If you want something different, you have to think a little different. You have to feel a little different. Which means you have to look less at what-is, and more at what is becoming.
The Universe is not asking for any justification from you, just Vibrational Alignment.
Remember Virtual Reality's purpose. It's purpose is not to teach anyone anything. It's purpose is to ring your bells. It's purpose is to lighten your heart. It's purpose is to put you in allowing place. In other words, you're practising a vibration that let's your own wellbeing in.
You're giving others too much power as you even acknowledge how they make you feel. What you've got to decide is how I'm going to feel. We would go to a Virtual Reality and we would practice feeling good. Manifestations come on the heels of what you've conjured in thought!

Virtual Reality will get you to a stable base, where well-being is KNOWN. Then you are free to go anywhere.
What you're reaching for are good-feeling moments. You know those moments when your heart is just singing so strong and you just think I wish I could stay here forever!? Does that usually happen to you when you're outdoors or indoors? If it's more often outdoors then pick a scene that's outside. If it's more often indoors then pick a scene that's indoors. So you set the place and the time of year and the time of day and then you talk to yourself about how it smells and looks and feels. You're sort of bring yourself along little by little into this higher higher better better good good feeling place.
Well Being is beating your door down! Beating all doors down! Well Being is plummeting towards you, through you! Well Being is your legacy! Well Being is the way you're supposed to be! Well Being is what should be! Well Being is the basis of What Is! Well Being is! And unless you've practiced resistant thoughts that aren't letting it in, Well Being is, you see. Period! What is the remedy? "To practice the Virtual Reality that lets it in."
As you practice this process and stimulate your imagination more you will not only find the process to be a delightful, good-feeling way to spend some time you will find that your dominant vibration on a myriad of subjects is changing and your life experience will now begin to reflect those wonderful improvements.
"I’m facing Virtual Reality." When someone says to you, "You’ve got to face reality" say I’m facing Virtual Reality. I’m going to this place, and I’m teaching myself a vibration that allows the Well-Being that I deserve, to flow to me."
The whole point of virtual reality is to train yourself into a vibration that allows the wellbeing. The point is to conjure images that help you create a new feeling.
In Virtual Reality process feeling good in this moment is the pay off anything you think you want is always about feeling good once you get this down no good place wanted by you is ever off limits.
Just 30 days of practicing good feeling will make all the difference. The body knows how to be well. The body knows health. The only reason the body isn’t healthy is that other thoughts get in the way. Moments of good feeling in virtual reality allow health. Wellbeing wants you. It’s beating all doors down. Wellbeing is what should be! You don’t have to do exercises. Just deprogram mind from not allowing wellbeing.
You expected Passion and Exhilaration! That’s what Virtual Reality process can bring you back to!!
As we sense those who are doing it (virtual reality), we feel their vibrations clearing…it’s sort of like there’s all this potential stuff that you could think about and because you’re choosing THAT — even though there’s ALL this stuff you could think about — you’re choosing THAT — even though there’s ALL this stuff that you could think about - past, present or future - there’s ALL this stuff that you could think about, some of it good feeling, some of it… — but you’re choosing THAT — ALL this stuff to think about — but you’re choosing THIS.
What happens is there becomes a propensity to gravitate to the best feeling vibration wherever you are. So you become this better and better miner of your friends, better miner of your past experiences. You become a sort of vibrational emitter that causes law of attraction to deliver to you — it’s like you fine tune it and fine tune it and fine tune it until so much that felt like it was a choice before is no longer even on the scale, it’s no longer a choice. You get a sense of what we are talking about. And EVERYTHING in your life begins to clear up to reflect this new found tendency that you are honing deliberately.
As you open the door a little, as you start showing yourself that you can feel good just because you choose to feel good, what begins to happen is you make more and more of those choices, you’re in the place of allowing more and more. It’s a common thing when people begin to catch the spirit of this for avalanches of things that they’ve been wanting to begin flowing into their experience.
All kinds of things - dollars become more, friendships become better, relationships start improving, things that have been missing begin happening, their body begins to come more into allignment.
And they say, "What’s happened? How did this stuff all come so fast?" And we say, it’s been sort of stacked up outside your door. You’ve been asking for it for a long time and you are just now, through the virtual reality, discovering how to open the door and begin to let it in, you see.
Using Virtual Reality, start by imagining yourself any place at all that you like. There are no limitations. Just pick a place that is easy to feel good when you go there. And then imagine something happening while you are there that continues to feel good, for just 30 seconds. And then get out, notice the good feeling, and pat yourself on the back, because you just send a wonderful vibration out to the Universe.
Do Virtual Reality about things going well for you. The world is good to me and I am treated well wherever I go. When you are in that space, the eggs you order come just how you want them to be. Don’t cook them yourself. Do it yourself with Virtual Reality. It lines up a lot more than just the way your eggs are cooked!
I just have to relax into the inevitability of my well-being.
Should you go to Virtual Reality to receive more money? NO! Don’t do it for that. It’s not to turn something around, it’s to practice the vibration that allows. Otherwise you drag lack into the Virtual Reality. The purpose of Virtual Rrality is joy. Get in, get it, get OUT! Five minutes later, go back again. It becomes a pattern you want to follow. Get in, get high, get out!
The more you practice the process of Virtual Reality the more you will be practicing the vibration of no resistance, the more you practice the vibration of no resistance, the better you will feel, and of course the things that you want will now easily begin to flow into your experience as well!
Nothing is more important to you that to be in the receiving mode of well-being. And that’s where this Virtual Reality comes in. It will help you train you back into vibrational harmony with allowing the well-being that is natural to you.
Your work, now, is to get into your Virtual Reality; make yourself feel good in your dream — and then watch how quickly feel-good stuff amasses to your point of attraction.
We would say anybody who is diligent within 30 days can shift the dominant vibration within them on EVERY topic that is significant to one that allows the Well-being in the way you want it to be.
We would rather you get into pure fantasy than face any kind of factual reality, if that factual reality has the potential of taking you into a place that does not feel good. This is exactly why virtual realities are so lovely, and delicious, and life giving, and helpful! They activate your vibration and connect you to your Source Energy!
Virtual Reality is about showing yourself that you have the ability to choose how you feel. Say "I’m going to be the creator of this vibrational moment.
Virtual Reality will make you much more keenly aware of your present negative emotion. We want you to notice when you touch negative emotion and move off at first touch. Negative emotion shows the path of greater resistance.
Virtual Reality makes you feel good more of the time. Use this vision to practice feeling good for the now good feeling, for no reason other than feeling good.
Use virtual reality to feel good. PERIOD. Good feeling vibrations are all that is necessary, your lover will come.
"We want you to enjoy the contrasting experience, just like you enjoy the contrasting buffet. And we want you to reach the place (and practicing Virtual Reality will help you to gain this confidence) that whenever you're in front of a buffet that has so much that you do like to eat, as well as some that you don't like to eat, you don't feel frustrated that there are things there you don't want to eat. You don't feel compelled to put them on your plate and eat them; you just pick the things that you like."
There's a difference between step 1 and step 3. And step 1 - you've already let the Universe know what you want. So, you've already asked. And so, you're wanting to use Virtual Reality for an excuse to be in the receiving mode.
Step 3 is you must allow, align and move into your vortex; the closer you are the better you will feel-the love, knowing and appreciation. Hoping puts you at the edge of the vortex and its power can pull you into the vortex. At the edge of the vortex life gives you wonderful surprises, things you did not see coming.
You just got to get into alignment with who you are. And then your body and your home will take shape around you to match this vibrational alignment that is taking place within you.
The entire Universe is here just to surprise and delight you. It’s like electricity. It’s always there, but you have to plug into it, to get it.
Virtual Reality Process is a jump start. You are already part of the perpetual motion of wellbeing. The better you feel, the better you feel, the better you feel. More good things to remember and talk about come.
There is nothing in the Universe that responds faster to your thoughts than your own physical body, and so aligned thoughts bring a quick response and obvious results.
In a virtual reality, the tendency that we see with our physical friends is to take some problem and drag it into virtual reality and try to fix it. And that misuses virtual reality, because virtual reality is the place that you go where you have a clear open pure vibration. It's not a place to go fix something. It's a place to practise the vibration of allowing.
Nicole Kidman, "I was running from my life, in a way. My imaginary life was better than my flesh-and-blood life. That’s a sad thing to say, but it was," Nicole admits. "Now I love my real life so much."
In doing this Energy-alignment work, your point of attraction will not only yield to you activities and rendezvous with good feeling people, places, and things-but your abilility to experience the delicious depth of them will be dramatically enhanced.
Rather than doing things and going places to try and make yourself feel good, delibreately get to feeling good and let those things and people and places come to you.
You can’t tune to the ‘frequency of the vibrational reality’ and the’ frequency of the reality’ at the same – they are different frequencies.
And there are people who would rightly say, "But Abraham, there are things IN my current reality that ARE vibrationally up to speed to the things that are in my vibrational reality. IOW, there’s A LOT of good stuff in my life. Couldn’t I focus on IT and still be a match to what’s going on here [ie., vibrational reality]?"
And we say, "Yes, of course you can. You could be such a good selective sifter that you just look at the BEST parts of reality, and therefore tune yourself to the best parts of your vibrational reality."
BUT IT’S THE HARD WAY TO GO ABOUT IT because in that sifting and sorting, you’ve got the pro’s and the con’s, the plusses and the minuses, AND IT BOGS YOUR VIBRATION DOWN.
If you could just be forward looking. If you could talk about where you’re going and who you REALLY are. If you could talk about how you want to feel. If you could talk about the BIG picture. If you could talk about your eternal nature. If you could talk about how things ALWAYS work out for you. If you could talk about how the Universal forces are already gathering, have already gathered the cooperative components.
Look at the big picture and look toward the big picture. And think about the big picture and speak about the big picture. And never look back to the reason you asked for the big picture because the reason you asked for the big picture is a different vibration than the big picture.
"We love that you love your life. We do. But we are making the point that there is more than that which you are living in your vibrational reality. We're trying to get you to stretch."With a few weeks of dabbling at this, you will readjust what is dominant within your vibration!
So, Virtual Reality really works best if its short. Get in, feel good, get out. Get in, feel good, get out. So, you set the scene. What time of year is it? What time of day is it? Where is it, outside, inside? You get to choose. There is no right and wrong in that. What you’re reaching for are good-feeling moments. You know those moments when your heart is just singing so strong and you just think "I wish I could stay here forever!"? Does that usually happen to you when you’re outdoors or indoors? If it’s more often outdoors, then pick a scene that’s outside. If it’s more often indoors, then pick a scene that’s indoors. Esther, quite often in her Virtual Reality, she’s walking into a new place that is very beautiful and often it’s indoors. Sometimes she finds herself discovering a magnificent vista, and that moment of exhilaration is there. That’s what you’re reaching for.
So you set the place and the time of year and the time of day, and then you talk to yourself about how it smells and looks and feels. You’re sort of bring yourself along little by little into this higher higher better better good good feeling place. And then you decide who else is with you. Sometimes, in the beginning, better to be alone, but not always. You get to decide that. Who else is there? And what’s their mood? And, of course, you get to choose it so don’t bring someone who’s in a bad mood and then work them into a good mood. Bring good mood people. And then exchange a few words — and off you go.
And what will happen is, as you do this for 30 seconds, you set a tone in your vibration. Does it immediately become your dominant tone or your dominant vibration? No. But it begins to dilute what is. So then you do it again and you do it again and you do it again and you do it again, and you don’t do it because there’s something broken that you want to fix because if you do it because there’s something broken that you want to fix, you just practice the one that’s already dominant. This is only to feel good, only to feel good. And with a few weeks of dabbling at this, you will readjust what is dominant within your vibration.
Practice a little and observe a lot
When you activate vibrations on purpose you change your point of attraction. And when you change your point of attraction you change what happens to you. So the reason that this is a very easy, comfortable, joyful, really good process to begin getting good at is because, as you practice the Virtual Reality, you win, win, win, win, win.
Because you feel good while you're doing it, your vibration shifts. Which means your point of attraction shift. Which means the things that start coming to you change, which is fun as they come. And it gets easier and easier and easier. Because as you practice something that feels good more good things come. And before you know it, now you can practice a little and observe a lot. And practice a little and observe a lot.
You find yourself just saying things like "Ooh, that's beautiful", and "isn't this fun", and "wasn't that a nice comment", and "don't you just love this" , and "don't I have a good life", and "aren't I doing good", and "aren't we having a glorious time", and "isn't this a wonderful thing", in other words, it just gets better and better and better and better and better, and easier and easier and easier and easier and easier.
Enjoy A Virtual Reality
Begin to enjoy the fun of going to a Virtual Reality, because that must be done before the reality can join it; you must imagine it and feel it, and be there. And, most significantly, it must be a more dominant vibration than what-is, if what-is is going to shift. Because what-is, is. What-is really has your attention, doesn’t it? What-is, is causing knee jerk response from you. What-is keeps perpetuating the vibration of what-is.
If you keep perpetuating the vibration of what-is, guess what tomorrow is? Pretty much like today is. And, for the most part, we know your lives are good. But we also know that you are insatiable creators, who will never get enough. And the reason we know that, is because we are in you, and that’s how we feel.
So, since there is step one, step two, step three, we think it is such a good idea for you to stop beating up on yourself when you’re in step one. Step one is a natural step. And we think it is a very good thing when you say, "It’s alright for me to feel this frustration, it is part of the honing process." But then get off of it. Let the frustration launch the rocket, but then as quickly as you can, turn your attention to the rocket and start enjoying the fun of the Virtual Reality of your imagination. Start enjoying the fun of giving your attention to where you’re going. Because where you’re going can be infinitely more pleasurable than where you are.
Just get feeling good, and everything you want will come.
If you're looking for a dream job, then it seems that doing a virtual reality about that would be more effective. But what we sometimes notice is, if there is something that you very much want that you are very much not living, it's harder for you to do a virtual reality about that than it might be about some other thing.
And the thing that we really want you to hear is, when you are in the state of allowing, you are in the state of allowing. So, you could do a virtual reality about anything that would make you feel good, and if you could maintain those kinds of virtual realities that make you feel good, then your dream job would come, because you've already asked for it.
But the reason that that's hard to hear is because, since work is something that you probably are gonna think about, and since the way you've been thinking about it is the way you're probably gonna think about it, then doing a virtual reality about work and changing the way you think about that sometimes can be helpful.
So, the answer is, you don't have to think about the work to get the dream job. But since you're probably gonna think about the work anyway, then it is good to practise thinking about it in a way that allows the dream job. Everything that you've ever said that you want is on its way to you as long as you're in the place of allowing it to be.
Really, the simple answer, and the accurate answer is, just get feeling good, and everything you want will come.
And if it's easier to feel good about some things than others, than that's what we would feel good about.
Appreciate the evidence and bring it closer

Abe: The Universe is not bringing you the car because you are not yet a vibrational match to the car you want. Because you’ve got this issue about money and you don’t believe anybody would ever give you anything. And so you’re not in a vibrational place where you can you can have the car. BUT you ARE in a vibrational place as Esther was. In other words the oriental rug did not appear on her floor but a postcard came in the mail that was the identical rug that let her know that the Universe is doing its very best to match the vibration as it stands. You see?
SO THEN AS THE EVIDENCE COMES THEN WHAT YOU DO WITH THE COMING EVIDENCE AFFECTS WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.
As the person drives up in your driveway with the car and it thrills you. You say " the Universe is giving me evidence that this is working!!" Now you move CLOSER to your car.
But if you say, " Well her Daddy bought her her car and I don’t have a Daddy that’s going to buy me my car " so that you achieve a greater mis-match. Now you see what we are getting at?
Can you accept that "what-is" is the MAGNIFICENT bouncing off place?
But WHERE IT'S AT
(because the larger part of you has already gone there)
is to a VIBRATION THAT HASN'T MANIFESTED YET
And if you can just HEAR us and BELIEVE that and
LOOK IN THE DIRECTION OF THE VIBRATION THAT HAS NOT MANIFESTED
That Stream will carry you,
it will fill you with well being
it will fill you with a feeling of adventure and enlivenment
and the manifestations will come barreling into your experience too.
