HA HA!!! If I am, I am going to go and get me one of those famous Hot Dogs. That is after my stomach settles down from the Roller Coaster Ride.

Hmmmm now...VRing about a Hot Dog. Yummy.

I've just spent the most wonderful day in my gardens. Spring has sprung and the temperature is a pleasant 26 degrees and today I finished creating another new outdoor room with the help of our garden designer and it's "happy hour" and Nathan (Nuffy) has joined me and we're admiring the finished project and Nathan says, "I'm just blown away, It looks so much better that I ever imagined!" and I have such a feeling of satisfaction and fullfillment and I'm imagining the wonderful times we will have with our family and friends here in our outdoor kitchen, cooking home-made pizzas and just hanging out together.

It's late afternoon, not quite dusk and I'm sitting up in my tree house and I'm appreciating the view of our Country Retreat below and our gardner has just finished mowing our 5 acres of lush green lawns and the automatic sprinklers are on and I take a deep breath in, I just love the smell of fresh cut grass and I can see Nathan out in the paddock riding his quad bike and Jack following behind on his mini quad bike and he's doing what he loves taking care of his Limousin Stud and I feel a sense of pride that there is a two year waiting list just to purchase his prize winning calves and I know his heart is singing and just the thought of this brings me to tears of joy.

Do not use this process to try to improve a specific existing situation, because in your attempt to fix something, you will bring the existing vibration into your Virtual Reality, and in doing so, you will lose the power of the Virtal Reality Process.

I went out for breakfast one morning and I was feeling a bit off and instead of doing something about it I just put up with it. We arrive at the cafe and I order eggs on toast and I am very specific about how I want them cooked, make sure they are soft but not slimy.

The eggs came and they were rock hard and I knew it was an indicator of my non-alignment.

Later that day I was searching through the workshop notes for more juicy quotes about the Virtual Reality Process and the first quote I found is the one I have posted below and It had me grinning like cheshire cat! I love how the Universe plays with me.

Do Virtual Reality about things going well for you. The world is good to me and I am treated well wherever I go. When you are in that space, the eggs you order come just how you want them to be. Don’t cook them yourself. Do it yourself with Virtual Reality. It lines up a lot more than just the way your eggs are cooked! Abraham-Hicks

Just out of curiosity did you happen to notice that your friends name is Nathan and the Hot Dog Place On Coney Island is called Nathan's.

I love that garden room...with the waterfall behind it. I have invited myself over this evening to enjoy that room with you...set up an extra chair for me and toss a couple extra Shrimp on the Barbie.

So I am doing a VR about Nathan owning Nathan's. And since he owns the place and We all know his good friend and We all have plenty of abundance in our Vortex...Hot Dogs on the house. Thanks Nathan!!!

Hmmm....I am beginning to realize that way too many of my VR have food in them. Good thing I am VRing the more I eat the thinner I get.

It is a crisp cool fall day around dusk. The sky is starting to turn that blue/purple shade. There are a few clouds up above.  I am out taking a walk and decide to go to the park. The leaves on the trees are beautiful colors of oranges, yellows and reds. Some of the leaves have fallen to the ground. They crunch under my feet as I walk along the path in the park. I notice that the park groundskeeper has been doing some raking because there are small piles of leaves laying scattered throughout the park. Then I see it...oh yeah...the biggest pile of leaves I have ever see in my life. I can not resist (resistance, just say no). I go running toward it, fly through the air and land, smack, right in the center of the pile of leaves. I look up at the sky and laugh myself silly.  I realize sometimes it is the simplest pleasures in life that can bring a whole lot of joy.

The sun is just beginning to set behind the hills and I'm taking a moment to bask and I'm lying in the soft green grass surrounded by a carpet of wildflowers as far as the eye can see and I can feel a combination of warm spring air and the damp night coolness swirling around me and the country air smells so fresh as I deliberately take deep breaths in and deep breaths out and I love the rainbow of colours of the birds and the butterflys and I love the shape of the old oak trees and I love how easy it is to feel good here and I love being present in this moment.

I'm one to VR about food too...

So on wednesday, I did this VR:

It's 2AM and I feel lively and wild and awake and I go to my favourite 24hour restaurant and I take a window seat, and I feel such joy for the world.  I really admire the way that I can appreciate everything.  It's amusing!  I look out onto the road, and I appreciate that we have roads to drive on, to take us places.  Roads give us so much freedom.  I can leave my driveway, and get to the other end of the country in my car, just because I have roads in my experience!!!!

And then, my favourite meal at this restaurant is served - fettuchini carbonara (I know, spags in the picture, but you can't win them all!).  And I look down at the bowl in front of me and my senses feel so overwhelmed.  I feel warm as I see the heat rise out of the dish, and at the same time I'm enjoying the beatiful creamy smell.

I admire the parsley which gives it some nice colour, and I especially enjoy the first mouthful.  It's so creamy, the flavours are so well balanced and so wonderful, and as I swallow it just seems to warm my soul.

I eat this dish so slowly, everytime I take a mouthful I just enjoy the flavour, over and over again.

AND THEN....
Last night I went out with my friend and we were all like "what do you wanna do?" type thing, and he goes, why don't we go to *exact restaurant from VR* and get a carbonara.

It felt like the universe just WINKED at me!

I was like HELL YES!!!!

And so we went there and the place was so busy,  but it was cool because our favourite waiter was there, and he knows us - so we order our food and he just puts our order straight at the beginning of the que in the kitchen.  Within minutes the food is actually infront of us and it feels so nice to feel so special and to have someone cut the corners for you!

And yes, the Carbonara was just as expected!!!!! nom nom nom nom nom

Oh and also,

Livingourdream,  Since reading your VR's.. I particularly enjoyed the vivid description of driving your lilac z4 with the top down, the wind, favourite song etc etc.....

So much so that I was driving to work yesterday and I saw a... lilac z4.  I thought of you straight away and knew it was because of your picture!!!

Oh, you guys! NOM NOM NOM! Here I go!

We're on a secluded beach, my wonderful man & I, we've just come out of the water after an incredible hour snorkeling, I'm sooo excited by all the life we saw under there! Who knew! Every size and colour combination of fish you could dream up, and then more! Bright blue with dark blue stripes, neon yellow, black with pink fins, teeny green and pink, bright orange. And anemones, corals, starfish of all hues as well!
Our yacht is moored just inside the reef, the executive chef is preparing our dinner of fresh avocado salsa to start, accompanied by a glass of Moet, then wonderfully fresh fish cooked in coconut milk Thai style, we'll be having icy cold water to sip with that,  and finally papaya drizzled with tropical lime to finish. YUM!
