Spend the afternoon outside by the kids' pool with my mom listening to music, watching my daughter swim in the pool while my mom and I drink a nice cold beer : )

Send me a nice check to pay bills and have enough money left to put in my savings account and to go have fun with it
Give me a wonderful enjoyable day with my mom and daughter

 Help me to release worry and anxiety
 Provide me with inspiration, direction and motivation to complete my manuscript with love and joy

Can't believe I only just found this thread! I never really got to grips with this process before, but seeing as you have all shown me how easy it is, and I guess I am resonating with this today or I would not have found it, I thought I would give it a go:
Today:ME
Appreciate being busy at work
Relax
Be aware of my EGS 
Be more deliberate about taking the emotional journey as things come up during my day.
Appreciate all of my recent manifestations and milk that feeling as often as I can.
Today: UNIVERSE
Show me more wonderful evidence of my alignment
Bring me more of the money I have been appreciating so much through my cracks of least resistance.
Show me more evidence of how free I really am, and of others who have found their own freedom (from responsibilities, i'm not banged up! lol) 
Surprise me in more and more wonderful ways!
Help me to find even more effective ways to quickly find releif.
Show me more things about myself and others to love.
