OMS I just love everyone's posts. I wanted to make a comment on each one, but there are so many! I love you all!
"Complaining about complaining is also complaining" Oh boy yesterday I was complaining to my daughter about a friend whom I am meeting tomorow who is always complaining about her aches and pains! OOPS! I am going to be more careful from now on. I am going to focus on what is nice about her and prepave my meeting.
Today's page
"If you are not feeling good or looking the way you want to look, it has a way of reflecting out into all other aspects of your life experience, and it is for that reason that we want to emphasize the value in bringing your physical body into balance and comfort and well being. There is nothing in the Universe that responds faster to your thoughts than your own physical body, and so aligned thought bring quick response and obvious results."
I have regained my health by changing my life experience since finding Abe. Now, I am working onto figuring out how to shift my vibration to align with the way I want to look. I have been in the Vortex a lot lately, but since yesterday I have been noticing that my clothes feel tight and the vortex has spit me right out. I know that I am focusing too much on what is and not enough on what it could be. So it doesn't matter I am going to get in the vortex regardless and as Katherine said focus on what is nice about my body like my legs .

I did it. I did this ritual to cement my decision to not complain (even silently to myself) and tied a red embroidery floss around my left wrist as a constant reminder to *appreciate* and hush all complaints and if I find myself (even silently complaining) I will immediately find 3 good things to say about the subject of my complaint. So far so good. My red floss looks a lot like a Kabbalah string. But the meaning is all my own. It acts as a symbol of my desire to keep the channel to Source Connection free flowing and clear. My desire to appreciate and complain never. I love rituals!

OMS, Evey! I LOVE that!! I'm going to make one, too. I'm going to make mine pink (a color I associate with self-love). I love that it is a braid of three strands and the three things to appreciate. I'm going to get my embroidery floss out RIGHT NOW. Picture to follow... ♥
I also agree with Indi-Em. ALL the posts are SOO GOOOD!! ♥

Funny, yesterday, the day of this 'no complaining' page, I get an e-mail from A Complaint Free World. I bought the book a few years ago, the T-shirt, and the purple bracelet. The idea is to go 21 consecutive days without voicing a complaint. When you catch yourself complaining, you're supposed to switch the bracelet to the other wrist.
Well, don'cha you know how difficult that is ! And it seemed like the more I tried, the more I found to complain about! It was like "don't think about pink elephants don't think about pink elephants" Finally, I just gave up, and bought myself a "Count Your Blessings" bracelet instead. I just found it easier to focus on the positive, rather than avoiding the negative.

Yes, I am using mine to appreciate appreciate appreciate but also notice how much i grumble over simple stuff...it is an eye opener! When i look at my wrist and see it...i feel a SURGE of amazing appreciative energy for my desire to be fully awake and aware of my vibrational countenance. I am so glad i took the time to do this!

Will a floss stick work? (all that I have in the house)
I could just poke myself with the pointy-end in a sort of EFT style...or should I say FFT
Couldn't resist Evey -- I think whatever works for us -- big KUDOS!
This thread is moving a little slow today, can we pick the pace up a bit Abers

LOL! YEs, anything will work--it just cements your intention to appreciate instead of complain and makes it FUN. I dont think poking yourself is fun...unless you poke yourself in the right place at the right time for pleasure! (where is that ostriche when you need one!)l
!!and what the heck is a floss stick?!

Yes, yes, yes!!! I love rituals too and I am going to copycat yours! I love the idea of the reminder of focusing on 3 things to appreciate! It just worked for me!! I am on vacation and during this time of the year it is rainy. Before I came I set the intention of having sunny, breezy and dry days. The first week was like that, even my dad commented on how unusual it was. Anyway, a few days ago they had the the first tropical depression or storm near by and it rained for a few days. I was still in the Vortex and just appreciated the fact that I was on vacation so I didn´t let it bother me. Today, after reading your post, I noticed that it looked like it was going to rain again so I said to myself: "Think of 3 things to appreciate about the rain." I did. It raised my vibration even higher. Then I thought "Wouldn´t it be nice if it was sunny and breezy this afternoon? Because I love sunny breezy afternoons here in the city. I am not kidding you, not even half hour later the cloudes parted and I am right now enjoying a sunny breeze afternoon.
Thank you so much Evey, I love you so much!!!

Evey, is that embroidered floss dental floss? It's the only kind I have and it's white.

Oh man, I love that when I wake up in the morning you've all been so busy!! What a boost to my day
There are so many things I'd like to respond to! At first as I was reading the posts, I wasn't in the vortex. I was kind of close, but all the excitement in the thread actually made me feel uneasy - like it was a party and I wasn't invited .
I thought I'd better go away and focus wheel into the vortex then come back. BUT then I read christineepiphany's edited line "money is just energy" and PING, there I went!! I can get the feeling of that. I don't have lots of money, but I have a knowing about it, and it just doesn't carry a big emotional charge for me most of the time - unlike my physical body.
Sooo, my body is just energy . Its shape and sensations are just the energetic echo from my past, and as Abe says, it is the easiest and fastest of things to change. Holy cow, I know how to change my energy!!!
OK, I'm not quite holding that feeling , but I can go around it by thinking about other things. It will filter through into this area, too.
I love what you wrote, Elena - I'm in practice, I'm no longer in search - that's an amazing statement! No more searching - sweet relief!! Thank you for that!
I'm at work, so until I can find a groovy colour to help me to appreciate, I have a rubber band around my wrist. Starting now
- I appreciate that I know the answer

- I appreciate the in-the-vortex feeling/sensation that the universe is breathing through my body and seeing through my eyes

- I totally appreciate the mental picture I have of QZI dancing around her kitchen in her summer jamies being 'too sexy for her shorts'
   Thank you Abers!!!!

At 3:01 AM Leslie posted the first post for today on this thread.
8:30 AM I posted the second post with a quote from today's page 101. (Love Hundreds)
Upon my return at 5:09 PM there have been 30, yes I said 30, additional posts. Not counting the posts that might occur while I am writing this.
How wonderful we are that we have such energy to keep this exciting thread and topic going.
I did a very quick read through.
There is something about floss, red, pink or it might be dental (doesn't really matter I think) wrapped around a wrist or perhaps hanging from your mouth to keep us in a state of healthy appreciation.
I saw donuts and beaches and wrist bracelets and people dancing in their jammies. And people poking themselves for the pleasure of it!

I saw people feeling happy and lovely and dreamy and riding waves and starting new threads and loving their bodies and sharing processes and focusing and making peace with where they are and feeling free and easy and loving rituals and sharing joy and getting in the Vortex by appreciating, appreciating, appreciating, which according to Evey, comes in waves of three.
Thanks for the energy and fun on this thread. Love you all!
You're welcome, Suzi, for the bookmark.

This is for the Dount Whisperer. I found this beautiful donut painting (watercolor and gouache) in my Watercolor magazine today. The artist name is Ric Dentinger. This thumbnail does not do it justice -- the magazine has a better representation of it. I'd love to see the original.
