My cutie surprised me by getting two horses for the day. We galloped along the beach to a pinic he had set up, ate fettuicinne alfredo and watermelon, watched the sun set, and galloped back.
Ahh. I love love.

My love calls himself my go-for cause he'll go to the store when I say I need something or I'm craving something.
It's very sweet.

He always makes sure I am safe, whether crossing the road or on a crowded sidewalk or on a dance floor.

He tells me that he has never been this happy in a relationship - he calls my temper tantrums "ïnteresting bits""and he tells his (bodywork) clients of me - that "she has it all worked out - with that Abraham stuff" I WISH !!! - well I AM on the way

How cool that I found this thread just minutes after hanging up the phone with my wonderful hubby and thinking how much I love our mid-afternoon check-ins!
I'm sure I can't limit it to one thing he does that I appreciate. We are celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary tomorrow, so there are 25 years worth of wonderful moments!
Anyway, one of the things I love is that he calls me his "girlfriend." It's so cute (ok, our kids find it really nauseating!) - I usually get home from work before he does, but when he walks in the door he calls "where's my girlfriend?" And then we always (almost always) engage in a little snuggling, which my kids find totally disgusting (in a cute sort of way).
I won't pretend that we have not had our challenges in 25 years, but there's been far, far more love and appreciation than anything else.
Happy Anniversary to me and my "boyfriend!" Whoohoo!

Heeheehee - thanks Honey! My youngest daughter thinks we're ok, but my two teens always roll their eyes at us when we start. Too funny! But we always remind them that if we didn't feel this way about each other, they wouldn't be here! (or at least, not with us, I guess...)
Ain't love wonderful!!!!

What a wonderful example you are to your children. And yes, they wouldn't be here if it weren't for your intimate moments.

Debbie, I love it! The 2 teens that are still living at home are always telling hubby and I to get a room. Of course we have to tell them THIS is our room since we bought the house! LOL!
Hubby always make coffee in the morning, thank goodness. He makes it the best. ;-) He is such a good guy. He brought me flowers, along with an apology, this past weekend after a little spat we had. It was so sweet.
He's always making sure I'm OK and still tells me I'm hot after 22 years of marriage. It just keeps getting better and better!
I love this forum. SOOOO much love and positive energy!

Well, I don't have partner right now but I have an ex-husband who still does my laundry and would occasionally cook dinner!!! And I always tell him that he makes the best cup of coffee and that guarantees me a wonderful cup of coffee whenever he's around and I feel like having a cuppa!!!!
He would also occasionally drive me to work and/or pick me up from work if he is available.
He's very attentive, considerate and helpful and I really appreciate him.
He's my best friend.
