Wow Emile,

That sounds like an awesome plan! I really look forward to meeting you on the cruise next year!

You might want to hurry though since a lot of us playing this money game are filling up those suites very rapidly!

Here are some great tips on spending your growing fortunes...

Start thinking about what you loved as a kid.

begin fulfilling those dreams.  For me this included...
- Buying a real T-Rex skeleton and proudly displaying it in my home
- Funding and participating in dinosaur bone digs
- Having world class architects design the coolest tree fort ever then build it with the bset materials available
- Robots ('nuf said)

Look though travel magazines for ideas.

They are a great source of inspiration. Especially the ads. Also great are magazines about...
- Beautiful homes
- Expensive cars
- Any thing that interests you (outdoors adventure, horses, antiques, etc.)

Go window shopping
.
Go to the mall near your house. Check out the electronics stores, the jewelery store, clothing stores.  Think about stuff for yourself and gifts for those you love.

Wouldn't it be fun to buy all your friends top of the the line home entertainment systems.  Imagine how you would spring it on them - fun.

Go to StumbleUpon.com
Stumbleupon is a really cool web surfing tool. First you check off topics that interest you.  Then you click a button and it brings up awesome, random web sites that match your interests - often ones you would never find any other way. It can be a great source of inspiration.  I can spend hours stumbling the web - it's great.

un-cork your imagination and really have fun with this game.  After a few days you realize more money is always coming.  If you can't afford something tonight wait a day or two.

The real value of the exercise comes when you begin to change the way you FEEL about spending money.

Best wishes,

- James

James - I L-O-V-E this game.

I'm up to $8,000 today (did two days in one the other day :) ) and I'm loving it.

I just got myself my dream car - a Jeep CJ from eBay for only $5k! Can you believe that! It's such a sexy car too. It didn't come with a hard top, so I bought one. It's tan, but it can be painted pretty easily.

Later this week I'm gonna go pick it up in California :) I'll be flying out there, then taking a week off "work" to drive it back out here to Florida.

I bought myself a ton of nice tools too. I love having a workshop filled with all the tools I could ever need.

I also payed a lawn guy today for a year's worth of top-of-the-line service and it only cost me $1,200. I was surprised he worked so cheap! But it was good work, so I was happy to pay him all up front.

I didn't have a lot left at the end of the day, but I had enough to get a nice 4CD stereo with input plug to add to the Jeep when I go pick it up.

Well, actually I think I might return that and just take the Jeep to Best Buy or something and have them install some top of the line system in there while I'm in Cali.

It's gonna be a fun trip. I love buying things like this.

Good morning James,

Thanks for the inspiration! I have decided to pursue my teenage dream that never happened: To become a real guitar hero(not just in the video game)... and so I'm going to shop around for my favorite six-strings along with all the right gear. I'm hoping that they cost a lot of money. LOL!

It might be a wise idea also to invest on a bass and drum set so that once I figure things out, I can invite people to start a band. Oh and perhaps I should look into purchasing a premium practice space for when the time is right. Oh and that must mean that we might need to purchase either a van or our own monster bus with our band logo painted on it depending on how well things go. I figure the longer the band can stay in the vortex, the  better the quality of the songs gets...which means a nationwide tour might be necessary....

I really can't wait until tomorrow when I get to spend my $60,000.

Oh and btw...I actually went on expedia.com to search for my first class plane tickets for the Abraham Australia/New Zealand cruise. I went as far as the screen where you have to enter in the credit card number which was a thrilling experience considering that the numbers on my screen read, "$12,000". ::LOL

I'm realizing that this "money game" is more than just a manifestation exercise, although it probably is according to James...it is something that you can do just for the sake of entertainment and the thrill  of it! It is also a perfect way of "practicing the vibration of our vortex" as Abraham mentioned during the recent online workshop.

Oh and James, since you're in Seattle, did you ever think about purchasing a brand new arena for a future NBA team?? My alma matter(WSU) and their athletic department has been working on gathering funding for their football stadium renovation project as well. Just sayin....

Love,

Satoshi

Sorry to keep on rumbling here but I just had the mother of all epiphanies so I must share this here:

You see...It's been my dream and plan to move to Chicago after my time here in Japan is done(in order to pursue my career as a best selling author).

So I'm going to spend some time tomorrow shopping around for luxury apartments on the North side of town + all the furnishings + appliances. Wow, just that thought alone puts me WAAAY in the vortex and now I'm not so sure if I can sleep tonight. :beautiful:

It's really been a while since I've been so excited over something...

DO IIIIIIIIIIIT! Chicago is the best city I've ever lived in. I'm still constantly talking about it over a year after I left (unwillingly mind you)

I lived in Boys Town/Wrigleyville for most of the time I was there and that area was just great. Lots of amazing restaurants and some of the cutest girls in the city ;)

It's even more fun to set up actual appointments to view the apartments.

I did this and I told the leasing agent that price wasn't really my main consideration.  "The place had to feel right"

They all took me straight to the luxury penthouses.

What great fun.

Wow! What a timely post! This must mean that I AM in the vortex!!

I thought about Wrigleyville but was told that it has a similar vibe to West Hollywood in LA(not that there's anything wrong with it, just not my cup of tea). But perhaps I was misunderstanding since you mention that there's a lot of cute girls.

I made a visit to Chi town last summer when I saw an Abe WS and had a chance to check out Wrigley field and the surrounding area and fell in love with it. I was thinking that the Lincoln Park area would be a good fit for me since I love nature and being able to walk to the beach or see it from my place. We'll see what tomorrow's luxury apartment shopping spree will bring. ::devil

I guess the only "out of the vortex thought" is the the weather during the winter time that people keeps on warning me about...but considering that you're from Florida and regretting your move, it must be a good sign. ::cool

The only problem with that is I'm currently on the other side of the ocean..but perhaps I can see a listing online and email the agent as if I'm seriously considering making the move. I'll tell them that I'm looking into moving in sometime during late summer, which is my actual target time frame. Just never thought I'd be looking into $5,000 a month places but hey, anything can happen when we're in the vortex..since after all, Abraham DOES state that, "life happens inside the vortex." And therefore, all "moving processes" must happen inside the vortex as well.

Yeah, the winters are COLD. But worth it.

Lincoln Park is also really really nice. I never got to live there, but I was on the border of Lakeview and Lincoln Park for about a year so I spent a lot of time down there. It's beautiful - plus it has a beach :)

I would really consider moving back to Chicago - but I want to live on a coast so I can easily take off in my big ol' sailboat when the time comes. I could sail in Lake Michigan, but I want to sail the world, not just a lake :) So NYC looks like it's in my future soon.

I had to spend $16,000 today - that was a toughie :) I ended up spending most of it on my family. I bought my Dad a Jeep, my sister a $1,700 Amazon gift card, my Mom somebody to help with the dogs (she's a breeder), and a cool video camera for my niece.

I ended up buying some stuff for myself as well, but most of it went to family, and it was a lot of fun doing that :) I love seeing them so happy.

On 4/6 I started playing TallJames prosperity game and yesterday, 4/7 I started appreciating the heck out of my current financial situation.

then voila, $1900 of unexpected money arrived yesterday, 4/7!!
