get back to where we were quickly! I appreciate the focus I practice while climbing! I appreciate it is the time that let go of everything and just enjoy myself, challenge myself and have fun! I appreciate all of the cool people at the climbing gym! I appreciate all of the cute guys and how friendly they are to me! I appreciate that I make new friends at the gym! I appreciate all the sexy, well-toned, totally muscular and gorgeous bods!

I am eagerly anticipating all the glorious things that are starting to pour into my life from my VE. Yes, indeed! I appreciate the anticipation of it all and certainly the enjoyment of the pouring in while having an never-ending capacity for adding to the things I am THEN anticipating. BEAUTIFUL!!!

Things go best when I bask!! I love reading the wonderful posts and great insights on this forum! I appreciate how it is growing every day and there are more and more people from all over the world posting!
I appreciate that our planet is sooo gorgeous and diverse!! I appreciate that I am going to travel the world and am very excited to meet Abers all over the world! I appreciate how computers link us all together! I appreciate how easy it is to talk to people all over the world! I appreciate that with so many different cultures, we all understand that we are all one in Source!!! I appreciate that we all came here to have so many different experiences!
I appreciate my life and my day going really well!! I appreciate opening myself up to new things, new experiences and new, wonderful people! I appreciate letting go, it feels soooo good! I appreciate letting go of the past and moving forward! I appreciate spending time thinking about where I am going! I appreciate knowing that everythign is always working out for me! I appreciaet that i remember that when things don't appear so great! I appreciate remembering that the Universe is always conspiring on my behalf! I appreciate remembering that there is sooooo much well-being in this world! I appreciaet that well being is huge in my life! I appreciate that I can reach for a better feeling thought!
