I'm in Europe for a White Christmas and I'm at an outdoor ice-skating rink and as I glide around the ice I can see beautiful christmas lights and snowmen and there's my favourite christmas carols playing and I can feel that my cheeks are rosy from the cold night air and Nathan and our gorgoeus children are with me and I cannot remember a night so magical and enchanting and I feel the joy of being here and my heart is just singing so strong I just want to stay here in this moment forever.

Yay! I'll play ~ ::woohoo

I'm walking on the soft ground of a path in the forest.  Tall conifers surround me; the fresh scent of pine fills me up as I breathe.  There are waterfalls on this path, and to my left I can see the pacific ocean and hear the huge waves crashing to the sand.  The sun shines through the pine needles and warms my husband & I as we walk quietly hand in hand.  In the distance, we hear the cry of a bald eagle.  Life is beautiful and serene.

OH how lovely and wasn't that Hot Chocolate like the best you ever had. I am sure your children enjoyed it.

Excuse me but what a lovely purse...did you pick it up at that little shop in Italy when you were there? Oh please tell me you got the matching shoes!!! They would go perfectly with that new outfit you bought in Paris.

Look how great a time some Abers are having in Alaska. Look at the views they are seeing. Think I might take a cruise there myself...stop off for a while ...after all you know they say there are plenty of men to be had in Alaska.  If nothing else maybe have a cool snowball battle. Make snow angels...eat some snow cream. Have some more Hot Chocolate.

Merry, the hot chocolate topped with cream and marshmellows was so decadent, as we all laid around after ice-skating, blissfully exhausted, on a beautiful thick white rug on the floor, in front of a roaring open fire and I can hear the flames crackling and I can see my children's eyes are still shining with excitment and exhilaration and our beautiful resort room is cosy and warm and I can see big fluffy snowflakes falling outside through our big bay windows and my heart overflows with joy and happiness.

I LOVE these VRs! It's so inspiring that I've written one of my own. More to come!

It's summertime at the Grand Canyon and I am on a white water rafting trip. The moon has just risen over the rim and thrown a luminescent glow over the sandy river beach. It's such a comfort hearing the quiet subtle sounds around me - the lapping of the water on the rocks, the call of the owl overhead, the light clicking noise the lizard makes as he runs across the wall.

And my group as they sit around the campfire telling stories or preparing to sleep. Their laughter makes me smile and I feel drawn back towards the merriment. I've picked a peach off of the tree behind me, noticing how it feels ripe and juicy under my fingers. The smells of fresh sweet peach and clean, dry desert air fill my lungs as I sigh with contentment.

What a glorious end to a perfect day. Lying in a hammock under a coconut palm stretched out over the water in a secluded little bay with it's pure white talcum powder sand and turquoise blue ocean and it's quiet and deserted and my eyes are closed and my body is completely relaxed and the only sound I can hear is my deep breaths in and my deep breaths out and the sea breeze cools my body and I feel an unspeakable joy i've never felt before.

LivingOurDream-I've been watching your thread from the very beginning, enjoying and imagining my own, and your last few VRs just got me so inspired, I had to finally right some down and put them up!

I'm standing at the beginning of the race waiting for the gun to go off. The excitement and eagerness and Source energy is pouring through my body. I catch a glimpse of my shadow on the ground in front of me, the athletic and clearly female shape, and can't help but smile at the bad-ass-ness of me. The cool, wet air tingles on my warm skin and I enjoy the prospect of running through a good, clean drizzle.  As I move and stretch to adjust my starting position I can feel the easy adaptation of my clothes. I close my eyes and see myself running strong and with so little effort it feels like I'm riding on a cloud and I know - I'm ready.

ok im fairly new at this and not very good..but im going to give it a try:oars:

I am lying awake on white hot golden sand. I can feel the balmy air caressing my skin and taste the delicious salty sea air. I feel pure bliss as I skink back into my bed of sand and enjoy the beating sun on my eyelids.

Esther Hicks example of a virtual reality from The Ask And It Is Given book.

A lovely, white sandy beach. "It’s wintertime, but the weather is delightful. It’s 70 degrees with scattered clouds, and the air feels wonderful on my skin. "I have no shoes on, so I’m enjoying the feeling of the cool, clean sand under my feet. My clothes are loose fitting and very comfortable, and I feel very good in my body. And I am lazily walking down the beach, feeling strong, happy, and secure. "My five-year-old granddaughter is with me, and she is loving this glorious day, as I am. She’s glad to be with me, but she does not seem to need me to entertain her; and I’m enjoying watching her happy, self empowered activity as she runs, digs in the sand, and enjoys this lovely beach. I’m very glad that we’ve come to this place. It was a very good choice. "My granddaughter runs up to me, holding a shell that she’s discovered, and with a gleeful sweet voice and bright sparkling eyes, she says, ‘Grandma, I’m so happy we’re here. Thank you for bringing us here.’ And I tell her, ‘You are most welcome, sweet girl. I love being here with you.’"

Now this is a good time to get out.

So, you could say that the Universe responds to your vibrational offering, to your point of attraction, to the thoughts you think, and to the way you feel.

The Universe is not responding to what has been manifested in your experience, but instead, to the vibration that you are now offering.

The Universe makes no distinction between your actually having a million dollars and your giving thought to having a million dollars. Your point of attraction is about your thoughts, not about your manifestations.

This Virtual Reality Process is not one where you try to fix something that is broken. It is one where you deliberately activate a scene in your own mind that causes you to offer a vibration matching the scene you have activated—and as you practice visualizing pleasant scenes in your mind, these good-feeling vibrations can then become your new set-point.

Most are presenting the majority of their vibrational offering in response to things, people, and conditions that they are observing. And so, the lives of most people continue to unfold very much as they have been, with no significant improvement from day to day. This is because there is not much thought being offered that is much different from what has already been experienced.

However, the game of Virtual Reality will change that, because an application of this process, on any subject of your choice, will cause your vibration to move far beyond where you are currently standing.

Since the Universe responds to your vibration—and not to what you are living right now, amazing things can now begin to flow into your experience even though they have never done so before.

It's a warm summers night in Perth. There's a slight cool breeze and the humidity is less than 20% and I'm staying at our exclusive Kingspark Penthouse for the weekend and my best friend Nathan is with me and we're having a romantic weekend to ourselves and it's early evening and we're dancing out on our private balcony and the Perth skyline is in the background and the full moon is shining on the Swan river and and our juke box is playing our favourite songs from the eighties and we're giggling and laughing and having a very good time together and I really treasure this time alone together and I feel so incredibly blessed and the feeling in my heart is loving, romantic, and joyful.

It's a picture perfect day without a cloud in the sky and I'm sun baking on the third deck of our private yacht and we're anchored in a private little cove in the The Whitsundays and my family are with and I can hear our helicopter coming into land with fresh crayfish and scallops for a sumptuous lunch and my mouth is watering as I imagine the banquet our personal chef is about to prepare and I feel that I am indeed the centre of the Universe and I feel vital and alive and unlimited and sure and my life is a fairytale and heart is just singing.

I have just gotten into the front seat of an old wooden roller coaster. The bar drops holding me in place. The ride starts...I hear the clunk clunk clunk noise of the chain on the roller coaster as it heads up the steep hill. It reaches the top...I look down...this is the moment of anticipation...exhilaration. This is the moment that I realize that the journey is about to unfold...and I know in like 17 seconds I will be at the bottom of the hill and have the feeling that my stomach will still be left behind me at the top of the hill. What joy, what fun.
